—— Notarial document recording the sale of four ranching sites and two caballerías in the jurisdiction of Colima by Antonio de Chaide, acting through his brother and agent Luis de Tovar Godínez, to the Jesuit Colegio of Tepotzotlán for 1,700 pesos. Power of attorney from Antonio de Chaide to Luis de Tovar Godínez, 1619 March 7; 2.) Deed of sale of four plots and two caballerías, 1619 July 11; 3.) Improving Texas Wildfire Planning: Ranking Community Exposure to Guide Low‑Cost Mitigation
This project identifies Texas communities most exposed to wildfire risk by combining federally modeled wildfire hazard data with local population concentration. Using geospatial analysis, we translate complex risk patterns into a clear exposure index that highlights where people and wildfire danger overlap. Our findings help prioritize communities that would benefit most from early, low-cost mitigation efforts. The results support data-informed, community-level actions that can reduce wildfire impact before the next fire season

Food Access Research Atlas Dataset
The dataset is a tract‑level file for all Texas census tracts combining USDA Food Access Research Atlas measures with Census/ACS sociodemographics.
Unit of analysis: Census tract (variable census_tract), with associated state and county names. Population & housing: 2010 population, group quarters indicators and counts, urban/rural indicator (urban_indicator). Poverty & income: Continuous poverty rate (poverty_rate), median family income (median_family_income), and a binary low‑income tract flag (low_income_tract_indicator). Food access (distance-based): Multiple indicators of low access to food within 0.5, 1, 10, and 20 miles (e.g., low_access_05mi_10mi, low_access_1mi_20mi, low_access_tract_05mi, low_access_pop_05mi). Food access by subgroup: Counts and shares of low‑access population by income, age groups (children, seniors), race/ethnicity (White, Black, Asian, AIAN, other/multi, Hispanic), SNAP recipients, and households without a vehicle, at 0.5‑mile and 1‑mile buffers (e.g., low_access_children_05mi_share, low_access_black_05mi_share, low_access_hispanic_1mi_share, low_access_no_vehicle_05mi_share, low_access_snap_1mi_share). Tract composition: Total counts of low‑income residents, seniors, race/ethnicity groups, Hispanic population, no‑vehicle households, and SNAP households at the tract level (e.g., tract_low_income, tract_seniors, tract_white, tract_hispanic, tract_no_vehicle, tract_snap). In total, the file contains one row per Texas tract with identifiers plus a wide set of food‑access, demographic, income, and transportation variables suitable for poverty and equity modeling
Investigation and Mitigation of Flow Induced Noise in Head Wearable Devices - Supplemental Files
This Dataset contains the raw wind noise data acquired during the experimental campaign presented in the work titled "Investigation and Mitigation of Flow Induced Noise in Head Wearable Devices". The data is saved in .mat files and the plots are in provided .fig and .png file formats. For further details on this dataset, please refer to Appendix A of the dissertation published in the Texas A&M Theses and Dissertation Library (https://library.tamu.edu/search/theses, expected to be released on May 2026)
