    The Madrasah Head who has good ability will give the best performance for the Madrasa he leads so that the Madrasa has good quality so that it can create a generation that is smart and has good character and good religion. One of the efforts of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia Mataram City Office to always maintain and improve the quality of Madrasah heads in the City of Mataram is to provide an assessment to choose the best Madrasah head so that all Madrasah heads in the City of Mataram have the motivation to always improve their quality. The design and manufacture of systems in this study use the waterfall methodology. This study uses the Exponential Comparison Method (MPE) which is one of the methods of the Decision Support System (SPK) used to determine the priority order of alternative decisions with multi criteria. The results of this assessment are to get the best Madrasah head ranking table in the city of Mataram based on the results of the system calculation, where these results can already be used by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia Mataram City Office as a consideration in determining the best Madrasa head in the city of Mataram. The conclusion of this study is the construction of a system that is able to produce the best level of Madrasah head assessment in the city of Mataram which can then be used to help the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia Mataram City Office in making the decision to determine the best Madrasah head in the city of Mataram effectively and efficiently

    The interaction technology in general is inseparable from the rapid development of Human-Computer Interaction technology or Human and Computer Interaction. Human and computer mouse interactions are called Virtual Mouse. Virtual mouse is designed for users to be able to interact directly with computers without using input devices such as conventional mice but using their hands as driving objects or using other media such as colors. In this research, testing is done on how to track an object that moves in order to do the mouse by using an intermediary in the form of an image processing-based webcam video that is taken in real-time using object tracking in the form of three color variables arranged based on RGB composition using the optical flow method in detecting its movement. Based on research that has been carried out as a whole the color object used as a pointer controller or mouse with the optical flow method can be detected properly in every condition

    The stability of commodity prices for food is very influential on the economy of a region because stable prices have a direct impact on the level of people\u27s purchasing power. The need to maintain the stability of food commodity prices is the background of this research and this can be anticipated by forecasting the Consumer Price Index (CPI). The CPI is an index number that calculates the average change in prices of goods and services consumed by households and society. The purpose of this study is to predict the CPI of the Foodstuff Group using the Support Vector Regression (SVR) method by utilizing Linear, Polynomial, Gaussian Radial Basis Function (RBF) and SPLine Kernel Functions. Selection of this SVR method, because SVR is able to map input vectors into higher dimensions and can produce a function with a trend of bumpy data following the data path formed, resulting in more accurate predictive values Research is limited to the city of Surabaya, the period of time the study begins January 1, 2016 until December 31, 2018. The data source used is the Surabaya Food Basic Price data as an input variable with 34 input attributes and the CPI data for Surabaya city Foodstuffs group as output variables. The results of this study are expected to be able to predict CPI with an error rate below 5%, which is indicated by MSE (Mean Square Error) < 0.0

    Agriculture in Singojuruh Subdistrict, Banyuwangi Regency, East Java Province has 57 Farmers Groups in 11 villages (Alas Malang, Benelan Kidul, Gambor, Singojuruh, Singolatren, Lemahbang Kulon, Gumirih, Padang, Cantuk, Kemiri, and Sumber Baru) in which need information on organic and inorganic agriculture for agricultural processing, including: piracy, irrigation, fertilization, planting and pest control. In an effort to facilitate farmers in knowing information on organic and inorganic agriculture, a web-based ITFARM system is needed. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with observation, interview and literature study as well as using agile methods for timebox planning, Daily Stand-Up Meeting (Elicitation Requirements, Detail System Design, Coding Development & Testing), Demonstration and Retrospective Meeting. IT-FARM system users, namely: farmers, Agricultural Counseling Centers (BPP) and administrators. The conclusion obtained in this study is a Web-based IT-FARM system built using the agile method where the web can inform how to plant, pirate, irrigate, fertilize, and control pests both organic and inorganic agriculture. BPP Singojuruh Subdistrict, Banyuwangi Regency, East Java Province can use the TI-FARM system for materials that can be delivered to farmer groups to go to Superior Agriculture. Admin can manage data about organic and inorganic agriculture. Information about agriculture can be seen by the BPP and the Farmers\u27 Group

