PENYELESAIAN TINDAK PIDANA MEDIS PROFESI DOKTER TELINGA HIDUNG TENGGOROKAN-BEDAH KEPALA LEHER MELALUI MEDIASI BERDASARKAN UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 17 TAHUN 2023 TENTANG KESEHATAN
Medical disputes in Indonesia frequently arise from differing perceptions between patients and healthcare professionals regarding procedures, diagnoses, or treatment outcomes. Litigation is considered ineffective because it requires substantial time and financial resources. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of mediation as an alternative mechanism for resolving medical disputes under the Health Law Number 17 of 2023, as well as to identify the obstacles to its implementation. The research employs a normative juridical method with a statutory approach, supported by conceptual analysis and a review of Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2016 concerning Mediation Procedures in Court. The findings show that mediation is designed as a consensual forum grounded in national values such as mutual cooperation and deliberation, in accordance with the principles of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. Mediation offers a dispute resolution process that is faster, confidential, and capable of safeguarding medical privacy, thereby aligning with the nature of the doctor–patient relationship. However, its effectiveness is hindered by limited understanding among stakeholders, an insufficient number of competent medical mediators, and inadequate public and professional outreach regarding mediation procedures. With strengthened regulations and enhanced mediator competency, mediation has the potential to become a primary instrument in resolving medical disputes in Indonesia.

PENGEMBANGAN KOMPETENSI UNTUK PENINGKATAN KINERJA GURU DI MADRASAH ALIYAH (MA) MU’ALLIMIN NW ANJANI
This study analyses the effectiveness of the teacher performance development programme at Madrasah Aliyah Mu'allimin NW Anjani, which integrates Salafi and modern systems. The primary focus is addressing challenges related to information technology competency, work motivation, and limited opportunities for teacher professional development. The method used was descriptive qualitative, with a case study approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis employed thematic techniques with triangulation to ensure validity. The results indicate that the madrasah has a strong vision for human resource development based on religious values and noble morals, supported by pedagogical training programmes, skills workshops, character development, and systematic performance evaluation. The implementation of this programme has had a positive impact on teaching innovation, discipline, and student learning outcomes, as well as increasing teacher self-confidence and professionalism. Teachers expect training that is more relevant to their fields of study and broader access to external training. The study emphasizes the importance of a multifaceted approach to human resource development that aligns the strengthening of spiritual values,improving technical competencies, and adapting strategies to address challenges.

Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Pembelajaran Tajwid Menggunakan Metode Agile Berbasis Android
Background: The lack of time for lessons on Tajweed in official or formal schools is due to the fact that the subject matter of the study of Tajweed is quite a lot of material and will not be enough to be completed with only Islamic-Religious Education subjects. For example, the initial introduction to the science of tajwid, the place where letters are issued (makhroj), the nature of the letters, the law of nun sukun/tanwin, and many other materials. Methods: In this study, researchers used the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) system development method. The type of SDLC used is the Agile Method. Research Results: In this study using black box testing, which shows that the application of recitation learning media is able to make students interested in learning tajwid. Conclusion: Based on the results of the implementation and the results of the tests that have been carried out, the authors conclude that the system or application of this recitation learning can run as expected.

Metode Extreme Programming Dalam Rancang Bangun Elektronik Surat Studi Kasus Desa/Kelurahan
Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang saat ini berkembang pesat dan semakin meluas beriringan dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan akan ketersediaan informasi yang akurat dan cepat. Teknologi informasi juga dibutuhkan dikalangan institusi pemerintah, salah satunya adalah pelayan administrasi desa. Salah satu pelayanan administrasi pada desa yang masih belum optimal yaitu di bidang surat-menyurat, karena pada prosesnya masih menggunakan model manual, sehingga akan menjadikan pelayanan lamban dan terlihat kurang professional. Rancang bangun elektronik surat bertujuan untuk mempermudah pegawai desa dalam mengetahui kebutuhan surat-menyurat dan mempermudah warga dalam proses pengajuan surat ke desa. Dalam pengembangan elektronik surat ini menggunakan metode extreme programming dengan didukung oleh data dan informasi yang memadai sehingga dapat terwujud elektronik surat yang dirancang dan dikembangkan dengan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP menggunakan CodeIgniter sebagai framework dan MySQL. Teknik pengujian yang digunakan adalah Black-box Testing. Hasil pengujian yang didapatkan bahwa fungsi setiap menu yang disediakan dalam sistem informasi ini dapat berjalan dengan sempurna sesuai dengan fungsinya. Alur kerja dari sistem informasi ini sudah sesuai dengan alur kerja surat-menyurat yang ada di desa Pasirnangka, Tigaraksa, Kabupaten Tangerang
Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Pengajuan Cuti Pegawai Berbasis Web
Permasalahan pada perusahaan PT. Duta Indah Propertindo pengajuan cuti saat ini masih belum efektif karena proses pengajuannya masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu pegawai yang ingin mengajukan cuti harus meminta ijin kepada manager untuk melakukan pengajuan cuti, jika diizinkan pegawai harus mengkonfirmasi kepada bagian Hrd untuk mengetahui sisa hak cuti mereka dan meminta surat pengajuan, tetapi terkadang pegawai mengalami kekeliruan salah perhitungan, hal ini memperlambat mendapatkan informasi sisa hak cuti mereka cara ini tentunya menguras waktu. Pada penelitian ini mengunakan metode Extream Programming (Xp), Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu memudahkan pegawai dapat melakukannya pengajuan cuti pada perusahaan secara online serta terkomputerisasi dimana hal tersebut dapat menghindari terjadi penumpukan berkas form pengajuan pegawai, kerusakan pada form pengajuan pegawai, dan menghindari terjadinya kesalahan pendataan pengajuan cuti pengawai. Selain itu, sistem informasi pada penelitian ini menggunakan XAMPP yang berguna sebagai server dan database. Dengan menggunakan sistem informasi pengajuan cuti pegawai ini, dapat memberikan kemudahan seperti pegawai dapat melakukan pengajuan cuti dengan efektif dan efisien karena informasi pengajuan didapatkan secara cepat, akurat, dan mudah. Sistem informasi pengajuan cuti ini juga dapat diakses dimana saja. Penyimpanan data yang teratur mengatasi kesalahan pengimputan data karena data sistem pengajuan cuti ini tersimpan di dalam database serta rancangan user interface sehingga data yang diperlukan dapat diakses dangan mudah.

