Gas-liquid distribution in the froth zone on cross-flow trays – Raw data
For the purpose of investigating the phase distribution on different cross-flow trays, experiments were carried out using a 1.2 m diameter tray column test rig at the Technical University of Munich. The experimental facility was operated with a mixture of tap and deionized water as liquid phase and air as gas phase. The phase distribution in the froth zone was measured by a conductivity sensor matrix developed and manufactured at the Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf. Several operational points were investigated by variation of liquid flow rate and gas load. The present data publication contains raw data of these measurements along with descriptions of the experimental setup, the data acquisition and the data organization

Multiphase Python Repository by HZDR
The python package provides several routines and scripts required to operate the code and cases repositories containing additional code and set-ups for the open-source software released by the OpenFOAM Foundation. This includes among others utilities for pre- and post-processing of simulation cases, utilities to launch virtual environments containing the source code, and utilities to operate the continuous integration and continuous development environment in a self-hosted Gitlab instance
Defect Analysis of the Beta- to Gamma-Ga2O3 phase transition
In this study, we investigate the ion-induced phase transition in gallium oxide (Ga2O3) from beta- to the gamma- phase and the role of defects in the transformation and the quality of the resulting crystal structure. This upload contains XRD, TEM, RBS, PALS, DB-VEPAS and simulations. We acknowledge the M-ERA.NET Program for financial support via the GOFIB project supported by the tax funds on the basis of the budget passed by the Saxonian state parliament in Germany and administrated in Finland by the Academy of Finland project number 352518.