    Family Prosperity Founding is an institution that is very closely related to the system ofgovernment and society. Various types of community data in an environment must bemanaged by the Family Prosperity Founding, both at the village / kelurahan and district levels.In managing community data, many parties are involved, from the managers of each of theguest houses for each RT to the Village / Village Office. Of course this requires a lot of energyand time so that it is not fast in presenting information needed by certain parties. What is donefor data collection on the Family Prosperity Founding of a village / kelurahan has thefollowing stages: 1. The initial data is made by each charisma in each RT, 2. RT records thedata obtained from the dasawisma group and then the data is given to RW, 3. RW receivesdata from each RT and recapitulation, then the RW provides data to the Working Group, 4.The working group recaps data from the assisted RW and provides recapitulation data to thevillage / kelurahan, 5. The village / kelurahan reconciles the overall data. This method tendsto cause errors in filling and the slow submission of data to the kelurahan. For this reason, awebsite-based PEDDAS application was created in the hope that it could overcome problemsand be able to present Family Prosperity Founding information in Tamanbaru Village.     Arrihu Archery is one of the archery clubs in the city of Mataram. Before taking the test to increase the level, participants will take part in the stabilization exercise in preparation for the exam. The problem faced was that the exercise carried out took a long time and the trainers had difficulty in monitoring the progress of the participants. This writing aims to accelerate the exercise and make it easier to monitor the training of participants. Therefore, it is necessary to build an Application to Evaluate the Development of Archery Athlete Exercises using Progressive Web Application. The design of this system is done by the waterfall methodology, which is a system development method that begins with planning, system design, making Web Service APIs, and creating Service Workers in the Progressive Web App application. The results that have been achieved in this study are the creation of applications to assist the stabilization training process and assist in monitoring the progress of trainees. This application is able to cache and be able to display pages offline. This application runs well on the google chrome browser version 43

    Central Lombok Regency is one of the districts that supports the establishment of Tourism Villages. One of the Tourism Villages that was recently initiated was the Sengkoah Traditional Tourism Village. This village has not been widely known by the wider community due to lack of information dissemination. Previously the dissemination of information was only through facebook pages and internet articles. In order to introduce this Sengkoah Indigenous Tourism Village, researchers created a profile video with vintage effects. Where this vintage effect will strengthen the impression of the past in the video part that is needed. In the process of making a profile video through three stages, namely, the first pre-production stage where the location survey and video drafting begin. The two stages of production are taking pictures and recording sound and preparing all the materials needed in the video. The three post-production stages are the video editing stage that brings together all the materials needed to become a complete video. After doing all of these steps, it is expected to produce a profile video of the Sengkoah Traditional Tourism Village with vintage effects. So that this video can be used as a more effective medium of information to introduce to the general public about the existence of this tourist village and the traditional activities offered. To find out the feasibility of the videos that have been made a beta test is proposed by submitting questionnaires to 30 respondents. The results obtained were profile videos with vintage effects of the traditional Sengkoah tourist village worthy of dissemination

The development of information technology in the field of geography, information can be displayed better and faster through computers, one of which is a geographic information system for mapping the closest boarding house of Universitas Bumigora. The ease of obtaining boarding information is one of the demands in the city of Mataram, especially for migrants, for example students and students, especially STMIK students, Bumigora Mataram, who need temporary shelter. In finding a boarding house, it is sometimes difficult to find the closest boarding house and facilities that fit your needs because you do not know the area, so some boarders have to ask boarding information to the surrounding community or by circling the city which drains energy and costs. Based on these problems, a geographic information system is needed to map the closest boarding house from Universitas Bumigora using the Location Based Service (LBS) method, which is an application to facilitate boarders in finding temporary accommodation without having to search directly to the location. LBS is used to find the geographical position or position of a person through the website. In addition to finding the user\u27s position, LBS can also determine the position of certain places, one of which is a boarding house. LBS is used to lock the search center point of a boarding house, namely Universitas Bumigora and change units to kilometers