Pengaruh Perawatan Pencegahan frekwensi gerinda Top Roller terhadap ketidakrataan sliver kapas 100 % Drawing Breaker pada pabrik pemintalan benang
Good and bad sliver breaker draw frame will cause good or bad yarn unevenness that will be produced, because breaker draw frame sliver is a series of sequences of cotton yarn manufacturing process. Yarn with a high unevenness value indicates that the yarn has many thick and thin spots in the cross section of the yarn. Yarn with a high unevenness value will cause the yarn to break in thin places, thus affecting production efficiency. For this reason, research was carried out on the breaker draw frame on process parameters that could cause high unevenness values. The study was conducted in a Drawing breaker machine using a completely randomized design (CRD) with three replications. The factors studied were the top roller grinding frequency which consisted of a frequency of 4 weeks, 5 weeks, 6 weeks, 7 weeks and 8 weeks. Analysis of the data used to analyze the analysis of variance (Anova) one way. Because the expected sliver unevenness is as low as possible, the criterion used is that the smaller the better. The experimental results show that the top roller grinding frequency every 4 weeks produces the lowest sliver unevenness value (µ %) which is 2.47
STRATEGI BRANDING DAN PEMASARAN SEKOLAH DI ERA DIGITAL STUDI KASUS DI SMK DHARMA SISWA TANGERANG
POLA KOMUNIKASI ANTAR SESAMA RELAWAN DALAM MEMPERTAHANKAN SOLIDARITAS (Studi Kasus di Sekolah Pinggiran Sriwijaya)
Keberagaman latar belakang dan status sosial di antara para relawan Sekolah Pinggiran Sriwijaya menciptakan dinamika yang unik. Setiap relawan memiliki sifat, kepribadian, dan sudut pandang yang berbeda, mencerminkan ragam pengalaman hidup mereka. Hal ini menarik perhatian peneliti untuk mengetahui bagaimana solidaritas tetap terjaga di tengah perbedaan tersebut.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi pola komunikasi yang digunakan relawan dalam menjaga solidaritas. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan teori jaringan komunikasi, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan dua pola komunikasi utama yaitu pola bintang, yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan formal dan struktural, serta pola roda, yang lebih dominan dalam kegiatan informal. Kombinasi pola ini menjadi kunci dalam mempertahankan hubungan harmonis di antara para relawan.
 
PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI GUGUS 1 KECAMATAN LINGSAR KABUPATEN LOMBOK BARAT
Employee performance in the world of education, especially in elementary schools, is a key factor in improving the quality of educational services. This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at State Elementary School Cluster 1, Lingkar District, West Lombok Regency. The population in this study were all employees working at State Elementary School Cluster 1, Lingsar District, Lombok Regency, totaling 65 employees consisting of teachers and other educational staff. Meanwhile, the sample taken used a saturated sampling technique involving all 65 employees. The research method used was a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis techniques. The results showed that the work environment had a positive influence on employee performance with statistics = 2.7364 (>1.96) and p-value = 0.0062 (<0.05). Similarly, job satisfaction also has the largest influence on employee performance a with t-statistics of 2.8269 (>1.96) and p-value 0f 0.0047 (<0.05). Job satisfaction has the largest influence, indicating that employees who are satisfied with their jobs tend to perform better. Improving the quality of the work environment contributes to employee effectiveness, and a conducive work environment plays a role in increasing employee effectiveness.

PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA SMP NEGERI 1 DRAMAGA KABUPATEN BOGOR
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, work environment, and work motivation on the performance of employees of SMP Negeri 1 Dramaga, Bogor Regency. This study is a quantitative study with a survey approach. The population and sample in this study were 59 employees at SMP Negeri 1 Dramaga, Bogor Regency. Data collection techniques used in this study include in-depth interviews, observation, and literature studies. Furthermore, data analysis used in this study includes descriptive analysis, data validation tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, and partial significance tests (t-tests), as well as determination coefficient tests. The results of the study indicate that 1) Leadership style does not have a significant influence on employee performance. 2) The work environment does not have a significant influence on employee performance. 3) Work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, leadership style, work environment, and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Performance improvement is the result of a synergistic interaction between good leadership, a supportive environment, and strong motivational drive.
