The Utilization of the Topsis Me The Utilization of the Topsis Method in Supporting the Decision to Choose the Best High School or Vocational School
School is one of the places to study. There are so many schools that can be alternatives for learning places, making students successfully graduate from Junior High School or Madrasah Tsanawiyah tends to be confused about which school is the best for them to take to a higher level. In 2019, there were around 7,168 students from 125 Juniors High Schools or Madrasah Tsanawiyah and there were around 52 Senior High or Vocational Schools in East Kotawaringin. The method that can be used to help make decisions is to use the TOPSIS or Technique for Order Preference by similarity to the Ideal Solution method. The topsis method is a method that can provide a way out of a number of alternatives where there will be a solution, which is the best alternative and the worst alternative to the alternative problems. Here the authors provide a number of data with 8 alternative high schools or public vocational schools and 8 criteria used to support this method. Based on this research, the results obtained are SMA Negeri 1 Sampit is worth 22.3%, SMA Negeri 2 Sampit is worth 91.87%, SMA Negeri 3 Sampit is worth 98.52%, SMA Negeri 4 Sampit is worth 91.22%, SMK Negeri 1 Sampit is worth 97.68%, SMK Negeri 2 Sampit is worth 97.47%, SMK Negeri 3 Sampit is worth 0.43%, and SMK Negeri 4 Sampit is worth 84.51%. With this method, students can choose which high school or public vocational school has the best alternative value
ANALISIS KAPASITAS SUPLAI AIR BERSIH BAGI PELANGGAN UPTD PENGELOLAAN AIR MINUM (PAM) DI PERUMNAS GRIYA SEJAHTERA
The fulfillment of The clean Water needs residents of Perumnas Griya Sejahtera, Pagaralam City managed by the UPTD Publis Water Utilities (PAMS). The water supply from the source of water derived from the intake Gunung Dempo, Antan Delapan. Perumnas Griya Sejahtera was became a customer of UPTD Publis Water Utilities (PAMS) since 2018. To that year, It was registered 95 domestic connections. In the following years there was an enhancemet, in 2019 was 167 connections and in 2020 was 254 connections. But for non domestic connection there was only 1 connection. The research aimed to determine the capacity of streamed water supply to Perumnas Griya Sejahtera Pagaralam City now and to know the sufficient of clean water needs for the next 10 years (2030). The study used arithmetic methods, geometry and last-square. Based on the results of the analysis was known that the water discharge UPTD Publis Water Utilities (PAMS) for Perumnas Griya Sejahtera was 1,974 liters/sec or 5.287.161,6 liters/month. Total Clean water needs of Perumnas Griya Sejahtera customers in 2030 was 6,469 liters/sec or 17.322.589,2 liter/month. So that it could be deduced water discharge UPTD Publis Water Utilities (PAMS) for Perumnas Griya Sejahtera was not enough for the customers Perumnas Griya Sejahtera until the year 2030
ANALISA DAYA DUKUNG TANAH (CBR) MENGGUNAKAN BAHAN PENAMBAH KAPUR + SEMEN DALAM PROSENTASE TERTENTU
The phenomenon of development (swelling) of clay soil which causes various impacts on the construction of civil buildings, especially road construction, especially in the area of South Sumatra where most of the area is swampy. One of the mixtures to improve soil quality can use lime and cement with certain levels. The research method is experimental in the laboratory. The results of the physical properties test, namely the Sieve Analysis to pass No.200, obtained a value of 82.70%, Density obtained a value of 2.523, Liquid Limit obtained a value of 76.84%, Plastic Limit obtained a value of 44.78%, Plasticity Index obtained a value of 32.06%. The results of mechanical properties testing, namely Standard Density, obtained a Yd value of 1.216 gr / cm3 at the optimum water content of 37.20%, laboratory CBR obtained a CBR value of 3.73%. The CBR test results of the original Soil Laboratory showed that the CBR value was 3.73%. The results of laboratory CBR testing with the addition of 2% lime + 2% cement obtained CBR values of 16.46%. The results of laboratory CBR testing with the addition of 4% lime + 4% cement obtained CBR values of 28.60%. The results of laboratory CBR testing with the addition of 6% lime + 6% cement, obtained a CBR value of 34.48%
ANALISIS PERENCANAAN STRUKTUR GEDUNG 8 LANTAI DENGAN VARIASI BRACING MENGGUNAKAN APLIKASI PROGRAM ETABS
