PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER PADA KELUARGA IDAMAN KELURAHAN TERJUN KECAMATAN MEDAN MARELAN
No full textThis study aims to examine and describe the process ofcharacter education in families, particularly in the family environmentin Terjun Village, Medan Marelan District. The main focus of the studyincludes the character values instilled by parents, the methods used toinstill them, and the implications of applying these methods onchildren's character development. The method used in this study is aqualitative approach with data collection techniques throughobservation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Theresults of the study show that character values such as honesty,discipline, responsibility, and empathy have been instilled throughmodeling, habituation, and effective communication. Despiteobstacles such as low parental education levels and limited emotionalrelationships within the family, the implementation of planned andcontinuous character education can improve children's moral andsocial development. This study is expected to contribute to thedevelopment of effective family character education strategies tocreate harmonious families and a strong-charactered youngergeneration

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti lebih dalam mengenai sejauh mana Indeks Kerapuhan Negara dan Indeks Persepsi Korupsi memengaruhi Investasi asing langsung di negara-negara ASEAN. Bentuk dari penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kausalitas. Adapun objek penelitian ini adalah negara-negara ASEAN yang terdiri dari Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapura, Thailand, Kamboja, Laos, Vietnam, Myanmar, dan Filipina. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari World Bank, Fund for Peace, dan Transparency International. Data ini dianalisis menggunakan teknik pengolahan data panel dengan bantuan program Eviews pada periode 2009 hingga 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indeks Persepsi Korupsi memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap investasi asing langsung. Selain itu, Indeks Kerapuhan Negara juga memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap investasi asing langsung di negara-negara ASEAN

No full textEmployee productivity is essential in achieving company goals. This research analyzes the effect of work motivation and career development on employee productivity at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk Medan. The research uses descriptive quantitative methods with multiple linear regression techniques. The sample consisted of 80 employees, determined by the Slovin formula from a population of 100 people. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The t-test results show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity (tcount = 8.096), while career development has no significant effect (tcount = 0.524). F test shows that simultaneously, work motivation and career development have a significant effect on employee productivity (Fcount = 35.541, α = 5%). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 46.7% indicates that work motivation and career development variables explain 46.7% of productivity variability, while 53.3% is influenced by other factors such as work discipline, morale, and job transfe

No full textGudang merupakan tempat penyimpanan barang, didalam gudang juga terdapat beberapa permasalahan. Permasalahan tersebut dapat mempengaruhi efisiensi operasional dan kualitas barang yang disimpan. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada proses penerimaan barang di gudang adalah ketidaksesuaian jumlah atau jenis barang yang diterima. Masalah tersebut dapat menggangu alur kerja, menurunkan tingkat kepercayaan pelanggan dan merugikan perusahaan dalam jangka panjang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penyimpangan yang terjadi pada proses penerimaan barang, akar penyebab masalah dan solusinya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada 24 Oktober 2024 dan 5 November 2024 di Gudang X di Kota Medan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk mengatasi masalah ketidaksesuaian jumlah atau jenis barang yang diterima di Gudang X, perlu diterapkan beberapa solusi strategi yang dapat meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi dalam proses penerimaan barang. Langkah yang dapat diambil yaitu dengan mengadakan pelatihan tim gudang mengenai prosedur penerimaan barang dan pentingnya ketelitian dalam pekerjaan serta meningkatkan proses penerimaan barang dengan menerapkan sistem verifikasi ganda saat menerima barang

No full textUntuk melanjutkan proses pembangunan ekonomi, Investasi merupakan komponen penting bagi Indonesia sebagai negara berkembang. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui bagaimana Investasi 4 Kota di Sulawesi Utara dipengaruh oleh Tingkat Kriminalitas, Inflasi, dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia pada tahun 2019-2023. Regresi data panel adalah pendekatan analisis yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini dan Common Effect Model (CEM) adalah model yang paling sesuai untuk digunakan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Tingkat Kriminalitas dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Investasi 4 Kota di Sulawesi Utara, sementara Inflasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Tingkat Kriminalitas, Inflasi dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada Investasi 4 Kota di Sulawesi Utara dari tahun 2019 hingga 2023. Pemerintah harus lebih berfokus pada variabel yang secara nyata berpengaruh terhadap Investasi, seperti Indeks Pembangunan Manusia dan Tingkat Kriminalitas dan juga tetap perlu menjaga kestabilan Inflasi, meskipun saat ini tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan, karena ketidakstabilan harga di masa depan tetap bisa mengancam iklim Investasi

