Architecture Considerations of LTE/WCDMA Wideband Power Amplifier for Efficiency Improvement
An enhanced architecture for a broadband power amplifier (PA) for LTE and WCDMA handsets using In GaP/Ga As hetero-junction bipolar transistor (HBT) process is presented. A two-stage PA solution adopting switchable driver-stage amplifier without employing input switch is proposed to reduce loss and help with power efficiency improvement. Furthermore, in order to enhance the power-added efficiency (PAE) at the low output power level, a two-chain amplifying structure in parallel has been implemented. For wideband 1.71-1.98GHz, the fabricated PA shows 27dB of Gain and 38% of PAE with 80mA of quiescent current (Icq) at the output power (Pout) of 28dBm for high-power mode operation, as well as 16dB of Gain and 13% of PAE with 20mA of Icqat the Pout of 17dBm for low-power mode operation. The system power usage efficiency are obviously enhanced with the presented two-stage dual-chain PA architecture
An Approach to a New Network Security Architecture of Nuclear and Research Facilities
With the growth of information technology (IT) systems, network security is rapidly becoming a critical business concern. Due to the interconnectivity of IT systems, a comprehensive description of all of the key elements and relationships that make up an organization2019;s network security is needed, which can be referred as network security architecture. The value of this architecture is often questioned by organizations in terms of its practical application. This paper has presents a new approach to the network security architecture by using the Zachman Framework capabilities. The network security architecture of nuclear and academic facilities academic centers is discussed to show how a conceptual model can be applied to a real organization. This new approach makes any Local Area Network LAN more secure and more flexible than any conventional security procedures without affecting the performance of the LAN. Applying Zachman matrix provides the answers to what data assets the nuclear and research facilities controls, how they are used, and where they are located
Cloud based Framework for Fake Review Detection
Online reviews are one of the significant factors in a customer2019;s purchase decision or to avail of any service. Online reviews give rise to the potential threats that fake reviewers may write a false review to artificially promote a product or defaming value of a service. Using Natural Language Processing, many methods have already been developed to detect fake reviews, especially reviews written in the English language. In this paper, I propose a novel framework where authenticity of a feedback will check through two perspectives. Firstly, the system checks whether the review is fake or not. Secondly, it also checks the authenticity of the reviewer. The outcome result accumulates in cloud storage for providing further business analytics
Systems Verbalization
The mathematical definition of the System is proposed on based from different and above all humanitarian sources. This definition a prerequisite for the creation of the mathematical apparatus of the Systems and particulare the Control Systems wich are submit to him. A non algorithmic (i.e.mathamatical) language of logic and actions has been created for Systems. Their informativity is result of the application of the systems definition
Review Paper on Various Software Testing Techniques
Software testing is the process of running an application with the intent of finding software bugs errors or other defects Software applications demand has pushed the quality assurance of developed software towards new heights It has been considered as the most critical stage of the software development life cycle Testing can analyze the software item to identify the disparity between actual and prescribed conditions and to assess the characteristics of the software Software testing leads to minimizing errors and cut down software costs For this purpose we discuss various software testing techniques and strategies This paper aims to study diverse as well as improved software testing techniques for better quality assurance purpose
Cyber Forensic and Data Collection Challenges in Nigeria
- The importance of structural investigation to obtain a reliable chain of evidence on cyber-attacks organizations or individual data for application of legal presentation in court in computer forensics Where ever there is a discovery of evidence or proofs of illegal misuse of organization data it leads to the prosecution of the culprits Today the technology in cyber forensic is utilizing the application of scientific methods and technics to recover data from electronic and digital media This scientific method requires expertise that goes beyond regular forensic data collection techniques and practices which must conform to universal standards Increase in the use of computer and the internet has resulted in the change in human behaviors and ways in which they communicate this growth in technology has given rise to cybercrimes which have caused the insecurity of the cyberspace in general The increase in the growth of computer and the Internet use has changed the human behavior and ways of communication this growth in technology has given rise to the rise in cybercrime which is now sophisticated and difficult to trace investigate and prosecution of criminals without reliable and accurate data collectio
Review on Motion Capture Technology
In this paper we provide the reader with a overview of what is motion capture, its history and evolution so far and processes used in acquiring the tri-dimensional data of the recorded scene, take or animation. A brief look at the 201C;mocap201D; process2019;s (short for motion capture) structure is given followed by an extensive list of the technologies behind the most popular systems used today. We dive into the inner works of acoustical, mechanical, magnetic and optical mocap systems, also discussing the differences between active, passive and marker less optical systems, since these are the most popular of the above referred. Later on we also provide some insight into facial motion capture, right after we compare the data acquisition systems and quickly overview the generic data file structure. Finally we provide examples of real-world applications and some possible research fields in the area along with our conclusion
Robotic Behavior based on Formal Grammars
Formal grammars, studied by N. Chomsky for the definition of equivalence with languages and models of computing, have been a useful tool in the development of compilers, programming languages, natural language processing, automata theory, etc. The words or symbols of these formal languages can denote deduced actions that correspond to specific behaviors of a robotic entity or agent that interacts with an environment. The primary objective of this paper pretend to represent and generate simple behaviors of artificial agents. Reinforcement learning techniques, grammars, and languages, as defined based on the model of the proposed system were applied to the typical case of the ideal route on the problem of artificial ant. The application of such techniques proofs the viability of building robots that might learn through interaction with the environment
An ACO and Mobile Sink based Algorithm for Improvement of ML-MAC for Wsns using Compressive Sensing
WSN is becoming key subject of research in computational basic principle because of its great deal of applications. ACO( Ant Colony Optimization) constructs the redirecting or routing tree via a method by which, for every single circular or round, Base Station (BS) chooses the root node in addition to shows the following substitute for every node. In order to prevail over the actual constraints with the sooner work a new increased method proposed in this research work. The proposed method has the capacity to prevail over the constraints of ACO routing protocol using the principle with reactivity, mobile sink and also the compressive sensing technique. In this paper we measure the main parameters that affect the wsn that are network lifetime, packets dropped, throughput, end to end delay and remaining energy for proposed algorithm and simulation results have shown that the proposed algorithm is highly effective
FPGA Implementation of NPSF Testing Using Block Code Technique
This paper presents a test structure for high speed memories. Built in self test (BIST) give the solution for testing memories and associate hardware for test pattern generation and application for a variety of test algorithms. Memory test algorithm for neighborhood pattern sensitive faults (NPSF) is developed by using block code technique to identify the base cell and deleted neighborhood cells. Test pattern generation can be done by using LFSR and Euler pattern generation. The testing process is verified using Xilinx ISE 14.2 and implemented on Nexys 4 DDR Artix 7 FPGA board
