TINJAUAN YURIDIS EFEKTIFITAS SANKSI PIDANA PERDAGANGAN ORANG DI KOTA GORONTALO
Get PDFHuman trafficking is a transnational crime that violates human rights and continues to be a serious concern, including in the city of Gorontalo. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of criminal sanctions against the crime of human trafficking in Gorontalo City from a juridical perspective. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through document studies, interviews with law enforcement officials, and case analysis. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of criminal sanctions in Gorontalo City still faces various obstacles. Some of the main factors that affect are the lack of training of law enforcement officials, the lack of reporting from victims, and the inconsistency of court decisions. In addition, victim prevention and protection programs, such as legal education and social rehabilitation, are still not optimal. This causes criminal sanctions to not provide an optimal deterrent effect for perpetrators. The study concludes that eradicating trafficking requires a more integrated approach, involving strict law enforcement, strengthening prevention programs, and improving victim rehabilitation services. With these measures, it is hoped that trafficking crimes can be suppressed, and the rights of victims are better protected

Get PDFThe Purposes of the study to analyze the logical consequences of the police record certificate (SKCK) as one of the proponents of screening in efforts to get work for former prisoners. The problem formulation in this research is first, what is the concept of labeling former convicts through SKCK. The research method that the author uses is empirical using data and legal materials which are divided into primary, secondary and tertiary. The approach used is an actual behavior approach for recidivists who have experience using SKCK as one of the requirements for applying for a job. This research provides results, namely that SKCK is a labeling and stigmatization that is legalized by the government through PERKAPOLRI No. 6 of 2023 concerning Procedures for Issuing SKCK. This is based on discriminatory values and is a malignant or unhumanitarian disease that is spread systematically through legalization of labeling

Penyakit infeksi terkait pelayanan Kesehatan atau Healthcare Associated Infection (HAIs) merupakan salah satu masalah Kesehatan di berbagai negara di dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Tindakan pencegahan resiko infeksi menjadi suatu keharusan dilingkungan puskesmas. Edukasi tentang pencegahan resiko infeksi pada pasien dan keluarga mencakup pemahaman tentang cara infeksi, tanda dan gejala infeksi serta Langkah pencegahan. Metode : Memberikan edukasi kesehatan dengan metode ceramah dan wawancara kepada pasien dan keluarga pasien selama 75 menit diruangan rawat jalan Puskesmas Limboto Kab. Gorontalo. Hasil temuan ilmiah : Setelah dilakukan Edukasi didapatkan bahwa Pengetahuan pasien dan keluarga dalam pencegahan resiko infeksi meningkat dengan baik. Kesimpulan : Edukasi pencegahan resiko infeksi ini sangat membantu pasien dan keluarga agar terhindar dari penyakit yang disebabkan oleh infeksi kuman, bakteri, virus

Beberapa manfaat mencuci tangan adalah mencegah kuman, bakteri dan mencegah terjadinya infeksi. Pasien dan keluarga memiliki peran sangat penting dalam memastikan kebersihan tangan dilingkungan rumah sakit. Metode : Memberikan penyuluhan Kesehatan dengan metode ceramah dan wawancara kepada pasien dan keluarga pasien selama 3 jam diruangan rawat interna RSUD PROF. DR. H ALOE SABOE Kota Gorontalo. No full textCannabis is a plant that has medicinal benefits. However, the use of cannabis is prohibited by Indonesian Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics. Cannabis has a million benefits that can be used in medicine. The government must take this effect into account because legalizing cannabis for medical use has many benefits from various perspectives. And this will have an impact on the economy, industry, and a number of other sectors. However, the government's attitude towards the benefits of cannabis for medical use has not responded well, the Indonesian government is still silent without any explanation to the public regarding this issue. This research uses a normative juridical approach with conceptual and case law methods. Cannabis is classified as a Group I narcotic, prohibiting its medical use under current regulations, allowing only scientific research and diagnostic purposes. Despite its potential as a treatment, cannabis has not been approved by the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) or the government for medicinal use. Article 41 of the Narcotics Law suggests revising the classification of cannabis to allow its use for medical treatments or palliative care under strict supervision. A specialized government agency could oversee its distribution, ensuring it is used safely and according to medical prescription

