    Abstract-C Programming Language, developed by Dennis Ritchie in 1972 is an evergreen programming language. It is the backbone of the Unix operating system and paved the way for the development of object-oriented programming. C has been around for 30 years, and there is a ton of source code available. This means there's a lot to learn from, and a lot to use. C programming language is that which sits close to the operating system. This feature makes it an efficient language because system level resources, such as memory, can be accessed easily.     Now-a-days we are almost completely dependent on information system for our day-to-day work. Almost every organization of different sectors has their own website. These websites are visited not only by the native people but also by the foreigners. But sometimes they are unable to do so because of language barrier. At present, many translating tools are available but they are either for translating text of a website or translating text from an image. At some cases people have to copy the text and then translate it separately which is a lot of hassle and time consuming. We aim to implement a website translator which will take the URL of any website and translate it in any language. It can also translate the text of the images of that website. We have also created some more new algorithms for URL translation, English to Bangla number translation and English to Arabic number translation

    Fake News Detection: Covid-19 Perspective

    The development of social media has con- tributed to a remarkable rise in the spread of fake news. Today people rely more on online news outlets. The chance of receiving fake news on an online platform is high. As we went through a pandemic and the Covid-19 was the most absorbing topic of 2020, much news on Covid-19 was published every day in traditional media and social media. Among that news, some are fake. In this work, we have collected a new dataset for detecting fake news from traditional media on Covid-19. We have gathered more than 3000 pieces of news from traditional media out of the 170 are fake ones that were collected from fact-checking sites. Then we have tested the existing four classification algorithms with our dataset using Count Vectorizer and TF-IDF. We have merged 170 fake news with four scales of true news and analyzed the outcome

    We present the logical foundation of an artificial intelligence AI capable of dealing with complex dynamic challenges that would be very hard to handled using traditional approaches e g predicate logic and deep learning The AI is based on a cooperative questioning game to boost insight Insight gains are measured by information probability uncertainty Shannon as well as utility von Neumann The framework is a two-person cooperative iterated Q A game in which both players human AI agent benefit positive-sum the human player gains insight and the AI player learns to improve itssuggestions Generally speaking valuable insight is typically gained by asking good questions about the right topic at the appropriate time and place by posing insightful questions In this study we propose a logical and mathematical framework for the meanings of good right appropriate within clearly-defined classes of human intentions AI based on this Shannon-Neumann Logic combines symbolic AI with cooperative learning It is transparent no hidden layers explainable no unjustifiable moves and remains human-aligned no AI vs human contradictions because of continuous cooperation positive-sum game In this paper we focus uniquely on logical validity and leave the complex topic scientific soundness for future researc
