    Analisis Perbandingan User Experience pada Website dan Aplikasi Mobile Shopee Menggunakan UEQ

    In the midst of technological developments that are always advancing, the internet is one of the things that makes life easier. The internet itself produces products that are useful for daily activities, for example websites and applications. These two products have many types of usage categories, one of which is e-commerce. E-commerce (electronic commerce) provides a different shopping experience for consumers. One of the e-commerce that is developing in Indonesia is Shopee. Shopee has 2 (two) versions, a mobile application and a website. In this case, of course, the layout of the user interface provided is definitely different. Different layouts certainly provide a different user experience. The purpose of this research is to analyze and evaluate user experience and to find out user perceptions and interaction problems experienced by users when using mobile applications and the Shopee website. This study uses 2 (two) research methods, namely user experience questionnaire and Focus Group Discussion. The results of this analysis show that the mobile application and Shopee website have significant values ??for each parameter. Both Shopee platforms only have 4 (four) of the 6 (six) parameters that reach 0.8. This shows that the Shopee mobile application and the Shopee website have their own strengths and weaknesses in terms of user experience

    The purpose of this study is to design and develop architecture and application of Knowledge Management System (KMS) with a deep and comprehensive analysis at XYZ University. To get a deep and comprehensive analysis, several tools and methods are needed. The collaboration is contained in the stages of this study, starting from the business area analysis to map the subjects needed in making databases, current condition analysis by mapping the needs of knowledge and measuring KM Readiness with Rao scale. Both analyzes produce centralized KMS architectural recommendations, website -based KM application designs accompanied and cost benefits analysis. The conclusion obtained is the Knowledge Management System is one of the real solutions for the organization in giving contributions to improvement of governance and human resources in the organization, the readiness of the organization in implementing knowledge management also affects the process of developing knowledge management systems, technology is one aspect which contributes to the development of knowledge management, besides that the Knowledge Manage-Ment System can be developed into tools to assist management in assessing employee activity aspects

    The rapid advancement of digital technology causes fierce competition from digital-born companies to the incumbent ones, so they need to accelerate their digital transformation (DT). Prior research has found the influence of IT governance (ITG) mechanisms on organizational performance. (OP), mediated by DT. However, there is a need to identify the prioritized IT services management initiatives to support their DT. This case study is performed in BankCo using Design Science Research (DSR) and the latest ISACA’s framework of COBIT 2019 Governance & Management Objectives (GMO). The solution and implementation roadmap results are analyzed and designed based on interviews data and documents triangulation. There are three important initiatives BankCo namely DSS05 Managed Security Service, BAI06 Managed IT Changes, and BAI04 Managed Availability and Capacity. The estimated solution implementation increased BankCo’s maturity to 3.XY. This research contributes to the knowledge base regarding IT service management prioritization and provides practical implications for BankCo to enhance their DT, and the banking industry in general

    Bank Sampah Sumber Rejeki in Cilacap City provides an opportunity for customers to deposit waste and receive monetary rewards. Unfortunately, current data management is still manual through unstructured notebooks, potentially resulting in data loss due to notebook damage, difficulty in finding customer information, and delays in making performance reports. This research aims to develop a website-based management information system that is tailored to the needs of the sampah bank. This system includes customer data management, recording waste deposit transactions, recording customer balance withdrawals, and improving waste bank data security. Data was collected through direct interviews with the manager of Sumber Rejeki Waste Bank. The development method used is Feature Driven Development (FDD) using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. In addition, testing this system also involves the black box testing method to ensure the functionality is as expected. The result of this research is a web-based system that is significant in improving the efficiency of managing customer data, transactions, and waste bank performance reports. The implementation of this system reduces the risk of errors and data loss due to manual recording and provides easier access for customers to view transaction history in the waste bank

    Business Incubator is an institution that assists start-up businesses as their tenants that are still newly established or are growing. The main goal of a business incubator is to explore the most appropriate ways of assistance for tenants, from the process of starting a business, developing a business, and scaling up a business so that tenants can succeed in their business. Based on existing assistance data and the results of interviews with managers of the STIKOM Bali business incubator, one of the challenges for tenants is the ineffectiveness of the marketing process and strategic schemes in terms of maintaining customer loyalty. Ineffective and efficient plans can result in wasted use of resources. The customer relationship management (CRM) strategy can be applied by tenants as the solution, but the basis is that tenants need to know how to find out the right treatment for customers. So a strategy is needed to find out the characteristics of customers. In this case, it is done by using a business intelligence approach through customer clustering using fuzzy c-means. The dataset comes from the transaction of one of the tenants who is engaged in education technology. Based on values of the fuzzy partition coefficient (FCP) for the scenarios from clusters 2 to 10, it was found that 7 is the most optimal number of clusters (customer category) with the highest FCP value = 0.793. The main strategy that can be implemented based on tenant business for CRM is the pricing of subscription and engagement packages to customers regarding the information on both recently released and upcoming learning content

