Safe House App: Development of Mobile Application for Handling Household Emergency
Many people have a poor level of emergency preparedness, especially in their home environment. A previous study has stated that only a small percentage of people were well prepared in case of an emergency happening in their home while others are either do not know what to do or do not even think about it. This ignorance can lead to a harmful accident. For example, if an emergency such as a kitchen fire happens and is poorly handled by the people in the house it can lead to bigger accidents such as fire outbreaks. Thus, this study aims to identify the requirement, design, and develop a mobile application that can help users learn about household emergencies and increase their preparedness level for emergencies. Compared to other mobile applications for an emergency, Safe House App provides multimedia elements such as videos, and quiz activity which can attract users to use the application more to learn about the household emergency. The methodology implemented for this study is the Agile Model. Functionality Evaluation is conducted on 10 respondents aged 18 and above and most of the respondents are satisfied with the overall performance of Safe House App and agree that Safe House App can help the user increase their emergency preparedness level and attract them to learn about the household emergency

The imbalance in bargaining position in this agreement is the reason for writing to raise the issue of understanding owning and/or controlling micro and small businesses according to the applicable regulations and how it is implemented in the nucleus plasma partnership scheme for the oil palm plantation sector. This normative research includes prescriptive research using secondary data which is analyzed qualitatively and concluded using deductive methods. The results of this study indicate that the notion of having is defined as ownership of equity or capital, while the term control focuses more on managerial control which ultimately has an impact on asset control. The partnership agreement contains several clauses that have the potential to own and/or control micro-small businesses according to Law 20/2008 jo. Law 11/2020, besides that, it also has the potential to violate the provisions or principles of unfair business competition. However, this potential violation is difficult for competition authorities to reach due to the absence of technical regulations that explain the meaning of owning and/or controlling micro and small businesses. Therefore, KPPU needs to prepare further regulations in the form of guidelines that explain the limitations

Development and Evaluation of an Interactive 360 Degree Video for Biomedical Instrumentation Course
In the age of globalisation, the educational system has undergone digital transformations in tandem with technological advancements. This change has aided in the creativity of teaching and learning, which is no longer centred on using conventional ideas to aid in students' learning. For the majority of skills, especially engineering, practical experience is appropriately accompanied by theoretical knowledge as part of educational requirements. However, it has been impossible for students to acquire the necessary expertise due to expensive maintenance costs and restricted access to outside facilities. Due to the large number of studies concentrating on 360-degree video as a supporting solution, this project has taken the initiative to investigate the use of 360-degree video as a learning aid, recognising the importance of offering supporting solutions for student learning. As a result, the goal of this project is to develop and evaluate an interactive 360-degree video for the Biomedical Instrumentation course based on the ADDIE instructional model to aid in students' learning. In order to create instructional tools that achieve the optimal educational goal among diploma students of Electronics Engineering (Medical) in Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Polytechnic, this study modified three learning models and used the ADDIE instructional model. 30 students took part in the evaluation phase by completing the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire to rate the usability of the interactive 360-degree video. Based on the study's overall findings, the majority of students gave the developed interactive 360-degree video system good scores for usability, well-integrated features, and fast learning with the use of an interaction interface. Overall, the findings indicated that the development process of an interactive 360-degree video system was a success, and that it is easily integrated and usable as a digital educational tool for teaching and learning

More on the Postmodernism of Rosler’s: The Bowery in Two Inadequate Descriptive Systems
Martha Rosler's textual-visual masterpiece The Bowery in Two Inadequate Descriptive Systems is in possession of numerous postmodernist dimensions. The current study, therefore, is intended to elucidate how The Bowery benefits from postmodernist aesthetics and rhetoric. It will argue that such postmodernist elements as irony, paradox, and parody lie at the heart of Rosler's photo-text art. To that end, the article will employ Linda Hutcheon's postmodernist terminology and theories as the underlying theoretical framework. Analysing The Bowery through the lens of the said theorist's postmodernist approach and vocabulary, the essay will assert that Rosler's premises resonate strongly with Hutcheon's theories. Moreover, generically viewed, The Bowery will be deemed to be a complex of postmodern photography and social documentary practices. The current article will attempt to re-evaluate and thus furnish a fresh reading of The Bowery in light of its postmodern conceptual and photographic elements
