    The recording, borrowing and returning of medical record documents at the Haji Hospital in Surabaya still uses a manual borrowing expedition book in the filing section. The medical record documents returned are not in accordance with the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and SPM (Minimum Service Standard) of the hospital. The purpose of this study was to design and create a web-based information system for borrowing and returning medical records at the Haji Hospital in Surabaya. The method used in this research is waterfall. The stages of the waterfall method are requirements analysis, system design, system creation and system testing. Data collection was done by interview, observation, and documentation. The result of this research is a web-based information system for borrowing and returning medical records. Suggestions for the Haji Hospital of Surabaya are expected to be able to use a web-based information system for borrowing and returning medical records to facilitate the electronic recording process, speed up reporting and reduce the incidence of delays

    Pemerintah Desa Penambangan telah mengembangkan dan menerapkan sistem informasi  yaitu Sistem Informasi Penambangan Pintar (SIPENPIN) yang ditujukan kepada masyarakat Desa Penambangan Kecamatan Curahdami Kabupaten Bondowoso yang berusia minimal 17 tahun. SIPENPIN dibuat agar pelayanan dan pengaduan di Desa Penambangan bisa dilakukan secara online dengan sistem pelayanan yang sudah disediakan. Namun, dalam implementasi SIPENPIN terdapat masalah yaitu masih minimnya penggunaan SIPENPIN  oleh masyarakat Desa Penamabangan. Berdasarkan hasil survey awal penelitian dari 30 orang sampel masyarakat Desa Penambangan dapat ditarik sebuah kesimpulan awal bahwa minat masyarakat Desa Penambangan dalam menggunakan aplikasi SIPENPIN masih minim. Hal itu disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu kesiapan dan penerimaan pengguna dalam menggunakan SIPENPIN. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapan pengguna SIPENPIN serta menganalisis pengaruh kesiapan pengguna terhadap penerimaan SIPENPIN dengan menggunakan seluruh variabel yang ada dalam metode Technology Readiness Acceptance Model (TRAM). Jumlah sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 97 responden dari masyarakat Desa Penambangan yang berusia minimal 17 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa tingkat kesiapan pengguna SIPENPIN sebesar 2,245 yang berarti tingkat kesiapannya masih rendah. Selain itu, dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa sikap optimis dapat mempengaruhi rasa kemanfaatan dalam menggunakan SIPENPIN, sikap inovatif dapat mempengaruhi rasa kemanfaatan dan kemudahan dalam menggunakan SIPENPIN dan rasa kemanfaatan dan kemudahan dalam menggunakan SIPENPIN dapat mempengaruhi niat pengguna untuk menggunakan SIPENPIN. Sedangkan, sikap ketidakamanan dan ketidaknyamanan tidak mempengaruhi rasa kemanfaatan dan kemudahan pengguna dalam menggunakan SIPENPIN. &nbsp

    Social media has impact for decision maker to get more insights broadly. Including for online travel agent company, where costumer’s interest to use online travel agent for their chosen agent will grows along with the high number of customer’s satisfaction. As a one of the most important point in distribution, company provides a platform that reliable and effective to purchase a trip and share information of their experience through Online travel agent. It is important to know how consumer considerate which one the online travel agent they choose. One of their method is looking at the reviews. Facebook is one of social media that provide numerous reviews through comments sections. The research purposes are twofold, algorithm comparison and reveal the effect of uppercase as well as punctuation mark. The accuracy comparison between Naïve Bayes and K-Nearest Neighbor is provided against the datasets. This research collects the data from user comments on Facebook about the biggest three online travel agents in Indonesia. We classify the comments into three categories which are positive, negative, and neutral. The result of this research is found that K-Nearest Neighbor have slightly higher accuracy than the Naïve Bayes. Moreover, lowercase text without punctuation achieves better accuracy for both of algorithm.&nbsp

