Hector Enrich 2023 Radiation Mapping Dataset
Data set for the evaluation of radiation mapping methods for mobile robots accompanying our SSRR 2023 paper "Online 2D-3D Radiation Mapping and Source Localization using Gaussian Processes with Mobile Ground Robots."
The data set covers processed robot onboard data (dose rate, 3D pointclouds, camera, localization, map) from the KIARA Telemax robot at EnRicH 2023 held in the decommissioned Zwentendorf Nuclear Power Plant in Austria.
The scenario simulated a radiation accident featuring multiple radiation sources, a missing worker, and manipulation tasks hidden within a space roughly 30 m x 25 m, encompassing multiple rooms.
Within the scenario five Cobalt-70 radiation sources with an activity of 0.7 GBq (estimated dose rate of 50 mSv/h at direct contact and 230muSv/h at a distance of 1 m) were hidden.1.

Accumulation and separation of bovine serum albumin and bovine γ-globulin at liquid/liquid interfaces of aqueous two-phase systems
Based on fluorescence microscopy, the electrophoretic transfer of proteins across the liquid–liquid interface in microfluidic aqueous two-phase systems (ATPS) was investigated. Specifically, the behavior of bovine serum albumine (BSA) and bovine γ-globulin (BγG) in an ATPS containing polyethylene glycol and dextran was observed. Both proteins, initially dissolved in the dextran phase, accumulated significantly close to the three-phase contact lines between the two aqueous phases and the solid surface upon application of an electric field. The accumulation process is superposed by crossing of the proteins into the PEG phase, which also occurs mainly at the three-phase contact line. Differences in their accumulation/transfer behavior allow a separation of the two proteins.
In this collection, we present the fluorescence images of the accumulation and transfer dynamics as observed with widefield and confocal microscopy. The matlab files contain the code that was used to evaluate the widefield images of protein accumulation at the phase boundary

Stratigraphic Grid of the Hessian Mid-German Crystalline High
Large scaled geothermal potential assessments often require geological 3D-structural models of the area of interest. For assessing petrothermal potentials of the Hessian basement, a regional scaled geological 3D-structural model of the hessian Mid German Crystalline High (Weinert et al. 2022) was created within the scope of the project Hessen 3D 2.0 (Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy; funding number:0325944A). The spatial confinement is defined by the scope of Hessen 3D 2.0, and therefore, the lateral extension of the basement model is constrained within the (simplified) boarder of federal state of Hesse. Vertical constraints are set to 400 m b.g.l. and a maximum model depth of 6,000 m below sea level.
Based on the geological 3D-strucutral model (Weinert et al. 2022), which was created in the software package SKUA-GOCAD, a stratigraphic grid (SGrid) was derived. In total, the SGrid contains 8 modeling units comprising (I) Frankenstein complex, (II) Flasergranitoid zone, (III) Weschnitz pluton, (IV) Tromm pluton, (V) Heidelberg granites, (VI) granites and granodiorites, (VII) diorites and gabbros and (VIII) metamorphic rocks.
Data in the repository is provided as GOCAD-SKUA stratigraphic grid in .sg-file format. The provided SGrid is not parameterized

Frequency analysis of gravure printed finger patterns using fast Fourier transform (MATLAB code)
This dataset contains MATLAB code for frequency analysis of gravure printed
finger patterns from the [HYPA-p](https://tudatalib.ulb.tu-
darmstadt.de/handle/tudatalib/3841) dataset. The developed algorithm performs
1-dimensional fast Fourier transform (FFT) on selected image data from the
HYPA-p dataset, i.e. on all 'L-fields'. The peaks of the FFT-spectra
correspond to the dominant distances of the fingers. Peak finding is performed
after smoothing of the FFT-spectra with pre-defined filter kernels.
