Challenges Faced in the Implementation of the Zimbabwe Agenda for Sustainable Socio-Economic Transformation Economic Policy from 2013 to 2018
A number of policies have been put in place as of 1980 but the implementation of the policy objectives has been highly compromised. This research is therefore premised on exploring the challenges faced in the implementation of economic policies using the Zimbabwe Agenda for Sustainable Socio-Economic Transformation (ZIMASSET) of 2013 to 2018 as the focal point. The study employs a case study research design which triangulates qualitative as well as quantitative research methods into mixed methods. On sampling techniques, the research employs simple random sampling and purposive sampling. Structured questionnaires and in-depth interviews were also used in collecting data. The research established that the ZIMASSET policy has been ruled out as an appetizing economic blueprint which when followed to its logical conclusions can in a way turn around the economic fortunes of the country. Be that as it may, some contend that there is nothing peculiar about the ZIMASSET policy as it is yet another attempt by the ZANU-PF led government to moot a policy that will die a premature death. In light of this, the study recommends policy autonomy, multiplicity of sources of funding, supporting the agricultural sector, curbing corruption, clear policy procedures as well as utmost commitment to the policy as strategies that can enhance the successful implementation of future economic policies in Zimbabwe
Build IoT through Virtual Reality
Virtual Reality is a new form as integration of technologies that overlays computer-generated information on real world. Virtual reality can be used to enhance student learning and engagement. VR education can transform the way educational content is delivered; it works on the premise of creating a virtual world, real or imagined and allows users not only see it but also interact with it. Hence, educator has begun to seek technologies that have potential to be integrated in education in order to help students learn effectively and enhance their understanding. The focus of this research is on development of mobile application on Raspberry Pi topic by using Virtual Reality technology from Computer Architecture and Organization subject in Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI). A Philosophical Analysis of Jacques Derrida’s Contributions to Language and Meaning
Far from being a banality or a philosophical naivety, there is a quintessential nexus between language and meaning, in the philosophy of Jacques Derrida (1930-2004). The thrust of Derrida’s idea is that, language is chaotic and meaning is never fixed, in a way that allows us to effectively determine it (that is, meaning is unstable, undecided, provisional and ever differed). As a Poststructuralist, Derrida’s quarrel was with Logocentrism, which privileges speech over writing, and hitherto assume that, we have an idea in our minds, which our writing or speaking attempts to express. But, this, for Derrida, is not the case, for no one possesses the full significance of their words. Texts, in some sense write themselves: that is, are independent of an author or his intentions. Thus, in Derrida’s thinking, intentionality does not play quite the same role, as is traditionally conceived in the philosophy of language; our intention does not determine the meaning of what we are saying. Instead, the meaning of the words we use, determines our intention, when we speak. This does not mean that we do not mean what we are saying, or that we cannot have intentions in communicating. But, since language is a social structure that developed long before and exists prior to our use of it as individuals, we have to learn to use it and tap into its web of meanings, in order to communicate with others; hence, the need for deconstruction. It is this process of deconstruction, which can point the way to an understanding of language, freed from all forms of structuralism, logo centrism, phono centrism, phallogocentrism, the myth or metaphysics of presence and also open up a leeway, to the idea of difference. Thus, this paper, attempts an expository-philosophical analysis of Derrida’s eclectic contributions to language and meaning, by drawing insights from his magnus opus, captioned De la grammatologie (of Grammatology)
Application of the Principle of Piercing the Corporate Veil in Resolving Corporate Responsibility Cases in Indonesia
This research aims to explain the application of the Principle of Piercing The Corporate Veil in resolving corporate responsibility cases in Indonesia. The method used in this research is normative legal research, using a statutory approach. The results of the research explain that based on Article 3 paragraph (1) of Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, it is stated that the shareholders of the company aren’t personally responsible for the agreements made on behalf of the company and aren’t responsible for the company's losses exceeding the shares they own. However, the doctrine in corporate law recognizes the existence of the Principle of Piercing the Corporate Veil which can break through the limited liability of the company's shareholders into unlimited liability up to their personal assets. Although the Principle of Piercing the Corporate Veil has been regulated in Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, there have been major cases in which the shareholders of the company were responsible up to their personal assets but only limited responsibility for the shares they owned. These major cases include the PT Lapindo Brantas case in 2006 and the PT Bank Century case in 2008

Management of Stress: From the Perspectives of the Natural Theory Philosophers
The phenomenon of stress among humans, has become a disturbing one and a source of worry and sorrow for millions of people all over the world. This, in most cases, has resulted in deaths, strokes and paralysis, and if these occur with individuals that are bread winners in families, the consequences could be devastating as members of such families who are dependent on the bread winners would be put into untold hardship which could result in further stress related problems. One important cause of this phenomenon is poor management of stress and the lack of a suitable stress management strategy. This paper examines this phenomenon and argues that the natural theorist approach could be therapeutic. The method adopted is expository and content analysis

Analysis and Application of the Mamdani Method Fuzzy Inference System for Determining Scholarship Recipients
Abstract: Scholarships are gifts in the form of financial assistance given to individuals. Scholarships aim to be used for the sustainability of the education being pursued. SMAN 1 Parung is a formal government-owned institution which is engaged in education. SMAN 1 Parung has a scholarship program for underachievers. A problem that often occurs is the inaccuracy of scholarships because they only use an average report card grade. Based on these problems, the authors conducted a study to determine the recipient of the scholarship using the Mamdani method of fuzzy inference, with criteria for the average value of report cards, parental income, and the number of dependent parents. The approach used to solve research problems through literature studies from previous research on the determination of scholarship recipients, the theory of fuzzy logic Mamdani method, then arrange the stages that must be done in research. The application of methods and criteria is expected to be obtained by accurate calculations so as to produce an accurate assessment of students who are entitled to scholarships.
