Designing in Argentina with Indigenous Groups
Indigeneity in Argentina has historically been oppressed. The project presented here is a collaboration between design researchers and students from Buenos Aires and Indigenous groups in Northern Argentina that combines anthropologi-cal and design methods. Participatory experiences are at the core of the pro-posal. Interactions within the communities led to various lines of work. The top-ics varied from textile production, natural coloring, traditional nourishment, and construction to didactic materials for schools within intercultural bilingual edu-cation. The results show not only material outcomes, but also how the project moved its participants. In light of the widely differing worldviews, the learning process became an exchange. Is it possible that design education in Argentina will change its predominant practices, as the result of dialogical collaborations with Indigenous peoples? What challenges would this lead to? The project aims to be an example of a dialogue between worlds, in a pluriversal context
Responsible business conduct in commodity trading – A multidisciplinary review
Responsible business conduct (RBC)—the corporate activities and initiatives that proactively address corporate involvement in human rights, environmental, and governance threats—has become an increasingly used means to counteract and prevent adverse effects of global businesses. Unlike other business sectors whose adverse impacts and RBC efforts (or lack thereof) are well documented, a comprehensive understanding of the state of commodity trading (CT), has been missing. In response, this paper uses a multidisciplinary literature review to provide an integrative understanding of the current state of research on the relationship between CT and RBC. Based on a review of 131 articles, we advance a granular understanding of the current and prospective role of commodity traders in RBC by grouping extant research into three overarching themes: (1) industry self-regulation and co-regulatory initiatives, (2) government-led regulatory initiatives and policy responses, and (3) company-level management strategies impacting RBC practices. In addition to illustrating the themes through existing research and identifying gaps along the overarching themes, we use our literature review to suggest avenues for future research. The paper’s overarching contribution is, first, to synthesize previously fragmented findings into a coherent framework of CT and RBC. And second, to offer guidance on how scholarship in this important domain can be developed into a more mature, legitimate and practical stream of research

Resistance to the sharing economy: Why some consumers and providers do not participate in P2P sharing
This study examines the barriers that hinder individuals form participating in the sharing economy. It analyzes whether non-users’ unfavorable perceptions of peer-to-peer (P2P) sharing (active resistance barriers), or their aversion to change and satisfaction with the status quo (passive resistance barriers) cause them to reject P2P sharing. By conducting separate structural equation modeling (SEM) analyses on a sample of 233 non-consumers and 240 non-providers, the study differentiates between resistance to P2P consuming and P2P providing. The findings reveal that non-users’ resistance to P2P sharing is primarily driven by active resistance barriers. Non- consumers reject P2P consuming as a result of the usage barrier, value barrier, trust barrier and economic risks, whereas non-providers reject P2P providing due to the usage barrier and functional risks. This research contributes to the sharing economy literature by shedding light on the underexplored topic of resistance to P2P sharing, particularly emphasizing the overlooked role of P2P providing. It shows that P2P sharing possesses distinct characteristics resulting in unique resistance patterns that differ from those observed in B2C sharing. Furthermore, the study extends the innovation resistance literature by applying both active and passive resistance frameworks in the context of a service innovation, broadening the scope beyond the commonly studied active resistance to product innovations
Digital Skills

Mental Health Nurses (CMHNs) innerhalb verschiedener
CMHN-Rollen und Versorgungskontexte.
Methoden Systematische Literaturrecherche in CINAHL, Pub-
Med/Medline, Google und Google Scholar, ergänzt durch eine
Suche in verschiedenen Verlagsdatenbanken.
von psychisch kranken Menschen beschreiben: (A)