No full textCash and inventory turnover reflect whether a company's operations are running smoothly or not, ultimately affecting its ability to generate profits. The faster a company's cash and inventory turnover, the more likely it is to increase its profits. This study aims to determine the effect of cash and inventory turnover on profitability at PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Store New Era in Medan. This study uses cash and inventory turnover as independent variables and profitability as the dependent variable.This study is a quantitative study using financial statement data for the 2019-2023 period. Sampling was conducted using a saturated sampling technique. Data processing was carried out using descriptive statistics and classical tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation). Furthermore, multiple linear regression analysis (T-test, F-test, and determination test) was conducted using SPSS version 25.The results of this study indicate that, based on the t-test, cash and inventory turnover have a partial positive and significant effect on profitability. Meanwhile, the F-test results suggest that both cash and inventory turnover have a positive and significant impact on company profitability simultaneously. Furthermore, the determination test results indicate that cash turnover and control variables can influence profitability by 62.1%, with the remaining 37.9% influencing other variables not yet examined.Furthermore, the discussion reveals a decline in cash turnover related to suboptimal inventory management, with the increase in cash exceeding the increase in sales. Moreover, the company's inventory turnover slowed, and inventory was held in the warehouse for relatively long periods, resulting in declining sales and profitability levels, as well as failure to meet company targets, and inefficient management costs
Pengaruh Pertanian Peduli Maslahah Terhadap Tingkat Kesejahteraan Petani Dan Komunitas Lokal Di Desa Tea Malala Kecamatan Ulaweng Kabupaten Bone
No full textThis study aims to determine the partial effect of the Maslahah-oriented agriculture variable on the welfare level of farmers and the local community in Tea Malala Village, Ulaweng District, Bone Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach, with the sample selected through simple random sampling, totaling 92 respondents. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire, while data analysis employed simple linear regression analysis. Data processing in this study was conducted using SPSS 27 software. The results of the study indicate a positive and significant effect of Maslahah-oriented agriculture on the welfare level of farmers and the local community in Tea Malala Village, as shown by the t-value of 11.136, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.987. The coefficient of determination (R²) analysis shows a value of 0.579, indicating that Maslahah-oriented agriculture contributes 57.9% to the welfare of farmers and the local community, while the remaining 42.1% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

No full textAccording to the Ministry of Communication and Information, data on the development of print media, radio, television, and cyber over the past ten years shows that modern society tends to prefer interactive, personal, and real-time content. This study uses a qualitative method with a narrative approach, because this method allows researchers to explore the experiences of research informants in depth. The grand theory in this study uses attention economy theory. The research findings show that the implementation of SEO is a company's step in responding to the digitalization era and an effort to win the competition for publication media and in its implementation itself there is a big initiative from the owner to start digitalization in terms of publication. In addition, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) also has a positive impact on brand awareness where there is an increase in the visibility of website pages in search engines, this success cannot be separated from the collaboration between divisions in the company in terms of publication. However, there are also challenges that must be faced, namely changes in the habits of digital page users where users tend to prefer watching short videos or scrolling social media rather than reading website writing on the internet. The internal performance of the team in the company is also affected by the implementation of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), namely the selection of keywords and main topics of discussion in the content, on the other hand this also has a positive impact on user experience and audience preferences
ANALYSIS OF COOPERATIVE PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT USING THE BALANCED SCORECARD APPROACH (Case Study at KSP Kopdit Harmoni Jaya, Kupang City
No full textThis study examines the application of the Balanced Scorecard method at Kopdit Harmoni Jaya Cooperative in Kupang City. The objective of the research is to measure and evaluate the performance of KSP Kopdit Harmoni Jaya during the period 2022–2024 using the Balanced Scorecard approach. The data were obtained from the Annual Members' Meeting (RAT) reports for 2022–2024 and further confirmed through interviews. This research employs a mixed-methods approach with a case study strategy. The findings indicate that the cooperative's performance in the financial perspective during 2022–2024 scored relatively low based on the assessment indicators specified in the Regulation of the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number 06/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016, whereas the non-financial perspectives, including member satisfaction, operational efficiency, and human resource development, showed positive results. Furthermore, this study produces a strategic map that is expected to serve as a reference for the cooperative's future strategic development
Some Qur'anic Terminologies of Thinking and Their Positive Impacts on the Human Life
No full textThe holy Qur’an uses near about thirty terminologies related to the human thinking. Some of them are mentioned here in this article, such as: Conceiving, perceiving, retrieving, considering, deliberating, comprehending, grasping, reasoning, contemplating, pondering and to draw some fruitful lessons. Many of these terminologies have some additional positive connotations besides denoting the different levels of thinking. Before analyzing these terminologies, it is better to know further about the Islamic concept of knowledge and introduce it as being the important object of knowledge. The aim of this research is to know the real concept of knowledge in Islam, so that it will be easier for us to analyze the terminologies of Qur'anic thinking and their positive impacts on the human life. We also use in this article some opinions of Muslim thinkers and Western scholars in the concept of knowledge using a descriptive analytical approach, which is always being useful in search of such kind of issues related to interpretation of the Qur’an and it is worth to declare that we mention some needed examples also from the verses of the Qur'an
