Multi-Channel Scheduling with Optimal Spectrum Channel Hole Filling (MCS-OSHF) for Cognitive Radio Wireless Networks
In this study, a contemporary method of scheduling algorithm has been proposed for working on scheduling of varying size data-frames transmission in CR based wireless networks. The objective of the proposed model is to achieve maximum throughput, and also reduction of loss of dataframes in the transmission. Some of the key elements that are considered in the development of the model are optimal bandwidth and idle channel availability. Using the three level hierarchical approach, the scheduling strategy is constructed. The optimal idle channel allocation, allocation with considerable transmission intervals allocation and optimal multiple channels models are considered at respective levels in the hierarchy in the proposed algorithm. The proposed model while tested under simulated environment in comparison to the other two bench marking models, the outcome depicts that the process is more efficient and supports in improving the overall process of scheduling of data-frames as per the desired objectives of the model
A Review on Internet of Things (IoT): Security and Privacy Requirements and the Solution Approaches
The world is undergoing a dramatic rapid transformation from isolated systems to ubiquitous Internet-based-enabled 2018;things2019; capable of interacting each other and generating data that can be analyzed to extract valuable information. This highly interconnected global network structure known as Internet of Things will enrich everyone2019;s life, increase business productivity, improve government efficiency, and the list just goes on. However, this new reality (IoT) built on the basis of Internet, contains new kind of challenges from a security and privacy perspective. Traditional security primitives cannot be directly applied to IoT technologies due to the different standards and communication stacks involved. Along with scalability and heterogeneity issues, major part of IoT infrastructure consists of resource constrained devices such as RFIDs and wireless sensor nodes. Therefore, a flexible infrastructure is required capable to deal with security and privacy issues in such a dynamic environment. This paper presents an overview of IoT, security and privacy challenges and the existing security solutions and identifying some open issues for future research

Inductively Computable Hierarchies and Inductive Algorithmic Complexity
Induction is a prevalent cognitive method in science while inductive computations are popular in many fields of computer and network technology The most advanced mathematical model of inductive computations and reasoning is an inductive Turing machine which is natural extension of the most widespread model of computing devices and computations - Turing machine In comparison with Turing machines inductive Turing machines represent the next step in the development of computer science providing better models for contemporary computers and computer networks In this paper Section 3 we study relations between inductively computable sets inductively recognizable sets inductively decidable sets and inductively computable functions In addition Section 4 we apply the obtained results to algorithmic information theory demonstrating how inductive Turing machines allow obtaining more information for essentially decreasing complexity in comparison with Turing machine

Multiuser Parallel Transmission with 1-tap Time Domain Beamforming by Millimeter Wave Massive Antenna Arrays
This paper investigates the feasibility of multiuser parallel transmission by sub-array beamforming using millimeter wave bands in which the Line-of-Sight (LoS) dominant channel environment is expected. Focusing on high beamforming gain provided by the massive antenna array, each sub-array conducts first eigenmode transmission and thus one stream is allocated per user without null steering. This paper also proposes 1-tap time domain beamforming (TDBF) as the same weight is applied to all frequency components. It reduces computation complexity as well as suppressing the effect of additive noise on weight derivation. Computer simulation results show that increasing the subarray spacing stably improves signal-to-interference power ratio (SIR) performance and that the proposed 1-tap TDBF can match the performance of the frequency domain first eigenmode transmission as a rigorous solution
The Contemporary Affirmation of Taxonomy and Recent Literature on Workflow Scheduling and Management in Cloud Computing
The Cloud computing systemspreferred over the traditional forms of computing such as grid computing, utility computing, autonomic computing is attributed forits ease of access to computing, for its QoS preferences, SLA2019;s conformity, security and performance offered with minimal supervision. A cloud workflow schedule when designed efficiently achieves optimalre source sage, balance of workloads, deadline specific execution, cost control according to budget specifications, efficient consumption of energy etc. to meet the performance requirements of today2019; svast scientific and business requirements. The businesses requirements under recent technologies like pervasive computing are motivating the technology of cloud computing for further advancements. In this paper we discuss some of the important literature published on cloud workflow scheduling
Low Cost Wireless Nurse Call System with Webserver
Nurse Call System is an essential tool for the present time hospitals. In this research work a wireless nurse call system with webserver is designed, developed and implemented. This system helps admitted patients in hospitals. Patient can call a nurse or patient care assistant (PCA) for help. This system is also capable to generate emergency alarm. When a patient calls a nurse the system updates the status on webserver that a patient from specific room number is calling. Each device has a unique identification number in the system. On web nurse can see the room number and time when the patient has called. In order to turn off the call nurse presses the attendance button. All the nodes transmit data to a base node and base node updates the data to webserver. LAN connected other PC can view the call using any browser or any nurse can view the call using her cell phone through Wi-Fi. Each cell phone acts as a pager. Nurse can be notified of a call on the run
Time Stretching using Phase Vocoder
Time Scale Modification (TSM) is a principle that is used to modify the time axis or time resolution. This concept can be used in Audio processing as well as Image processing. In this research work, TSM concept is used to perform Time Stretching of an audio signal. In this concept , the speed of the audio playback is changed without affecting audio signal's pitch. The time stretching concept has been used extensively in different application, such as in post production for effects, during music mixing. This is also used in the application to capture or play back a slow motion video. If we look at the current scenario, Time Stretching is extensively used in the field of entertainment, and creative arts. My paper talks about using this Time Stretching in the Automobile Industry. Now a days we have different types of FM stations (Digital and Analog). There is one particular scenario which I have considered as the Problem statement
