Pengembangan Aplikasi Pose Detection untuk Asesmen Kemajuan Fisioterapi Pasien Pasca Stroke dari Jarak Jauh
Assessment has an important role in determining the diagnosis and subsequent treatment plan. In an effort to increase access and effectiveness of rehabilitation, this research aims to develop a mobile application that is able to report the results of post-stroke patient pose assessment remotely. Telemedicine approaches in post-stroke rehabilitation have become increasingly popular, allowing patients to access rehabilitation services remotely. This is especially beneficial for patients who live in remote areas or have limited mobility. Telemedicine also allows for real-time patient monitoring, allowing adjustments to rehabilitation plans as needed. The mobile app is designed to provide easy access to rehabilitation programs that can be tailored to individual patient needs. In addition to making access easier, this application is equipped with a monitoring feature that allows health professionals to follow patient progress in detail. Data collected from patients\u27 daily exercise and activities provides valuable insight into their progress, which can be used in tailoring rehabilitation plans in real-time. The development of this mobile application technology has great potential to improve rehabilitation outcomes for post-stroke patients. Testing by three experts with two experts as healthy patients and stroke patients, as well as one patient who acts as a medical personel to monitor, shows that from the graph, healthy patients tend to be consistent. On the other hand, post-stroke patients tend to be inconsistent. These results indicate that this application is effective for identifying patient movements during the rehabilitation process. Although there are several obstacles, such as delays in predictions on some devices, this application has great potential to improve the quality of life of post-stroke patients. Thus, the development of a pose detection application for remotely assessing the progress of physiotherapy in post-stroke patients has great potential in improving rehabilitation outcomes. The app facilitates patient access to appropriate, personalized and effective care, while providing medical personnel with objective and accurate data for monitoring and adjusting rehabilitation plans. Sistem Monitoring Capaian Pembelajaran di SMKN 1 Kota Bima Berbasis Web dan Android
In the process of teaching and learning, there is always a specific goal to be achieved, aiming to fulfill and produce a set of achievements targeted by a subject teacher. Each subject has different learning outcomes. Supervision of learning outcomes is necessary to ensure that both students and teachers can achieve the agreed-upon or school-established learning outcomes. Throughout this process, schools face difficulties in carrying out supervision to ensure that learning outcomes are met. This challenge underscores the need for an application that can assist in the supervision of learning outcomes, aiding schools in ensuring that both teachers and students can successfully achieve the set learning outcomes. The application development process utilizes the waterfall method, with data collection using documentation techniques. The programming languages used are Dart and PHP. The developed application includes the ability to monitor quiz scores, assignment grades, student attendance levels, as well as creating an interactive and engaging discussion forum. After implementation and testing, the application proves to be highly effective in fulfilling its function of supervising learning outcomes. In summary, during the teaching and learning process, the primary objective is to achieve the set learning outcomes. The challenges faced by schools in supervising these outcomes emphasize the necessity for an application that can facilitate this process, ensuring the successful attainment of learning goals by both teachers and students. Markets are an essential part of the economic ecosystem, often facing various challenges for traders. One of the issues they encounter is the limited time for conducting transactions with both consumers and suppliers. This condition significantly impacts business performance and the quality of stock, influenced by various factors such as weather, time constraints, and the shipping process. This research aims to determine and analyze the development of applications that make buying and selling easier between traders and suppliers online, which can be accessed at any time. This application is integrated into various platforms, both via mobile and web, to enable traders to carry out transactions quickly, effectively and efficiently in terms of time, ef-fort and cost. Apart from that, this research is to facilitate transactions between market traders and suppliers, as well as expand the reach of online markets, especially regarding time con-straints and stock availability. By adopting an integrated multiplatform application develop-ment approach, this research aims to facilitate transactions between market traders and suppli-ers, as well as expand the market reach online, particularly addressing time limitations and stock availability. The development method used is the Waterfall method, which includes re-quirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The result of this research is an application called "Sayur Kita," a cross-platform application that helps traders con-duct transactions quickly and efficiently through mobile and web platforms, usable on various devices. Testing was conducted using the black box method, and the results showed that all fea-tures operated as expected. Therefore, this application can help improve the efficiency of market traders in conducting transactions with suppliers and traders online