    Since the spread of Covid-19, online learning is considered the main solution for universities so that the lecture process continues to run well, but in online learning there are many obstaclesfaced by students and lecturers, as for the obstacle, namely the location of the house is not covered by the internet network, student behavior is difficult to understand. monitored and absorption of material is very lacking and the obstacles faced by campus are the difficulty of knowing how big the level of student satisfaction in online learning is, on this problem, the author wants to evaluate the online learning system by first classifying the level of student satisfaction with online learning using the C4.5 algorithm. , based on the results of data processing that is deemed less convincing, data processing is also carried out using another classification method, namely the Naive Bayes method. Based on the results of the comparison of the two algorithms, the accuracy of the algorithmNaïve Bayes is better than C4.5 by a difference of 11.77%. That the accuracy rate of the algorithmC4.5 is 58.82% with the validity test using cross validation obtained the average value for the value of Class Precision Dissatisfied 0%, Class Precision Satisfied 66.67%, Class Precision Unsatisfied 0%, Precision Class Very Dissatisfied 0%. And the value of Class Recall Dissatisfied 0%, Class Recall Satisfied 90.91%, Class Recall Unsatisfied 0%, Class Recall Very Dissatisfied 0%. While the level of accuracy using the AlgorithmNaïve Bayes with the results of 70.59% with the validity test using cross validation obtained the average value for the value of Class Precision Dissatisfied 0%, Class Precision Satisfied 76.92%, Class Precision Unsatisfied 33.33%, Class Precision Very Dissatisfied 100% and Class values Recall Dissatisfied 0%, Class Recall Satisfied 90.91%, Class Recall Less Satisfied 25%, Class Recall Very Dissatisfied 100%

    Electronic-based government develops in harmony with advances in technology to improve public services. A common problem that often occurs is that many online public service sites do not pay attention to their use so not a few website users get confused, bored, or even lose their way because of an inappropriate appearance. In addition, many online administration sites nev-er evaluate the usability of the website. The focus of this study aims to empirically test the usa-bility of the ATR/BPN Sumbawa website based on the level of severity with the heuristic evalu-ation principle. This research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire with a total of 30 re-spondents, 10 people consisting of active users including ATR/BPN Sumbawa employees, and 20 people who are community users of the website. This research is based on the assessment of ten heuristic evaluation principles with a usability scale system. This research begins with data col-lection, analysis, or testing as well as website assessment and recommendations. The results can be concluded about the evaluation of website usability according to the ten heuristic principles and according to respondents from 43 questionnaire statements as a whole the ATR/BPN Sum-bawa website has fulfilled the 10 heuristic characteristics. Each value in each variable gives an average value agreeing with the indicators in the heuristic principle

    The Corona virus today has spread throughout Indonesia. In an effort to prevent it, almost every place does a body temperature check, sprays hand sanitizer or washes hands but is still manual in which it requires officers to measure body temperature and spraying hand sanitizer or hand washing activities in public places that are used together which can be a source of viral dissemination. To minimize direct contact with objects used in general and to displace the role of officers in checking body temperature and spraying hand sanitizer, it is necessary to make a tool or robot that can measure body temperature and spray hand sanitizer that works automatically. This robot uses ultrasonic sensors as an object detectors, the temperature sensors for body temperature detector and the Arduino Uno as controller. Output uses a Relay module that is connected to the servo motor that sprays hand sanitizer through a small hose. These tool are considered  effective in detecting objects in the sensor area. With this tool, it can replace the role of officers in measuring body temperature and spraying hand sanitizers so as to minimize direct contact with objects that are used in general so as to prevent the spread of the Corona virus

