Factors Influencing Acceptance of Family Planning Acceptors at the Magdalena Pane Clinic
No full textFamily Planning is an action that helps married couples to prevent unwanted pregnancies, accept the births they want, regulate the interval between pregnancies, and determine the number of children in the family. This study aims to identify the factors for the exclusion of couples of childbearing age as family planning acceptors at the Magdalena Pane Clinic in 2021. This study used a descriptive design using a cross sectional approach. The sample is 71 respondents. The research was conducted from May 2021 to September 2021. The instruments in this study were demographic data, questions from knowledge factors, family income factors and religious factors. The results showed that the majority of respondents aged 31-35 years were 26 respondents (54.2%). The results of the study based on work as housewives, namely 31 respondents (64.6%), family income in the medium classification 33 respondents (68.8%), knowledge was in sufficient classification, namely 28 respondents (58.3%), the majority religion was Islam as many as 40 respondents (83.3 %). From the results of the study, it can be concluded that each factor still influences the participation of couples of childbearing age to become family planning acceptor
Relationship Between the Behavior and Diet of Chronic Kidney Failure Patients at Johor Health Center

Renal failure has GFR (Glomerulus Filtration Rate) < 15 ml/minutes needed therapy for change the function of renal. The effective of act as therapy for renal failure is hemodialysis. For undergo hemodialysis to manage diet is very important caused prevent progressively and generally irreversible. The knowledge of patient about diet is significantly required during to the patient is undergoing to diet so can do well for keep balancing in the renal so do its function. This research have purpose to know the correlation between knowledge of the chronic renal failure patients do hemodialysis about diet with compliance of the patient to do chronic renal failure diet in the Puskesmas Johor in 2022. Sample in this studi are 31 respondents who participated in this this study with used purposive sampling. The result of the study showed that there is a correlation between knowledge of the chronic renal failure patients can do hemodialisys about diet with compliance of the patient to do chronic renal failure diet in which p < 0.05, and the correlation is significant. It is indicated by the coefficient r = 0.494
Aplikasi Augmented Realiti bagi Memperkenalkan Nama-Nama Haiwan dalam Subjek Bahasa Kadazandusun
Full text linkKajian ini adalah mengenai satu Aplikasi Augmented Realiti, dimana ia menjurus kepada memperkenalkan nama-nama haiwan dalam subjek Bahasa Kadazandusun untuk murid Tahun. Selain itu, aplikasi ini dibangunkan sebagai BBM bagi subjek BKD di sekolah rendah, dimana subjek ini masih baru diperkenalkan dan memerlukan BBM yang berbentuk teknologi dalam PDP untuk memastikan pembelajaran lebih bermakna. Objektif utama pembangunan projek ini adalah untuk membangunkan satu aplikasi yang membolehkan murid mengenali nama-nama haiwan dalam Bahasa Kadazandusun secara nyata melalui aplikasi Augmented Realiti. Keadah yang saya gunakan untuk membangunkan aplikasi ini adalah, kaedah ADDIE yang terdiri daripada fasa analisis, fasa reka bentuk, fasa pembangunan, fasa pelaksanaan dan fasa penilaian. Aplikasi ini dibangunkan dengan menggunakan beberapa perisian iaitu, perisian unity 3D, perisian JSK, dan perisian SDK. Pengkaji menggunakan borang soal selidik sebagai instrumen utama kajian untuk mendapatkan maklumat penting daripada respondon untuk dianalisis. Kesimpulannya, aplikasi Augmented Realiti adalah salah satu alat bantu mengajar kepada para guru agar pembelajaran di dalam kelas lebih menarik perhatian murid.
Augmented Realiti Application For Introducing Animal Names in Kadazandusun Language Primary School
Abstract: This research is about Augmented Reality application, where it leads to introducing animal names in Kadazandusun language subject in primary school year 1. More than that, the application was develop as teaching aids in primary school, where the Kadazandusun language subject newly introduced and need teaching more meaningful. The main objective to this application development is allows students to recognize the Kadazandusun language in real time through Augmented Reality application. The method that I was used to develop the application is, ADDIE method which consists of analysis phase, design phase, development phase, implementation phase and assessment phase. The application was develop using some software, unity 3D software, JSK software and SDK software. The researcher used a questionnaire as the main instrument of the study to option important information from respondents for analysis. In conclusion, Augmented Reality application is one of the teaching aids for teachers so that learning in the classroom is more attractive to students.

Challenges Facing the International Criminal in Trying to Accomplish its Mission Focusing on Omar Al Bashir’s Prosecution
Full text linkThe prosecution of former Sudanese President Omar Al Bashir has attracted great attention in the legal and academic spheres. At the center of the debate are pertinent issues surrounding the challenges and prospects that the International Criminal Court (ICC) is facing in prosecuting former Sudanese President Omar Al Bashir for crimes against humanity and war crimes. Ideally, a leader of a country should be arrested if he or she commits international crimes. However, in the case of Sudan and former President Al Bashir, it was difficult to get cooperation from the government. This article will unpack the role of the ICC in dealing with crimes against humanity and war crimes in Sudan committed by Al Bashir. This research relies documentary search/desk research. The major finding of this study include that there is a legal basis for the presence of ICC in Sudan since the Sudanese case was referred to the ICC by the United Nations Security Council (UNSC). The researcher discovered that the ICC faced a lot of hurdles in exercising its mandate and roles in prosecuting former Sudanese President Al Bashir, one the major challenge was the issue of non-cooperation by the African Union (AU) and African states, this is a challenge because the ICC relies on state cooperation to arrest Al Bashir. Another relevant finding is that there are prospects that Al Bashir will be arrested, this is due to unfolding events in Sudan. The researcher discovered that the new military government in Sudan, is showing signs of cooperation which would likely affect some African countries and the AU to cooperate with the ICC in arresting Al Bashir and surrendering him for trial in the ICC. In line with the conclusion, this study recommends that African states and the AU should consider contributing and cooperating with the ICC so that it can effectively operate in prosecuting perpetrators of international crimes
Demystifying the Human Trafficking from the Human Rights Perspectives: A Comprehensive Review