    All activities have been online since the Covid-19 pandemic broke out in Indonesia. IPB also supports government policy by partially locking down the campus area. Administrative activities are also in online mode. Online correspondence activities still require a signature as a form of validity and authentication of the letter. The scanned signature is different from the digital signature. Thus an application was made to create digital signatures. This application is named eSVi sign. This web-based application was made by using Prototype method. Prototype method consists of communication, planning and modeling quickly, making prototypes, submitting the system to users and feedback. This app uses a hash function with SHA256. Each signed document is assigned a hash value which is stored in storage. When the document is verified, the system will look for a hash value that matches the document in the database. The method to test this application was black box testing. This application can be accessed on the https://ipb.link/esvisign. This digital signature is only used within the College of Vocational Studies IPB University.   &nbsp

    Kemajuan teknologi modern saat ini sangatlah pesat, teknologi modern sudah mulai banyak dipergunakan dan bahkan memiliki banyak peranan didalam beberapa sektor. Pendidikan merupakan bagian yang inhern dengan kehidupan. Pemahaman seperti ini, mungkin terkesan dipaksakan, tetapi jika mencoba merunut alur dan proses kehidupan manusia, maka tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa pendidikan telah mawarnai jalan panjang kehidupan manusia dari awal hingga akhir. Pada proses pembelajaran banyak siswa terkendala dalam memahami materi dari  penjelasan guru  melalui materi yang diasajikan dalam slide powerpoint secara langsung dikelas sehingga guru harus mengulang kembali materi yang sebelumnya sudah disampaikan agar siswa dapat memahami materi pembelajaran, hal tersebut mengakibatkan pembelajaran yang kurang efektif, kecendrungan siswa lebih    menyenangi pembelajaran praktik  ketimbang teori  sehingga hasil  belajar  kognitif  masih  rendah. Dengan demikian dalam pembelajaran Teknik Animasi 2 Dimensi dibutuhkan media yang dapat digunakan kapan saja dan dimana saja. Oleh karena itu, peneliti termotivasi untuk merancang media pembelajaran interaktif yaitu aplikasi berbasis Android untuk mata pelajaran Teknik Animasi 2 Dimensi kelas XI yang bernama Kasanima. Jenis metode  penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang menghasilkan produk berupa media pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian Design and Development (D&D) yang merujuk pada tahapan pembuatan suatu media pembelajaran. Dengan model N.J Manson dengan lima tahapan yaitu menyadari adanya masalah, memberi saran, mengembangkan produk, melakukan evaluasi, dan menyimpulkan.     Implementasi Chatbot Sebagai Virtual Assistant di Universitas Panca Marga Probolinggo menggunakan Metode TF-IDF

    This research is to implement a chatbot as a virtual assistant that can be used as an academic information service for the general public as well as for the academic community of the Panca Marga University Probolinggo campus. The stages of developing this chatbot using the waterfall method include analysis, design, code, testing and maintenance. The method used for learning chatbots uses Tf-Idf and VSM for word weighting in documents and queries and Cosine similarity to calculate similarity (similarity) between documents and queries. The final result of this research is a chatbot application that can be used as a virtual assistant as customer service in serving and providing information about academics at Panca Marga University Probolinggo. Based on the results of the accuracy and UAT testing, the accuracy rate obtained by the chatbot reached 85.7% and the UAT test in the first test reached 84.1% with a total of 30 respondents, in the second test it reached 82.1% with a total of 92 respondents

    The increasing maternal mortality rate (MMR) in Indonesia in the last two decades has become a serious concern for the government. Moreover, Jember Regency is one of the areas with the highest MMR in East Java. Where in 2018 the AKI of Jember Regency was ranked 10th with an AKI of 114/100,000 KH and was the 5th highest rank in 2019 with 133.4/100,000 KH. The process of recording pregnancy data that is still done manually can also affect the AKI process because it can slow down the decision-making process for pregnant women who are at risk. In this study, the focus is on creating a recording system for pregnant women according to cohort data and equipped with features to support pregnancy risk classification according to the KSPR standard. So that it is expected to provide an early decision on the risk of pregnancy to related parties. The results of the system trial show that the k-NN system developed is able to help the computational process faster by complementing the classification results with an accuracy rate of up to 80%
