inCLINC: incremental intent annotations of the CLINC dataset
No full textThe inCLINC dataset (incremental intent annotations of the CLINC dataset) contains 121 distinct utterances (queries directed to a voice assistant) in their complete form and in partial form for a total of 538 utterances, which were labeled with intent categories in a crowdsourcing study by 126 coders. The tagset consisted of 37 intent categories plus one out-of-scope category. Each utterance was annotated by 6 to 9 coders.

Es werden dabei verschiedene digitalpolitische Themen nach ihrer Relevanz bewertet und Ablehnung und Zustimmung zu verschiedenen digitalpolitischen Themen abgefragt. Im zweiten Teil der Umfrage folgen Fragen zu digitalem bürgerschaftlichem Engagement.
Das Kompetenzzentrum Öffentliche Informationstechnologie (ÖFIT) versteht sich als Ansprechpartner und Denkfabrik für Fragen der öffentlichen IT und untersucht staatliche Gestaltungs- und Regulierungsanforderungen zur Digitalisierung im öffentlichen Raum. Es handelt sich bei dieser Veröffentlichung um Daten einer Bevölkerungsumfrage zu Digitalpolitik und digitalem Engagement, die von der GMS Dr. Jung GmbH Gesellschaft für Markt- und Sozialforschung im Auftrag des Kompetenzzentrums Öffentliche IT (ÖFIT) von November bis Dezember 2017 durchgeführt wurden. Mit der Veröffentlichung der Umfragedaten wollen wir diese der Forschungsgemeinschaft zur Nachnutzung für weitere Forschungszwecke bereitstellen.Die Daten werden jeweils in zwei Formaten zugänglich gemacht. No full textThe data contains the electro- and photoluminescence, and transflection images of 120 multicrystalline silicon passivated emitter and rear solar cells (mc-Si PERC cells) and their current-voltage parameters. The images are neither scaled, nor aligned, rotated, or cropped. Effizienz und weitgehender Nutzung erneuerbarer Energien ist nur durch erhebliche technologische Innovationen in
nahezu allen Komponenten des Energiesystems erreichbar. Die Energieforschung ist aus diesen Gründen ein strategisches Element der Energie- und Wirtschaftspolitik bei der Gestaltung der Energiewende. Mit der Neuausrichtung der Energiepolitik ergeben sich somit auch neue und weiterführende Prämissen für die Energieforschungspolitik der Bundesregierung insbesondere im anwendungsorientierten Bereich. Vor diesem Hintergrund bündelt das Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie (BMWi) seine Maßnahmen in der nicht nuklearen Energieforschung und treibt die systemorientierte Weiterentwicklung des 6. Energieforschungsprogramms voran. Dabei wird die gesamte Energiekette abgebildet, von der Energiebereitstellung und -umwandlung über den Transport und die Verteilung einschließlich Speicherung bis hin zum Energieeinsatz in verschiedenen Sektoren.Im Projekt 'iMage' werden einfache und fortschrittliche Ansätze zur bildgebenden Inline-Charakterisierung von Solarzellen mit passivierter Rückseite weiterentwickelt, mit einander und mit genauen Offline-Verfahren verglichen und bewertet, wobei Nutzen, Messdauer und Kosten berücksichtigt werden.The current-voltage parameters of the cells are summarized in the xlsx-file (open with Microscoft Excel). BodenType Data Center One - Performance Measurements
No full textThe BodenType Data Center One has been operational since January 2019. The data center has 3 PODS which are configured with slight variations in the fresh air-based cooling systems. The datasets that have been collected since operation commenced in PODs 1 and 3 with the operational period from the perspective of data collection using the database system and DCIM system installed and described in D5.1 being from 5th March 2019 to 2nd March 2020 inclusive, so 52 weeks, 364 days and 8,736 hours.
The datasets for POD 1 comprehensively include energy, temperature, relative humidity, fan speeds, average server chip temperatures, average server fan speeds, percentage server utilization and dew point. The POD 3 datasets include average server power consumption and percentage fan speeds, but the period of operation is shorter than POD 1, being only from 26th April 2019 to 24th February 2020 inclusive. The data set also includes weather data over the full 364-day period.
Two sets of data are to be made available. The first is an excel spreadsheet with the finest time resolution being for hourly averaged data, but the data is for all 364 days, so 8,736 hours. The second data set is the full data collected during the 9 sets of 5-day test campaigns and a further 9 sets of 6-day test campaigns with a resolution of measured data values being between 15 and 30 seconds resulting in a large data set