In planning the construction of buildings located in earthquake-prone areas, especially in the city of natural fences, which are included in earthquake zone 5, namely areas with high levels of earthquake, so that the structural analysis can be planned with the special moment-bearing frame system method (SRPMK) and provides bracing on the portal so that the building structure becomes more rigid. Concentric bracing has a variety of forms including types Z, X, V and Ʌ. This study aimed to plan the safe upper structural eliments from the burdens that occur by adding bracing variations and in accordance with the standards set by the Indonesian National Standards. The object of the study was to compare 2 types of symmetrical structures, namely type 1 in the form of a portal with bracing X and type 2 in the form of a portal with bracing V combined with forms of concentric bracing. Analysis of building planning used ETABS assistance programs. From the result of the analysis of the displacment ETABS program on the three building strucktures it was tend to be almost the same in the X direction which was alapproximately 5-60 mm, while for the y direction the displacement difference was very noticeable due to the addition of type 1 portal bracing stiffener X was 2,4 – 25,4 mm, for type 2 portal bracing V was 2,93 – 29,3 mm, and for ordinary portals was 4,86 – 53,57 mm
Penggunaan Metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Kelulusan Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru Di Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Pagar Alam
Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is a general theory of intelligent application that is used for complex mathematical approaches, but based on a qualitative approach that is acceptable to all stakeholders and program managers. Decision Support System can be used by embedding the AHP method in the decision support system on the admission of new students. In the process of admitting new students of the Pagar Alam College of Technology, the selection system is used with several criteria to determine the competency of prospective students. Selection of prospective students has so far been using manual calculations, namely by accumulating test results in accordance with predetermined criteria, a long and complicated process because the number of participants registering can lead to a draw value between prospective students, therefore, to minimize miscalculations of selection results new students and facilitate ranking made a new student graduation test decision support system. The method used to support this research is the waterfall, with 5 stages in accordance with the research conducted. From the method carried out, this study produced a decision support system to determine the graduation of new students in the admission process.Metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) merupakan teori umum penerapan cerdas yang digunakan untuk pendekatan matematis yang kompleks, namun berdasarkan pendekatan kualitatif yang dapat diterima oleh semua stakeholder dan pengelola program. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dapat digunakan dengan menanamkan metode AHP pada sistem pendukung keputusan pada penerimaan mahasiswa baru. Pada proses penerimaan mahasiswa baru Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Pagar Alam, sistem penyeleksian digunakan dengan beberapa kriteria untuk mengetahui kompetensi calon mahasiswa. Seleksi calon mahasiswa selama ini masih menggunakan perhitungan manual, yaitu dengan mengakumulasikan hasil tes sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan, proses yang lama dan rumit karena banyaknya peserta pendaftaran dapat menimbulkan terjadinya draw nilai antar calon mahasiswa, maka dari itu, untuk meminimalisir kesalahan perhitungan hasil seleksi mahasiswa baru dan mempermudah perankingan dibuat sistem pendukung keputusan kelulusan tes mahasiswa baru. Metode yang digunakan untuk menunjang penelitian ini adalah waterfall, dengan 5 tahapan yang sesuai dengan penelitian yang dilakukan. Dari metode yang dilakukan, penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk mengetahui kelulusan calon mahasiswa baru pada proses penerimaan mahasiswa baru.  
Pelatihan Editing Photo Dengan Adobe Photosop Di SMA Negeri 3 Pagar Alam
Edit foto merupakan softskills yang berusaha diberikan kepada siswa terutama alumni SMAN 3 Pagar Alam sebagai tambahan ilmu agar siswa calon alumni memiliki nilai tambah ketika ada di masyarakat, sehingga dengan adanya penambahan program softskills ini membuat alumni SMAN 3 Pagar Alam memiliki nilai tambah sehingga alumni memiliki kepercayaan diri ketika terjun ke masyarakat. Metode pelatihan yang dilakukan dengan cara penjelasan secara langsung, berikutnya dilakukan praktek secara langsung, agar peserta pelatihan berjalan dengan baik sebelum pelatihan dilakukan tes terlebih dahulu untuk mengetahui pemahaman peserta terhadap editing foto, dan hasilnya peserta belum penah melakukan editing foto dengan photoshop, setelah pelatihan dilakukan lagi tes untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan pada pelatihan yang dilakukan dan hasilnya seluruh peserta pelatihan mampu melakukan editing foto menggunakan software photoshop dengan hasil yang baik
Pelatihan Pembuatan Blog Bagi Siswa SMA Negeri 5 Pagar Alam