    Kebutuhan energi di Indonesia terus mengalami peningkatan setiap tahun. Kebutuhan energi tersebut dipenuhi dari energi primer yang berasal dari batu bara, min-yak bumi, gas bumi, serta energi baru terbarukan (EBT) misalnya energi panas bumi, an-gin, panel surya dan sebagainya. Dari empat energi primer tersebut, gas bumi merupakan energi fosil yang ditingkat-kan bauran energinya sampai tahun 2050. Hal ini dikarenakan cadangan gas bumi yang cukup besar, ramah lingkungan dan relatif murah daripada minyak bumi, serta gas bumi untuk pembangkit listrik dan bahan baku industri. Konsumsi gas bumi di Indonesia terus meningkat, sedangkan besar cadangan gas bumi Indonesia semakin berkurang dan masih adanya komitmen ekspor gas bumi selama puluhan tahun ke depan. Mulai tahun 2012, prosentase pemanfaatan gas bumi Indonesia untuk konsumsi domestik mulai lebih besar daripada untuk ekspor. Seiring dengan terus meningkatnya konsumsi domestik tersebut dapat mengakibatkan Indonesia akan menjadi negara net im-porter gas bumi di kemudian hari. Untuk itu, diperlukan upaya prediksi kebutuhan konsumsi gas bumi di masa depan yang akurat sehingga pemerintah dapat mengupayakan pemenuhan pasokan gas bumi tersebut baik dari kegiatan eksplorasi dan eksploitasi dalam negeri maupun membuka opsi impor. Maka proyeksi tersebut dapat dibantu menggunakan Artificial Intelligence dengan memasukan beberapa parameter yang mempengaruhi konsumsi. Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) merupakan suatu sistem yang meng-gabungkan kemampuan jaringan syaraf tiruan dan logika fuzzy. Untuk itu, pada penelitian ini dilakukan prediksi kebutuhan gas bumi menggunakan ANFIS dengan tiga parameter inputan yang dipakai adalah pertumbuhan ekonomi, jumlah penduduk, dan harga gas, sementara output yang dicari adalah kon-sumsi gas bumi. Dari hasil prediksi didapatkan tingkat akurasi 99.203% dan MAPE sebesar 1.2855 %. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ANFIS dapat digunakan sebagai metode proyeksi kebutuhan konsumsi gas bumi Indonesia

Moreover, at the Puskesmas, patient data collection, starting from patient registration and archiving patient medical records, is still done manually, meaning that everything is still written on piles of paper and stored on storage shelves, so that when the puskesmas needs patient data, visit reports , as well as data reports of drugs that have been used, it takes a long time to find where the data is stored.     The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic and the global economic crisis did not affect the existence of Small and Medium Industries and even experienced relatively stable growth. Small and Medium Industries in the manufacturing sector were able to realize an investment value of up to IDR 72.3 trillion in the third quarter of 2020. In the context of creating competitive Small and Medium Industries, strengthening the national industrial structure, alleviating poverty, expanding job opportunities, and producing industrial goods and/or services for export purposes, the strategic role of Small and Medium Industries needs to be increased through the digitization of Small and Medium Industries. This study uses Fuzzy Tsukamoto\u27s logic calculations in making the membership function of the distribution area of ??Small and Medium Industries in Bondowoso Regency. From the Fuzzy Logic model obtained, an information system design for the distribution of Small and Medium Industries can be made in the form of context diagrams and interface designs. From this design, it will be easier for the Bondowoso Regency Cooperatives and Industry Office to develop a web and mobile-based application in the context of the process of digitizing Small and Medium Industries. The existence of this information system will provide benefits for the Office of Cooperatives, Industry and Trade as well as Small and Medium Industry players in Bondowoso Regency, not only being able to visualize the distribution of Small and Medium Industries but also being able to provide an overview of Small and Medium Industry parameter data that can be used as decision makers. decisions for existing stakeholders

    One of the roles of humans in community empowerment activities is in the health sector. Community empowerment in this field can be carried out through efforts to improve community health by utilizing family medicinal plants. The purpose of using family medicinal plants is so that the community can preserve these plants, reduce hospital costs, and serve as access to first aid for health if health services are difficult to reach. Based on this explanation, to increase public knowledge and understanding of the types of Toga and its benefits as a medicinal ingredient, it can be done several ways. One of them is through an in-depth learning approach. The deep learning approach with Siamese Neural Network is by comparing two patterns and producing an appropriate output based on the similarity of the two patterns. The application of Siamese Neural Network with an Android Smartphone is the right choice because it can facilitate the community in terms of usage. Based on these problems, the writer wants to build an application that can identify plants based on Android-based leaf images by applying the Siamese Neural Network approach. In this study, the results achieved were that the Siamese Neural Network could be implemented on Android-based smartphones.
