BDS/GPS Multi-System Positioning based on Nonlinear Filter Algorithm
The Global Navigation Satellite System can provide all-day three-dimensional position and speed information. Currently, only using the single navigation system cannot satisfy the requirements of the system's reliability and integrity. In order to improve the reliability and stability of the satellite navigation system, the positioning method by BDS and GPS navigation system is presented, the measurement model.and the state model are described. Furthermore, Unscented Kalman Filter (UKF) is employed in GPS and BDS conditions, and analysis of single system/multi-systems2019; positioning has been carried out respectively. The experimental results are compared with the estimation results, which are obtained by the iterative least square method and the extended Kalman filtering (EFK) method. It shows that the proposed method performed high-precise positioning. Especially when the number of satellites is not adequate enough, the proposed method can combine BDS and GPS systems to carry out a higher positioning precision
Las TecnologAas De La InformaciAn Y ComunicaciAn En El Sector Empresarial Del Paraguay
It is irrefutable that the development, incorporation, and use of technology information and communications originated an impact in the business sector. It is also a fact, the existence of a marked asymmetry between developed and developing countries. Furthermore, the measurement and generation of indicators in the information, communication technology ICT sector is also an asymmetric reality, as models and approaches for their measure are still an issue. Nevertheless, the effort made by less developed countries, including Paraguay, is evident, and the milestones achieved are remarkable and there are emblematic cases that deserve to be replicated, but it is still insufficient to reach the penetration levels and use achieved by more developed countries. A pending task, both for Paraguay as well as many Latin American countries, is to fill in this information gap by means of the generation and measurement of indicators that are reliable and representative of the ICT sector, thus enabling the development of programs and activities designed to incorporate all areas, such as: business, education, healthcare, and government
Distributed Service Broker Policy Algorithm for Logistics over Cloud
Logistics information system focuses on flow of information with storage and services of goods supply from the origin point to consumption point of organization. Logistics information system makes this flow more efficient with the help of cloud. Cloud computing manages the logistics information system centrally. The centralized data center keeps the track of information distribution which creates network congestion and overloading on data center when various requests of users from different regions occur at same time. So, the data center needs to be maintained effectively for better performance. This paper presents the distributed service broker policy to implement centralized data center and proposes distributed data center for logistics information system over cloud. This paper also presents the result of distributed service broker policy algorithm to reduce network congestion, higher latency and cost due to large number of demand of particular service in distributed data center for logistics
5M: Multi-Instance Multi-Cluster based Weakly Supervised MIL Model for Multimedia Data Mining
The high pace rise in online as well as offline multimedia unannotated data and associated mining applications have demanded certain efficient mining algorithm. Multiple instance learning (MIL) has emerged as one of the most effective solutions for huge unannotated data mining. Still, it requires enhancement in instance selection to enable optimal mining and classification of huge multimedia data. Considering critical multimedia mining applications, such as medical data processing or content based information retrieval, the instance verification can be of great significance to optimize MIL. With this motivation, in this paper, Multi-Instance, Multi-Cluster based MIL scheme (MIMC-MIL) has been proposed to perform efficient multimedia data mining and classification with huge unannotated data with different features. The proposed system employs softmax approximation techniques with a novel loss factor and inter-instance distance based weight estimation scheme for instance probability substantiation in bags
Cryptanalysis and Further Improvement of a Dynamic ID and Smart Card based Remote user Authentication Scheme
Computer systems and their interconnections using networks have im-proved the dependence of both the organizations as well as the individuals on the stored information. This interconnection, in turn, has led to a heightened awareness of the need for data security and the protection of data and re- sources from electronic frauds, electronic eavesdropping, and networkbased attacks. Consequently, cryptography and network security have evolved, leading to the development of smart cards to enforce network security. Re-cently, Rafael Martinez-Pelez and Rico- Novella Francisco [1] pointed out vul-nerabilities in Wang et al. [2] scheme. In this paper, we cryptanalyze Wanget al. scheme and demonstrated that our proposed scheme withstands thevulnerabilities pointed out by Francisco et al. and it completes all the re-cent security requirements of [3]. We implemented the proposed scheme in MATLAB and demonstrated that our proposed scheme is not vulnerable to the shortcomings pointed out by Francisco et al. in their scheme
A Novel Erasure Coding Based on Reed Solomon Fault Tolerance for Cloud Based Storage
In the recent years growth in usage of Erasure codes for fault tolerance is been observed The growth in distributed storage solutions is the root cause of this growth Multiple research is been carried out to propose the optimal fault tolerance solution for distributed storage solutions However the recent storage solutions have shown a migration towards to the cloud based storage solutions The growth of cloud computing and the benefits to the customer is the core of this migrations Thus the applications managing the storage solutions have also updated with the demand Hence the recent researches are driven by the demand of optimal fault tolerance solutions Here in this work we propose an optimal erasure code based fault tolerance solution specific for cloud storage solutions The work is been considered for commercial cloud based storage solution The final outcome of this work is improvement on Bit Error Rate for the proposed Novel Erasure Coding based on Reed Solomon Fault Tolerance for Cloud based servic

Cluster Analysis of Medical Research Data using R
Cluster analysis divides the data into groups that are meaningful, useful or both. It is also used as a starting point for other purposes of data summarization. This paper discuss some very basic algorithms like K-means, Fuzzy C-means, Hierarchical clustering to come up with clusters, and use R data mining tool. The results are tested on the datasets namely Online News Popularity, Iris Data Set and from UCI data repository and mi RNA dataset for medical data analysis. All datasets was analyzed with different clustering algorithms and the figures we are showing is the working of them in R data mining tool. Every algorithm has its uniqueness and antithetical behavio
Artificial Intelligence: Uses and Misuses
Artificial Intelligence (AI) was mostly regarded as science-fiction in the past but with the recent advancements in technology, it has silently crept into our lives. From social media to computer games to self-driving cars to military gadgets to personal digital assistants, AI is everywhere. This progress is also due to a paradigm shift in AI community where current trend is to make AI stronger in specific domains rather than making a human-like AI which can do anything. Resultantly, AI can now out-perform humans in many areas. But this progress of AI is scary for some people who are predicting the 201C;rise of machines201D; in half a century or so if AI progress remains unbridled
