Research data supporting the publication "Phylogenetic networks for ECM Paul"

Phylogenetic networks created by Fluxus Engineering's "Network" software, and visualised using Graphviz's neato program. Based on data created by Professor Hugh Houghton, ITSEE and IGNTP

Research data supporting "A national survey examining use of predictive clinical decision support tools in UK perioperative practice"

    No full text
Responses to a cross-sectional survey of UK perioperative clinicians about the predictive clinical decision support tools they use. This survey was designed in accordance with a previously published protocol, available at https://www.periopprediction.co.uk/document-store. Each row is a unique respondent. The survey was open between January and March 2024. This dataset has been redacted from the original in order to render it fully anonymised - responses to demographic questions and freetext questions have been removed. No other data manipulation has occurred. The data was captured using the Qualtrics online platform, and is provided as a CSV file. The intention of making this dataset available is for the purpose of open science and transparency - it supports the findings reported in a manuscript currently submitted for academic publication. It is not expected that this data will be helpful for any other purposes or to any other parties

Research data supporting "MICA: Synovial fibroblast pain pathotypes: A roadmap to understanding and targeting the complexity of patient-reported joint pain in osteoarthritis" and associated publications

    No full text
This study contains pain data from patients with knee osteoarthritis, including questionnaires (EQ5D, OKS, VAS), synovitis scores, and transcriptomic data of synovial tissues from patient-reported sites of pain and no pain using bulk and single-cell RNAseq. The data have been originally deposited in NCBI's Gene Expression Omnibus and are accessible through GEO Series accession number GSE176223 and GSE176308

Research data for paper "Quasi-liquid grain boundary conductivity in solid electrolyte candidate lithium imide"

Research data itemised by Figure number in the associated pape

Collations of Greek manuscripts of the Epistle to the Romans

Collation of 152 manuscripts of Romans in conjunction with the Novum Testamentum Graecum Editio Critica Maior. The collation is provided as positive XML, negative XML and a nexus file with phylogenetic tree generated by MrBayes. The collation was made as part of the ERC CATENA Project in April 2024. It does not necessarily represent the final apparatus of the ECM. It is based on version 1.0 of the collation (with minor adjustments to some verses). It was created and exported using the Collation Editor of the Workspace for Collaborative Editing

Research software supporting the publication 'What if...? Computational anatomy in the cerebellar microzone, the middle layer of the cerebellar network'

Fig 2 - Recoding in the cerebellar granular layer regulates the fraction of concurrently active parallel fibres Fig 3 - The microzone computation Fig 4 - Information is coded in the 'shape' of mossy fibre input rates to a network, but not in all shapes Fig 5 - How does the middle microzone read the striped pattern of mossy fibre input rates to a networ

Research data supporting PhD thesis ‘Actinopterygian and chondrichthyan palaeocommunity responses to early Cenozoic global warming'

    No full text
This repository contains appendices to the PhD thesis ‘Actinopterygian and chondrichthyan palaeocommunity responses to early Cenozoic global warming', including transcription of the late Palaeocene and early Eocene otoliths housed at London's Natural History Museum (Appendix Table 3.1), the age model for Site U1514 (Appendix Table 4.1), ichthyolith morphotype coding for Site U1514 at low resolution (Appendix Table 4.2) and high resolution (Appendix Table 4.3), ichthyolith morphotype coding for Sites 702 and 1263 (Appendix Table 5.1), as well as images of all ichthyoliths identified at the aforementioned sites. Data is available in spreadsheets with useful visual formatting, as well as in csv format for ease of open data accessibility

Data supporting the submitted paper "Particulate matter monitoring and source apportionment of inside and outside schools in Port Harcourt, Nigeria"

PM data collected using an Alphasense OPC-N2 at 3 schools in Port Harcourt, Nigeria during the dry and rainy season in 2020-21 and the meteorological data for the same period (obtained online from WorldMet

Research code supporting the publication Modelling Particle Agglomeration on through Elastic Valves under Flow

In this code, a Discrete Multiphysics model combines the fluid–structure interaction model with the agglomeration model. It combines an element of novelty (the first DVT model that accounts for agglomeration). The code consists of the following sections: 52_nonlinear8STICKY, anglecoeffdoublevalve, elasticwalldouble_52b8, elasticwalldouble_52c8, mishortdoublecloseopenBondNonlinearTie8 and LAMMPS run