Deteksi Nodul Paru pada Citra CT dengan Klasifikasi Pseudo Nearest Neigbour Rule
This research aims to obtain the classification performance of the Pseudo Nearest Neighbor Rule (PNNR) algorithm in detecting lung nodules in CT scan images. The PNNR classification algorithm is used to reduce the influence of noise or outliers in the classification process so that false positives (prediction of an object that is not a nodule as a nodule) can be reduced. The data set used is 200 patient data obtained from the public data of The Lung Image Database Consortium and Infectious Disease Research Institute (LIDC/IDRI) where 4 fold Cross Validation will be carried out. The preprocessing stage is carried out by segmenting the otsu image, where from the segmentation results the two largest blobs are then searched for to determine the area of ??the lung to be analyzed. Next, the feature extraction process from the candidate nodules (white pixels / foreground) is obtained from the Otsu segmentation process again. The results of this second segmentation contain information from the candidate nodules to then calculate the value of the shape features of the candidate nodules such as area, eccentricity, equivalent diameter, major axis length, minor axis length and perimeter which produces feature set values ??as the basis for training data and data test for the classification process in PNNR The results of the classification proposed in this research, namely using the PNNR classification method, obtained an Accuracy value of , which is included in the excellent classification level or the Accuracy level is very good but with a lower level of sensitivity or recognition of true positives, namely . Implementasi Chatbot Kesehatan Kucing Melalui Dialogflow dan Telegram untuk Pemberian Informasi Penyakit dan Perawatan
Cats are an integral part of human life, but their health needs are often complicated for their owners. This research proposes and implements a Chatbot system using Natural Language Processing (NLP) through the Dialogflow framework to provide advice on cat care and treatment. This method is intended to help cat owners understand basic care needs and identify symptoms of illness their cat may be exhibiting. Using Dialogflow as the main framework enables intuitive and responsive interactions between chat owners and Chatbots. This system has gone through comprehensive stages of analysis, development and testing to ensure reliability and accuracy in providing cat health care information. This test also includes several real-life cases to validate the Chatbot\u27s ability to provide appropriate treatment advice and solutions for cat health problems. The results of this research show that the application of Chatbots via Dialogflow has great potential in helping cat owners in caring for and dealing with diseases in cats. With the ability to understand natural language and provide accurate information, this Chatbot can be a useful tool to increase cat owners\u27 understanding of proper care and early treatment of possible illnesses in their pets
Pengembangan Sistem Seleksi Proposal Penelitian Berbasis Web Service Menggunakan REST API
Web service-based application development has become a vital component of the modern in-formation technology ecosystem. The implementation of web services facilitates interoperability among diverse systems and platforms. REST API (REpresentational State Transfer Application Programming Interface) is one of the most popular architectures for creating efficient and scalable web services. This study examines the implementation of REST API in the development of web service-based applications. The case study focuses on the creation of a Web service-based Research Proposal Selection System. The REST API implementation method in this study adheres to the system development life cycle (SDLC) to ensure that the developed API meets business needs while being efficient, secure, and reliable. The analysis phase is conducted to gather both functional and non-functional REST API requirements. During the design phase, the REST API architecture is designed in detail, including how data will be transferred and processed, and how the API will interact with databases and other systems. Furthermore, in the implementation phase, the REST API is developed, ensuring that each endpoint operates correctly. In developing the Proposal Selection System, the implementation of web services integrates data from various existing sys-tems, including employee, academic, and research data. The system encompasses various features, such as proposal import, proposal mapping, proposal review, proposal assessment, proposal se-lection, and reporting. The research findings indicate that implementing the REST API simplifies the development of web service applications. The test results reveal that the average response time is relatively stable, measuring 31 ms without iterations and 29 ms with five iterations
Node-RED dan Robotik pada Sistem Penyiraman Otomatis berbasis IoT
