    Development of the Automatic Camera Photography Technologies and Applying to the Calculation of Waste Landfill Volume

    指導教授 賴進興目前廢棄物尚無法百分之百回收再利用,所以掩埋場仍迫切需要,而每個掩埋場都有一定的掩埋空間,掩埋空間也會隨著每日不同廢棄物的填埋數量而隨之減少,因此若能快速掌握掩埋場所剩餘的容積,便能更有效的對掩埋場進行管理。本研究於2020年03月到2021年05月間,以每月一次進行實地掩埋場的攝影測量,共計13次,拍攝方法為利用UAV搭載數位相機在掩埋場上空拍攝具有高重疊率的航空影像,利用相片中的座標資訊,結合Pix4Dmapper 軟體來建置具有三維空間資訊的三維模型,再利用影像空間來計算掩埋場之剩餘容積,最後將UAV攝影測量技術與地面測量技術中的斷面法所得容積的結果進行比較,以比較兩方法容積值之差異。將UAV攝影測量與斷面法測量所得掩埋場容積的結果進行比較,經兩次比較結果顯示,UAV攝影測量的差異百分比為0.70%及0.62%,兩次結果均不到1%,顯示在UAV攝影測量技術應用於掩埋場容積的估算有一定的精準度。另外,根據UAV攝影測量評估目前掩埋場所剩餘容積的掩埋天數,由最後一次拍攝日期來推算,可以預估掩埋場距填滿完成所剩餘的掩埋天數為2,030天。研究顯示UAV攝影測量技術應用於掩埋場容積計算是可行的,以UAV拍攝影像到產製出數值地表模型,再至估算掩埋場容積僅需約3~4小時,運用UAV攝影測量技術在掩埋場容積的量測,相對在時間、人力成本的消耗,將大大降低

    This research develops an innovative elearning/ instruction tool named “Process-phase Situated Interaction Based e-learning/instruction Platform” (PSIBEP) and an innovative instruction methodology named “Role-Play Based Process-phase Situated Experience Practice” (RBPSEP) which are the solutions of the problems occurred at existing actual instruction and learning context of management accounting and generate following innovative value: effective multi-dimensional cross influence situations simulation of business management situation simulation of process-phase adjustment and optimization user-friendly autonomous manipulation operation learning & application integrated instruction/learning platform automatic series data calculation and affiliation visualized human-machine interface with agile feedback and interpretation timely interaction platform between learners and instructors The basic mechanism and framework of the information system for PSIBEP is constructed in this research. Then apply PSIBEP and RBPSEP to the actual instruction/learning of management accounting related courses. User satisfaction questionnaire of PSIBEP and RBPSEP is applied to all participants. The results of user satisfaction questionnaires indicate that users well satisfy PSIBEP and RBPSEP overall performance, especially in the performance of web-page transition, information accuracy, real-time information update, real-time interaction and problem solving applications

    Research on the effect of sarcopenia in patients with diabetes and chronic kidney disease

