    Literature on leadership in Nigeria from the perspective of 1 Kings 3 is hard to find. In the pericope, Solomon was the successor to David in leadership. Solomon kept to the promises and good plans of his predecessor. The pericope shows the roles of godfathers in political leadership. This narrative is of great importance to Nigeria’s leadership challenges in the political arena. This article examines 1 Kings 3:3-14 and its relevance to the leadership challenges in Nigeria.  Nigeria is a country where leaders blackmail their predecessors and surround themselves with sycophants and godfathers. Over the years literature has focused on Nigeria’s leadership challenges from the political, sociological and psychological angles.     Problems with a shortage of electricity often occur, especially in a rural area, which makes it difficult to do daily work and makes it difficult to communicate with outsiders. Problems with a shortage of electricity can affect the daily activities of residents, especially in rural areas, and can pose risks in the event of emergencies such as illnesses that require mechanical treatment. If this problem persists it could be detrimental to the population who do not have electricity. Electricity is very important as it can make it easier for people to do the work and for the people in the interior to get information. Problems with a shortage of electricity can affect communication networks such as the internet, radio waves, mobile phone lines and so on. In the current state of technology development, the creation of technologies that can solve this problem must be done and referred to as Solar Energy. It is an IoT research that absorbs energy from the sun to produce electricity in every home. The movement of this research can be controlled manually by using a mobile phone connected to the internet and also controlled automatically by the direction of sunlight.     This research is conducted to identify the Relationship between Introversion and Extroversion Personality with Learning Style of UPSI students. This research is conducted to identify the relationship of the Introversion and Extroversion personality affect the by the Visual, Auditory and Kinesthetic (VAK) learning style. In addition, suitable activities are also discussed to suit the needs of introversion and extroversion personality. A total of 233 second year UPSI students were selected in this research. The data was collected using questionnaire and divided into two parts. The first part is the identification of the introversion and extroversion personality of the respondent and the second part is the learning style of the respondent which are divided into 3 parts which are Visual, Auditory and Kinesthetic. The data collected was then analysed using Pearson Correlation test. The Pearson Correlation test shows no significant between the introversion and extroversion personality of the respondent and the VAK learning style due to the p=.730. Suitable activities consist of hands-on and group activities is among the major suggestion collected from the respondent. In conclusion, although there is no significant between Introversion and Extroversion personality and VAK learning style, the teacher should pay attention to their students’ behavior in a learning environment to ensure the engagement of the students towards the lesson taught by the

    Public Participation and the Governance of Mineral Resources in Zimbabwe

    Public participation in policy issues by the locals is a crucial ingredient that guarantees the success of any policy decision, national project and public programme.  Public participation should permeate every sphere of governance. In this vein, Zimbabwe is endowed with numerous mineral resources. The indigenous Zimbabwean are statutorily deemed as the owners of the mineral resources hence their participation in policy processes and spaces that relate to the governance of natural resources is pertinent. However, it was noted that the Zimbabwean population is not fully benefiting from the extraction of these mineral resources. The paper therefore explores the magnitude and essence of public participation in the governance of mineral resources in Zimbabwe. In achieving this, the paper is informed by Arnstein’s ladder of participation as the theoretical framework. In addition, data was gathered from documentary review and in-depth interviews with key informants. The study observed that public participation in respect of mineral governance can be undertaken through public hearing meetings, national budget consultative meetings and alternative mining indabas. However, the current level of participation is within the range of non-participation and lower tokenism. In addition, there is also lack of feedback and information flows in one direction from the Government officials to the citizens. The Government does not really take seriously the contributions from the public. The study therefore proffered some recommendations to enhance the levels of knowledge and participation by the public in the governance of mineral resources in Zimbabwe

Methodology used are the dialectical method with the methods of formal-logical, system-structural, comparative legal and statistical analysis through the study of monographs, scientific literature, analysis of existing laws and regulations, data synthesis. Based on this research concluded that the importance of the level of payment, but not the inadmissibility of determining a payment less than the minimum wage.     In the past few decades many studies and researches have taken place in order to improve security systems and to increase their level of protection in different fields. One of the major problems that security must deal with is the fire outbreak that can happen in everywhere including houses, schools, factories and many other places, and to avoid that or to minimize the damage caused by fire outbreak an IoT technology is used to control such a kind of risk. IoT is a modern system that consist of sensors and switches connected. In this project we will use temperature sensor known as (Flame sensor) with Arduino device to detect fire outbreak and to measure the amount of heat intensity generated by a fire outbreak or in a specific location in our house, offices and other places. It sometimes takes too much time for the fire station to reach to the fire outbreak location and works on extinguish the fire and so these sensors will work as an early alarm system which will send a notification to our mobile phones if any fire outbreak occurred to let us know the situation clearly and before it’s too late, we act to avoid significant damage in case the fire outbreak was observed after a long time from its outbreak