In this study, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive research method using the analysis of the French & Raven (1959) power theory. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation and literature study. Based on the research that has been done, the researcher concludes that this film shows many things to become a good leader and be able to have a big impact on society. We are all leaders in our lives. So, this film gives us many things that we can learn to have a better life
Understanding the Complexities of Contemporary Sunni-Shia Relations and Their Prospects Post-Beijing Reconciliation 2023
Get PDFThe relationship between Sunni and Shia communities in the Islamic world has long been a global concern due to its historical, cultural, and political complexities. The purpose of this study is to classify the complexity of contemporary relations between Sunnis and Shias. Furthermore, this study is expected to describe the prospects for Sunni-Shia relations after the Beijing reconciliation agreement. The content analysis research method was chosen based on the instrument used by the researcher, namely the literature on Sunni and Shia developments. The results show that Sunnis, who mostly live in Saudi Arabia, and Shias, who mostly live in Iran, have different perspectives on religious understanding, especially regarding life principles. Shias are known as fanatical worshipers of Muhammad's grandson (Husain) and believe that only his descendants are worthy of becoming the next caliph. Meanwhile, Sunnis believe that the caliph can be chosen through consensus. This difference has become a conflict over the years and has developed into a conflict between Saudi Arabia and Iran. Relations between the two can be strengthened in the Middle East if the Beijing reconciliation agreement is implemented and adhered to together for the advancement of the Arabian Peninsula in the eyes of the world
Tourism Branding as Government Support to Increase Economic Country: Social Network Analysis
Get PDFThe Indonesian Government seeks to invest in digital communications to strengthen Indonesia's tourism industry and position it as a leading tourist destination. Social media enables organizations to provide personalized and engaging information to communities or individuals efficiently and effectively. Therefore, this study aims to discover how the Indonesian government uses social media (Twitter) to create images that can help boost tourism and the economy after COVID-19. This study uses social network analysis to explain information distribution and interaction. This study analyzes social media networks for promoting and branding Indonesian tourism using a qualitative descriptive and theoretical approach. To visualize data analysis, the Nvivo 12 Plus software, specifically the Twitter Sociogram and Netlytics dataset tools, highlights the results of Social Network Analysis regarding interactions using the hashtag #WonderfulIndonesia. According to the study's findings, the Indonesian government uses Twitter as a means of communication and promotion to improve tourism's image or branding, which is likely to be effective. By mentioning the #WonderfulIndonesia hashtag, government accounts promote tourism branding by disseminating information to the public, private sector, and others. The use of social media in large-scale tourism branding activities to attract tourists and improve the nation's economy is usually accompanied by strict management. In addition, support from various stakeholders is needed because it is proven that the government, as a single actor, has limitations in increasing tourism sector revenue through branding

No full textThis study aims to analyze the use of paronomasia (jinās) in Surah Al-Waqi'ah, focusing on its rhetorical and aesthetic functions. The primary problem addressed is understanding the impact of jinās on the beauty and eloquence of the Quranic text. The research seeks to explore how paronomasia enhances the meanings and messages within Surah Al-Waqi'ah. A qualitative research method was employed, utilizing library research to collect and analyze data from various literary and rhetorical sources, including Quranic exegesis, books on rhetoric, and other relevant texts. The findings indicate that jinās in Surah Al-Waqi'ah significantly contributes to the text's aesthetic appeal and clarity of meaning. Paronomasia serves to emphasize key concepts and create a rhythmic flow that enhances the reader's emotional and intellectual engagement with the text. The study concludes that understanding the use of rhetorical devices like jinās can deepen appreciation for the artistic qualities of Quranic verses and enrich the comprehension of their messages. Further research is recommended to explore the full extent of rhetorical devices in other Surahs to fully grasp their impact on audiences