Currently, Universitas Sari Mulia determines the most popular majors based on qualitative data, which makes the determination of the most popular majors themselves inaccurate; therefore, a method capable of managing data on the selection of the most popular majors is necessary. WSN digunakan dalam banyak isi rumah masa nyata, bidang industri dan penyelidikan untuk pemantauan dan kawalan. Kertas kerja ini dijalankan untuk mengkaji pemantauan rumah menggunakan WSN dan kamera pintar. Objektif kajian adalah Untuk meningkatkan keselamatan kediaman dengan sistem pemantauan rumah menggunakan WSN dan kamera pintar, untuk membangunkan sistem yang boleh memantau dan mengawal peralatan rumah dari jauh serta membantu mengurangkan kadar jenayah di kawasan perumahan. Penggunaa Penderia Tanpa Wayar semakin meningkat, dan konsep serta aplikasi baharu sedang ditunjukkan, beberapa isu asas masih tidak dapat diselesaikan. Walaupun banyak isu ini tidak perlu diselesaikan untuk bukti reka bentuk konsep, ia adalah isu penting yang perlu ditangani apabila merujuk kepada operasi jangka panjang sistem ini. Salah satu isu ini ialah jangka hayat sistem, yang berkaitan dengan jangka hayat nod, di mana sistem itu disusun. Berdasarkan output soal selidik yang diedarkan kepada 100 responden didapati bahawa nilai min 0.56 bagi pengetahuan dan kesedaran tentang pemantauan rumah menggunakan WSN dan kamera pintar.
Home Monitoring System Design Using Wireless Sensor Networks and Smart Cameras
Abstract: A wireless Sensor Network is a wireless network that facilitates an interface that provides connectivity between various nodes and existing wired systems. WSNs are used in many real-time household, industrial and research fields for monitoring and control. This paper is conducted to study home monitoring using WSN and smart cameras. The objective of the study is to improve home security with a home monitoring system using WSN and smart cameras, to develop a system that can remotely monitor and control home appliances and help reduce crime rates in residential areas. The use of Wireless Sensors is increasing, and new concepts and applications are being demonstrated, some fundamental issues remain unresolved. Although many of these issues do not need to be resolved for proof of concept designs, they are important issues to address when referring to the long-term operation of these systems. One of these issues is the lifetime of the system, which is related to the lifetime of the nodes, on which the system is composed. Based on the output of the questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents, it was found that the mean value was 0.56 for knowledge and awareness about home monitoring using WSN and smart cameras.

Special Effects and the Making of Pseudo-Monsters in Nollywood Zombie Films
Full text linkHorror movies are artfully constructed to simultaneously elicit fear and thrill audiences. They essentially integrate gory, frightful and obscene creatures (notably the living dead, the undead, paranormal beings and aliens), as well as scary or terrifying scenes all designed to build the fear appeal or the fight-or-flight response. The mobilization of such scary scenes and creatures always entails the use of relevant, realistic – and professional-quality – costumes, make-up, special effects and editing among other technical tools. These tools are generally extremely exorbitant and not affordable to small-budget African filmmakers like the majority of Nigerian videastes who most often rely on very meager resources to produce their movies. In effect, the inability to lay hand on professional-quality make-up and special effects causes most Nigerian video filmmakers to rely on sub-standard tools which do not always actualize the aesthetic and fear appeal expected in a horror film. This scenario could well be illustrated using the way monsters and apocalyptic scenes are treated in most Nollywood zombie movies. In such movies, the leverage of sub-standard and grotesque make-up and special effects most often leads to the creation of pseudo-zombies which, instead of instilling fear and the fight-or-flight response, are susceptible to baffle or amuse film viewers and critics
Analysis and Development of A Self-Dimming Module for Road Traffic Signals
Full text linkNowadays, we often see more and more of the various types of lights in urban areas, especially in road areas, either regarding the use of traffic lights or streetlights that serve as guides and signals to maintain road safety. Typically, the lamps use LED-based lamps as they can increase the rate of high savings. This LED conceptual light helps reduce energy wastage by using less power and reducing the consumption of heat and is suitable for day-to-day operation. The addition of ordinary LEDs to self-dimming systems based on the intensity of light around is more likely to increase the savings rate and is more environment-friendly. The scope of this research includes analytics data from the use of standard traffic lights and LED signal lights that are self-concept in dimmer systems. This research uses the IoT concept that is applied to the traffic system and uses solar energy which is indeed renewable natural energy and can affect the green earth concept to the traffic control system on the road