    Isu beban tugas berlebihan di kalangan pendidik telah menghasilkan penciptaan e-WLOAD, sistem pengagihan beban tugas pensyarah (pengajaran dan pengurusan) bagi mengatasi masalah ketidak-seimbangan beban tugas dan kepakaran dalam organisasi. Walaupun terdapat pelbagai sistem dan aplikasi bagi proses pengagihan tugas di pasaran, namun ianya tidak mengkhususkan kepada bidang pendidikan yang melibatkan pelbagai sumber pengetahuan dan proses yang kompleks. Pembentangan ini memfokuskan kepada kejuruteraan keperluan bagi penghasilan keperluan fungsian sistem. Proses yang terlibat adalah elisitasi dan analisis keperluan menggunakan teknik penilaian dokumen dan temubual, membina spesifikasi keperluan dan validasi spesifikasi. Dapatan akhir proses berupaya menggariskan secara terperinci keperluan fungsian sistem dari perspektif proses dan data yang terlibat. Sistem e-WLOAD mampu mencadangkan pensyarah yang bersesuaian bagi kursus berdasarkan kriteria bidang kepakaran dan kelayakan, skor kekerapan dan beban kredit pengajaran seterusnya mampu menjana jadual beban tugas pengajaran jabatan yang menitik beratkan keseimbangan beban kredit antara pensyarah dan sela masa semester pengajaran. Sistem juga mampu mencadangkan pensyarah bagi tugas pengurusan sesuai dengan kelayakan, kepakaran dan beban semasa.   Needs Analysis for E-WLOAD The issue of excessive workload among educators has resulted in the creation of e-WLOAD, a lecturer's workload distribution system (teaching and management) to overcome the problem of workload imbalance and expertise in the organization. Although there are various systems and applications for the task distribution process in the market, but it does not specialize in the field of education which involves various sources of knowledge and complex processes. This presentation focuses on engineering requirements for the production of system functional requirements. The process involved is elicitation and needs analysis using document evaluation and interview techniques, constructing specification requirements and validation of specifications. The final findings of the process are able to outline in detail the functional requirements of the system from the perspective of the process and the data involved. The e-WLOAD system is able to recommend suitable lecturers for the course based on criteria of expertise and qualifications, frequency scores and teaching credit load which in turn is able to generate a departmental teaching workload schedule that emphasizes the balance of credit load between lecturers and teaching semester intervals.     Masa pandemi ini sangat mempengaruhi perkembangan siswa dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran sehingga harus melakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Siswa dikatakan berhasil mengikuti pembelajaran dengan baik dengan melihat hasil belajarnya. Adversity Quotient merupakan salah satu kecerdasan yang dimiliki untuk mengenali kesulitan diri sendiri dan mampu mengubahnya sebagai potensi untuk mengatasi kesulitan. Hal ini penting dilakukan mahasiswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran jarak jauh kali ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Adversity Quotient dengan hasil belajar matematika. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII di Depok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan analisis data deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan media Google Form dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang berjumlah 16 item pernyataan. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 130 siswa, dengan 61 siswa laki-laki dan 69 siswa perempuan. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam uji korelasi penelitian ini memiliki nilai sig. 0,000 <0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara Adversity Quotient dengan hasil belajar siswa.   Relationship between Adversity Quotient and Students' Mathematics Learning Outcomes for Distance Learning in Junior High Schools Abstract: This pandemic period greatly affects the development of students in carrying out learning activities so they have to do distance learning. Students are said to be successful in following the learning well by seeing the learning outcomes. Adversity Quotient is one of the intelligences possessed to recognize one's own difficulties and be able to change them as potential to overcome difficulties. This is important for students in distance learning activities at this time. This study aims to determine the relationship between Adversity Quotient and mathematics learning outcomes. The subjects in this study were 7th grade students in Depok. The research method used was a survey with descriptive data analysis. Collecting data using Google Form media by distributing questionnaires with a total of 16 statement items. Respondents in this study were 130 students, with 61 male students and 69 female students. The results obtained in the correlation test of this study have a sig value. 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that there is a significant and positive relationship between Adversity Quotient and student learning outcomes. This paper presents early detection of breast cancer using two methods, namely genetic algorithm and fuzzy inference system which will be used for early detection of breast cancer which will be used by doctors with computer assistance to obtain medical diagnosis of breast cancer in Indonesia.