Blogging merupakan sarana baru untuk menyebarkan dan menyampaikan informasi pada seluruh kalangan dengan menggunakan Teknologi Informasi, pelatihan pembuatan blog pada siswa SMAN 5 Kota Pagaralam menjadi hal yang sangat penting karena sebagai pendidikan menengah yang lebih banyak pelajaran umum teori menjadikan pelatihan pembuatan blog menjadi softskill tambahan yang harus dimiliki para alumni SMAN 5 Kota Pagaralam, sehingga dengan semangat berbagi ini civitas STTP melakukan pengabdian pelatihan pembuatan blog bagi siswa SMAN 5 Kota Pagaralam. Metode pelatihan menggunakan metode ceramah dan selanjutnya praktek secara langsung membuat blog pribadi siswa, pelatihan dilaksanakang dengan terlebih dahulu dilakukan pre tes untuk mengetahui pemahaman siswa peserta terhadap teknik pembuatan blog, hasilnya para siswa peserta pelatihan pembuatan blog belum pernah membuat blog, pada akhir setelah selesai pelatihan dilakukan lagi pos tes untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan pelatihan pembuatan blog ini dan hasilnya siswa peserta pelatihan pembuatan blog, mampu dan berhasil membuat blog pribadi dengan didampingi narasumber
Aplikasi Dashboard Monitoring Pelaporan Penelitian Pengabdian Masyarakat Dosen Dan Mahasiswa Universitas Bina Insan Lubuklinggau
On the system currently running at LPPM, Bina Insan University, monitoring and evaluation of research result and community service activities that have been carried out by lecturers and students is done manually, Lecturer submits the output of research and community service results that are printed to the LPPM section, then the data input into Microsoft Excel for further processing. From the manual process, it will cause problems and the loss of data or files in printed form. Based on the problems faced by LPPM Division of Bina Insan University in the process of monitoring and evaluating the research results and community service activities by lecturers and students, the LPPM division needs to develop a dashboard application for monitoring and reporting research and community service for lecturers and students. The development of this application applies the waterfall method which consists of several stages, namely analysis, system design, coding and system testing. The system is designed using the Unified Model Language (UML) in which the system is developed with object-based concepts and the programming language used is PHP and MySQL database. From the development of this application it can save time and minimize the occurrence of errors and can assist LPPM in recording, evaluating and reporting on the performance of research and community service for Bina Insan University lecturers and students quickly, precisely and accurately.Pada sistem yang saat ini berjalan di LPPM Universitas Bina Insan monitoring dan evaluasi hasil kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilakukan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu dosen menyerahkan luaran hasil penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat yang dicetak ke bagian LPPM, kemudian data tersebut diinputkan ke dalam Microsoft excel untuk dilakukan proses lebih lanjut. Dari proses yang masih manual tersebut dikhawatirkan akan menimbulkan masalah serta hilangnya data atau berkas dalam bentuk cetakan. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Bagian LPPM Universitas Bina Insan dalam proses monitoring dan evaluasi hasil kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat oleh dosen dan mahasiswa, maka bagian LPPM perlu mengembangkan aplikasi dashboard monitoring dan pelaporan penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat dosen dan mahasiswa. Pengembangan aplikasi ini menerapkan metode waterfall yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu analisis, desain sistem, pengodean dan pengujian sistem. Sistem dirancang dengan menggunakan Unified Model Language (UML) di mana sistem dikembangkan dengan konsep berbasis objek dan bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan yaitu PHP dan basis data MySQL. Dari pengembangan aplikasi ini dapat menghemat waktu dan meminimalisir terjadinya kesalahan serta dapat membantu pihak lppm dalam mendata, mengevaluasi serta melaporkan kinerja penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Bina Insan secara cepat, tepat dan akurat

Pelatihan Pembuatan Website Pribadi Bagi Siswa SMA NU Kota Pagar Alam
Siswa SMA NU Kota Pagaralam merupakan bagian generasi muda pagar alam yang merupakan calon pemimpin yang membangun daerah pada masa mendatang, sehingga mereka harus disiapkan dengan baik sejak pendidikan menengah, atas dasar ini maka pihak SMA NU Kota Pagaralam berusaha terus memberikan softskills tambahan sehingga dengan diadakannya pengabdian oleh Civitas Akademika STTP, SMA NU Koya Pagaralam dengan peserta pengabdian menyelenggarakan pelatihan pembuatan website pribadi bagi siswa SMA NU Kota Pagaralam untuk menambah softskil bidang Teknologi Informasi. Pelatihan menggunakan metode ceramah dan praktek secara langsung sehingga siswa memahami dengan baik seluruh materi pelatihan yang diadakan. Agar pelatihan berjalan lancar maka dilakukan pre tes dan pos tes, dari hasil pre dan pos tes ini diketahui awal pelatihan para siswa belum pernah belajar membuat website sehingga pemahamannya kurang, tetapi setelah dilakukan penjelasan dan pelatihan siswa peserta mampu memahami teknologi informasi khususnya pembuatan website
