Singidunum 40+1 : 40 godina izlagačkog rada Galerijе "Singidunum", Galerija "Singidunum", Beograd, 30. jun – 24. jul 202

Architectural Scenery and Natural Light Dynamics [STRAND 2021]
The study analyses two design issues in relation to formal and programmatic architectural design aspects and decision-making: 1. natural light dynamics within the broader framework of architectural articulation of environmental properties, and 2. architectural scenery, supported by the cinemetric graphic research guidelines and methods. The themes have been complemented with the methodology of design through 3d modelling and visualisation, using such mediums as corrective instruments and parallel design control mechanisms of the proposed scientific design claims.Conference Poster Section / Exhibition Poster : Video Material : https://vimeo.com/975391259 ,

Traps of Urban Discontinuity: Wandering In The Process of Modern Urbanization of Space
The period between the two World Wars was a golden age of the rise of
Belgrade and other cities in Serbia based on proven European and world experiences.
After the great violent destruction during the Second World War, there was a period of
long decades of stagnation in urban areas. According to the rules of strict respect for
urban and architectural norms, high achievements in the field of urban reconstruction in
terms of functional and ambient improvement of space have appeared permanently. With
the social changes that took place in the last two decades of the 20th century, with the
advent of transition, the attitude towards the urban renewal of cities, especially Belgrade,
also changed. These changes brought higher quantity, and lower and lower aesthetic
quality of new construction in cities. This possible view of a small part of quality, but also
inappropriate architectural - urban practice in the field of urban reconstruction of
Belgrade, is accompanied by a picture of the social context in its basic features
Vulnerability of the Liminal
Drawing is a fundamental medium in the architectural profession; it represents the principal outcome of the architect’s work in the form of a project or building. On this point, the composition of drawn lines is viewed as a spatial statement and the finality of an architect’s thought process as the formulation of an idea. This inquiry posits doubt and instability as a specific quality in the drawing as a work of lines. The line is considered an actional moment embodying multiple factors and circumstances included in the seemingly mere gesture upon a trace of paper or digital screen. The focus is on the precise moment of a relational chain between the architect’s doubt—non- finalized decisions—through line-making and the unfinished drawing. This examination is developed as in-depth analysis of drawing processes and their possible after-effects.
Stemming from neglected values within the architectural drawing process e.g., doubt, fragility, intimacy, vulnerability and subjectivity, my argument considers vulnerability a modality within the drawing suggesting the potential for awareness, ethical positions and criticality towards both representation and concrete outcomes; and as such, the nuanced space of liminality, as an open and unstable condition of the line, is critically examined. The approach is largely based on my PhD dissertation “The role of architectural drawing in the dynamics of the living space partition” and is expanded through an inter- and multi-disciplinary platform with references to philosophy, art and architectural theory and graphical analysis in drawing. The first part is articulated through etymological, philosophical and anthro- pological interpretations of liminal, limit and line; the second part develops the main reasoning regarding the state of vulnerability within the liminal condition of the line; and the third part proposes an Atlas of Liminal Line Dynamics. The atlas is a form of open discussion on the liminal activity of specific lines, including theoretical and graphical levels anchored in drawing practices within art and architecture. Instead of definitiveness, the atlas suggests and encourages working with unstable and vulnerable states of lines, including mis-interpretational risks, in order to approach the critical potential in the act of drawing
Global village - shelter for resilient living : conference proceedings - online, 9-10th of December 2021.
We are living in a Refugee World running away from ourselves. Constant movement is
its main characteristic: We are nomads. Can global village be the shelter for us? Is it a new paradigm for architecture and planning?
Networks of local and traditional patterns and forms of living are breaking down. It can be said that in this context, “iconic nomads” are formed and mature as spokespersons of local cultures. They are bearers of collective and personal identity and as such participate in creating a global village, incorporating elements of diversity and establishing new socio-cultural networks. The conference will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of this paradigm at the architectural, urban-morphological, technological and planning level.уређивање зборника са конференције

SAJ : Serbian architectural journal [Lessons from experience and perspectives for education] [Part 2]
Three common issues prevail in this publication:
• The digital age and Digital Me, technical innovation and the boundaries between
my natural me and Digital Me (artificial)
Innovation is not a novelty or a privilege of the digital age. It has always been
present in human efforts to solve problems, better organise the community,
improve the quality of life, work more efficiently, etc. The digital age, however,
has brought unprecedented and all-encompassing opportunities for innovation
in all walks of life. In the digital age, perhaps more than ever before, there is
a growing need for a multidisciplinary approach that has resulted in a growing
need for an inter-, multi- and trans-disciplinary approach in art, architecture,
science and technology to meet the challenges of modern society..
UB-FA students’ yearbook 2021-2022 [Architectural Design (1st Year - BA/IA)]
UB-FA Students’ Yearbook is the result of multi-year activities with a focus on archiving and presenting the students’ work in design studio courses, as well as other project-based courses at the University of Belgrade - Faculty of Architecture. The Yearbook is created to be one of the channels for dissemination and promotion of the results from the educational process in bachelor’s and master's programs. Published annually, the Yearbook gives an overview as a systematic insight into topics, approaches, and responses to semester tasks
