PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK DAN CITRA MEREK TERHADAP PENYEWAAN BUS PARIWISATA PO. TAMI JAYA YOGYAKARTA
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara Citra Merek dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Penyewaan pada PO. Tami Jaya Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu Citra Merek (X1), Kualitas Produk (X2), dan Keputusan Penyewaan (Y). Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden dengan teknik pengambilan random sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, Uji F, Uji t, dan Uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Citra Merek dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Penyewaan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilait hitung dari variabel Citra Merek dan Kualitas Produk ialah sebesar 2,245 dan 3,257 1,984 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,027 dan 0,002 3,09 F tabel dengan signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05. Variabel Kualitas Produk merupakan variabel yang mendominasi, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai beta (koefisien) dari variabel Kualitas Produk sebesar 0,313 yang dimana nilaitersebut memiliki nilai yang lebih tinggi.

Get PDFThe 1945 Constitution stipulates that the implementation of human rights is the responsibility of the state, especially the government in providing protection, enforcement, and fulfillment of human rights for every citizens. The Football Disaster at the Kanjuruhan Stadium, Malang, East Java Province caused 174 deaths, shows that there are indications of human rights violations. Currently, the current legal settlement mechanism uses two instruments, namely the Criminal Code and the Sports Law. Meanwhile, the Commission for Missing Per-sons and Victims of Violence (KontraS) actually said that there had been human rights violations in the form of shooting tear gas outside of command and the involvement of the Indonesian National Army in securing the stadium which was not in accordance with the main functions. The problem identification in this study is how the human rights perspective in the football tragedy in Kanjuruhan is trying to see if there are allegations of human rights violations. This research uses normative juridical research methods. The results of the study indicate that there have been human rights violations in the form of neg-ligence by the police as a state instrument so that the government must be responsible for providing protection and fulfillment of human rights, especially those who are victims of this incident
Good Governance in Environmentally Friendly Energy Management: Case Study of the Gas Network Program (Jargas) in Bojonegoro, Indonesia
Get PDFBased on oil and gas reserve data, the Bojonegoro Regency government has the potential to build a gas distribution network for households (JARGAS) which is useful for reducing the use of petroleum. The Regent of Bojoengoro and 17 and the mayor, signed a memorandum of understanding with the Director General of Oil and Gas, Ministry of Mineral Resources (ESDM) for the provision and distribution of natural gas through the gas network. This study examines the role of Good Governance in environmentally friendly energy governance through a case study of the Jargas Program in Bojonegoro, which aims to replace LPG with clean energy. With a descriptive qualitative method, data will be collected through observation and interviews with stakeholders such as the regional government of the Economy and Natural Resources Section of the Bojonegoro Regional Secretariat, PT PGN Area Bojonegoro, and the community in Bojonegoro and secondary sources such as publications. This study examines the application of Good Governance principles, such as transparency, accountability, openness, and the rule of law. The study results indicate that strategic steps are needed to improve information transparency, transparency of use, and accountability from the regional government to expand access to gas networks to be more effective, transparent, and meet community needs. In conclusion, implementing Good Governance supports the sustainability of clean energy, but it is necessary to strengthen community participation and active socialization
Representation of Longing and Waiting for Lover in the Lyrics of Saalulinnas Song by Mansour Rahbani (Semiotic Analysis of Ferdinand de Saussure)
Get PDFArabic song lyrics are a form of literary work that contains beauty and depth of meaning. This study aims to reveal the forms of longing and waiting for lovers through the main concept of Ferdinand De Saussure's semiotic theory of sign systematics, which includes signifiers and signified in the lyrics of Saalulinnas song by Mansour Rahbani. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a content analysis design in the form of Arabic song lyrics. Data collection techniques used were reading, note-taking, and translation. The data analysis technique uses steps, namely collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. This study found that the song lyrics with the title Saalulinnas by Mansour Rahbani have eight core stanzas; of the eight stanzas, there are 16 signifiers and 16 signs that represent forms of longing and waiting for lovers between Fairuz and Assi consisting of 8 forms, namely: abandonment, hard day, faith, secret, separation, dream meeting, heart guide, and suffering. The conclusion of this research shows that in the lyrics of the Arabic song entitled Saalulinnas by Mansour Rahbani, there are forms of longing and waiting for lovers

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi pengembangan desa wisata Torosiaje sebagai pariwisata berbasis masyarakat di Kabupaten Pohuwato. Metode penelitian yaitu deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan analisis SWOT. Get PDFSungai Botu Kapali adalah daya tarik wisata di Kabupaten Gorontalo yang baru diresmikan. Daya tarik wisata sungai Botu Kapali ini berlokasi di Desa Bihe, Kecamatan Asparaga, Kabupaten Gorontalo. Daya tarik wisata sungai Botu Kapali menawarkan pemandangan alam yang masih asri. Wisatawan dapat menikmati aktivitas river tubing sepanjang 500 meter di sungai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan daya tarik wisata sungai Botu Kapali sebagai daya tarik wisata alam di Kabupaten Gorontalo. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengembangan daya tarik wisata sungai Botu Kapali berada pada kuadran III yaitu strategi stabilitas atau strategi WO (Weakness, opportunity). Implementasi dari strategi WO adalah memanfaatkan jaringan internet sebagai media dalam memberikan informasi tentang daya tarik wisata sungai Botu Kapali, bekerja sama dengan pemerintah Kabupaten Gorontalo (Dinas Pariwisata dan Dinas PUPR) dalam upaya pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan infrastruktur di daya tarik wisata sungai Botu Kapali