The Internet of Things (IoT) technology offers great potential in the agricultural sector, especially in the automation of plant irrigation systems. Many farmers face challenges with water use efficiency and real-time land condition monitoring. Manual irrigation systems often lead to water wastage. Currently, many centralized irrigation systems use a one-by-one watering approach, requiring multiple sensors to monitor each plant\u27s condition, making them less efficient. To address this issue, this research developed an automated irrigation system controlled by Node-RED and robotic technology. The system is designed to require only one sensor to monitor the entire agricultural area, while still efficiently distributing water to many plants. Node-RED manages data from soil moisture and environmental temperature sensors, then activates the watering robot to distribute water according to the plants\u27 needs. The system was tested by comparing manual and automatic methods using polybags. The soil moisture sensor sends data to Node-RED, which activates the watering robot when soil moisture falls below a set threshold. Test results show that the automated system can save up to 20% of water usage compared to manual methods, while keeping soil moisture within the optimal range. This system also enables real-time monitoring and control, providing a more efficient, timely, and resource-saving solution
Klasifikasi Aksara Sasak Menggunakan Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN)
Sasak script is an important cultural heritage for the people of Lombok, but its use is decreasing along with the development of digital technology. This study aims to develop a classification system for Sasak script handwriting using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) to improve the accuracy of character recognition. The dataset used consists of handwritten images of 18 basic Sasak script characters collected from 50 volunteers with various writing styles. The methods applied include data preprocessing, augmentation, and training a CNN model with an architecture consisting of several convolutional and pooling layers. The results showed that the model achieved a validation accuracy of 92%, an average precision of 0.91, a recall of 0.89, and an F1-score of 0.90, indicating excellent performance in recognizing Sasak script characters. The conclusion of this study is that the developed system is not only effective in character recognition, but can also function as an interactive learning tool, supporting efforts to preserve Sasak script in the digital era. This research opens up opportunities for further development in the introduction of other traditional scripts

Adequate nutrition affects the quality and quantity of egg production which has an impact on the profitability of laying hen breeders. Rizqie Farms experienced problems with the management of feeding laying hens, when the rainy season and open cage conditions made feeding irregular. It is important to be disciplined in feeding layer chickens on time at the same time as a research ur-gency, so that the chickens do not become stressed so that discipline in feeding management increases the quality and quantity of egg production. The design thinking method as a meth-od-ology for completing the creation of Android smartphone tools and applications. The com-pletion stages start with empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test. The materials used to make the tool are ESP32 DEVKIT V1 S2, Ultrasonic Sensor, Servo driving droplet feed, Power Source/Supply 12v 1A, Stepper Motor Driver l928n, Stepper Motor Nema 17 20nm, DS3231 RTC Module (timer), Arduino Uno R3, Buzzer / Speaker, LCD 1062 16x2 with I2c port. Sensor data connected to the ESP32 DEVKIT V1 S2, Ultrasonic Sensor, Servo drive is converted to an Android smartphone as a monitoring medium. Monitoring is carried out via a mobile application, with the Internet of Things connected to the device as an internet-based communication medium. Feeding equipment testing had an average delay of 40.2 seconds and MSE 0,0514. Black box testing was carried out to test the functionality of the monitoring application on 5 users with a percentage of 100%
Media Pembelajaran Hewan Penghasil Listrik dengan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Augmented Reality untuk Siswa SMP
Augmented reality technology is a virtual object that can provide information to help users carry out work related to this technology. The learning process applied to students at SMPN 1 Praya Tengah with the theme of introducing electricity-producing animals with a learning method using printed books and verbal explanations using a whiteboard as a learning medium so that students cannot see pictures of electricity-producing animals. This research is aimed at producing more interactive learning media in introducing electricity-producing animals by using augmented re-ality technology at SMPN 1 Praya Tengah to increase interest in learning. The methodology used is the MDLC method which uses 6 stages, namely the concept, design, material collection, manu-facturing, testing and distribution stages which are implemented in learning media. The results obtained are interactive learning media on how to recognize electricity-producing animals using augmented reality which can be run on desktop-based computers. The conclusion obtained from this research is that the application of a learning media application to introduce electrici-ty-producing animals using augmented reality technology for students at SMPN 1 Praya Tengah can help students learn about electricity-producing animals in real time or in the form of 3-dimensional objects and animations.