    糖尿病人數預計在2030年達到5.78億,約有50%透析患者是因血糖控制不佳引起的腎功能損害,台灣洗腎人口已達8.2萬人,在健保支出佔總支出8.7-9.2%,同時也是全球公衛問題。而慢性腎臟病(Chronic Kidney Disease, CKD)患者比非CKD患者有更高的肌少症風險,但有關肌少症在糖尿病合併腎病的研究資料很少,故本研究採橫斷面病例研究法,在2018/01/01~ 2019/12/31間,收集121名DM合併CKD患者的病歷資料,以2019年AWGS肌少症診斷標準,研究糖尿病患者肌少症盛行率以及相關影響因子。結果顯示糖尿病個案肌少症盛行率14.9%,低LBM(lean body mass)有87.6%,無肌少者與肌少者在年齡(68.8±8.2 vs 77.2±4.9歲)、體重(69.2±11.3 vs 57.9±9.4公斤)、BMI(body mass index)(28±4.2 vs 24.4±3.3)、使用拐杖比例(2.9 vs 22.2%)、血清Alb(4.4±0.3 vs 4.1±0.4mg/dl)、HDL(53.0±14.0 vs 61.1±16.5mg/dl)、胰島素注射比例(44.2 vs 11.1%)、右小腿圍(35.8±3.9 vs 33.0±3.1公分)、握力(24±7.3 vs 19.0±5.1公斤)以及醣類攝取(12.8±1.7 vs 13.7±1.9 g/100kcal),均有顯著差異。研究對象的年齡趨勢分析,發現在體重(p trend=.043)、eGFR(estimated Glomerular filtration rate)(p trend=.004)、SMI(Appendicular skeletal muscle mass index)(p trend=.001)、SARCF(strength, assistance in walking, rising from a chair, climbing stairs, falls)評分(p trend=.034)、握力(p trend=.008)均與年齡有趨勢上顯著。SMI偏相關分析在調整年齡、性別、罹病年、合併症指數、BMI、腰圍後,結果顯示PAL(Percent appendicular Lean Mass)、HDL、SARCF評分、握力均與SMI顯著相關。多元回歸預測模式發現體重、腰圍、性別、年齡、身高、握力、SARCF評分是SMI的重要預測因子(R2=.937;adj R2=.929;F=117.002)。同時發現體重、腰圍、性別、身高、握力是PAL的重要預測因子(R2=.912;adj R2=.904;F=118.212)。結論:糖尿病患者應維持良好體重、腰圍,避免體重流失,持續訓練肌肉力量,可以減少肌少症或低LBM發生與預防其惡化,故建議高齡糖尿病合併慢性腎臟病患者,在臨床照護上需定期追蹤病患體重變化,留意足夠整體熱量攝取,同時應強化CKD老人四肢與核心阻力運動衛教,幫助肌肉量維持

    Application of factor analysis for characterizing the relationships between groundwater quality and land use in the Pingtung Plain

    Although the average municipal water coverage in Taiwan is quite high, at 93.91%, only around half of the residents in the Pingtung Plain use tap water originating from the Taiwan Water Corporation to meet their needs. This means the exploitation of a substantial amount of groundwater as a source of water to meet drinking, agriculture, aquaculture, and industry requirements. Long-term groundwater quality surveys in Taiwan have revealed obvious contamination of the groundwater in several locations in the Pingtung Plain, with measured concentration levels of some groundwater quality parameters in excess of the permissible levels specified by the Taiwan Environmental Protection Administration. Clearly, establishing a sound plan for groundwater quality protection in this area is imperative for maximizing the protection of human health. The inappropriate use of hazardous chemicals and poor management of land use have allowed pollutants to permeate through unsaturated soil and ultimately reach the underlying shallow unconfined groundwater system. Thus, the quality of the water stored in shallow aquifers has been significantly affected by land use. This study is designed to characterize the relationship between groundwater quality and land use in the Pingtung Plain. This goal is achieved by the application of factor analysis to characterize the measured concentrations of 14 groundwater quality parameters sampled from 46 observation wells, the area percentages for nine land use categories in the neighborhood of these 46 observation wells, and the thicknesses of four unsaturated types of soil based on core samples obtained during the establishment of 46 observation wells. The results show that a four-factor model can explain 56% of the total variance. Factor 1 (seawater salinization), which includes the groundwater quality parameters of EC, SO42−, Cl−, Ca2+, Mg2+, Na+, and K+, shows a moderate correlation to land used for water conservation. Factor 2 (nitrate pollution), which includes the groundwater quality parameters of NO3−-N and HCO3−, shows a strong correlation to land used for fruit farming and a moderate correlation to the thickness of the gravel comprising unsaturated soil. Factor 3 (arsenic pollution), which is composed of groundwater quality parameters of total organic carbon (TOC) and As, is very weakly affected by land use. Factor 4 (reductive dissolution of Fe3+ and Mn2+), which involves Mn2+ and Fe3+, is weakly impacted by land use. Based on a geographic visualization of the scores for the four different factors and the patterns for land use, we can demarcate the areas where the groundwater in shallow unconfined aquifers is more vulnerable to being polluted by specific contaminants. We can then prioritize the areas where more intensive monitoring might be required, evaluate current land use practices, and adopt new measures to better prevent or control groundwater pollution
