Hubungan Perilaku Pencegahan Dengan Kejadian Diabetes Mellitus Pada Lansia
Get PDFThe elderly are vulnerable to health problems due to the aging process. The deterioration of the function of body cells (degenerative) and the decline in the function of the body's immune system so that degenerative diseases appear, one of which is Diabetes Mellitus. The study aimed to determine the relationship between preventive behavior and the incidence of Diabetes mellitus in the elderly. This type of research is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional study approach. The study population was all older adults suffering from Diabetes Mellitus at the Dungingi Health Centre, with as many as 94 people using data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis using the Chi-Square test. The results showed a relationship between preventive behavior and the incidence of Diabetes mellitus in the elderly with a p-value of 0.001. It is concluded that there is a relationship between preventive behavior and the incidence of Diabetes mellitus in the elderly. It is hoped that in the future, the elderly can improve diabetes prevention behavior
Analysis of Investor Rights in Buying and Selling Shares Through Crowdfunding Services in Indonesia
Get PDFThis research highlights the significant role of POJK Number 57/POJK.04/2020 in establishing a legal framework for equity crowdfunding in Indonesia, aiming to balance investor protection and transaction flexibility. Despite its progress, challenges remain, particularly with restrictions on stock trading and limited investor flexibility. Equity crowdfunding services are rapidly growing in Indonesia as an alternative funding source for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). However, the implementation of related regulations, particularly the Financial Services, faces challenges in protecting the rights of investors, especially regarding the restriction on share trading, which can only occur twice a year. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the POJK in accommodating investor rights and evaluate the role of platform providers in safeguarding investors' interests. Using a normative-empirical legal research method, the results show that although the regulation provides protection for investors, liquidity limitations and transparency of project reports remain significant challenges. The study concludes that increasing trading flexibility, technological development, and enhancing financial literacy are necessary to strengthen the equity crowdfunding ecosystem in Indonesia
The Contribution of Women in Religious Preaching in the Middle East
Get PDFThis article is based by the domination of the role of men over women in Middle Eastern society, whereas when viewed from the religious perspective of the majority of Middle Eastern society, namely Islam, women is highly respected and have a special position in society. This is due to the pre-Islamic culture and perceptions that undermine women in their social status, so that women are only objects of entertainment, household and sexuality without being permitted to massive public activities. This situation lasted for some time, until finally a modern religious and social-based movement that fought for women's rights emerged. According to the theory of liberal feminism, women should get the same rights as men, while maintaining the natural differences that exist between the two. A woman cannot be confined at home and taking care of her family, but she has the right to socialize and appear in public. Although discrimination against women continues, in fact there are women who have recorded their role of preaching to society. If all this time the preachers were generally male, then history records that there were female preachers who were influential in the religious life of Middle Eastern society. The research method I use is descriptive-analysis based on literature review. Based on the study that I convey in this article, the contribution of women in religious preaching in the Middle East is a reality that should be appreciated amidst globalization and modernization, even though the culture of patriarchy and women's subordination has not completely disappeared and has become a hereditary culture of Middle Eastern society
E-Service Quality: an Empirical Study of The Halo Application at Aisyiyah Hospital Bojonegoro
Get PDFProviding adequate facilities to prioritize patient needs to obtain optimal health services, the Halo RSA application appears as a big step. The author sees empowerment in the side of health services through this digitalization steps provided to improve the performance of Aisyiyah hospital services, realize excellent service, and increase patient satisfaction. Improvement in service quality is given based on the less than optimal conventional services received by patients. With this application, the aim is to reduce public stigma towards health services which in fact take too long, are messy and even less responsive. However, despite the sophistication offered through digital service applications, problems are often still found in their application. Where, when patients or users use the Halo RSA application, there are features that experience bugs or errors, mismatches in registered queue numbers, and inpatient room registration. This research uses a qualitative type with a case study approach on the Halo RSA application. The research theory used by the Delone & McLean IS (D&M IS) Model to see the level of success of the Halo RSA application. Based on the results of research in the field, the Halo RSA application is able to meet standard indicators for each dimension where in its application they influence each other and there is a reciprocal relationship between patient and user satisfaction with Aisyiyah Hospital health services through the various features provide
ANALISIS POTENSI USAHA KOPI TERHADAP PENDAPATAN MASYARAKAT KECAMATAN PINOGU KABUPATEN BONE BOLANGO
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the potential of the coffee business in contributing to community income in Pinogu Subdistrict, Bone Bolango Regency. The research adopts a quantitative approach utilizing both primary and secondary data sources. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire. The analytical tool employed to address the research problem is the Cost of Ratio (R/C), which compares revenue to total production costs. The findings indicate that the Pinogu coffee business in Pinogu Subdistrict holds significant potential for development as a community economic enterprise. This is evidenced by the income analysis using the R/C or Return Cost Ratio approach, which compares total revenue with the expenses incurred. The analysis results show that the R/C ratio is greater than 1, specifically 7.18 or 7.2. This means that the Pinogu coffee business in Dataran Hijau Village is highly feasible and profitable to pursue. In other words, every rupiah spent can increase income by 72 times. The increase in income from the coffee business can be further enhanced by improving business productivity, as coffee plants in Pinogu Subdistrict thrive, providing an opportunity for the community to boost household income
Pelatihan Senam Kaki Diabetes Pada Lansia Dengan Diabetes di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Telaga
Get PDFDiabetes melitus merupakan penyakit metabolik yang ditandai oleh hiperglikemia akibat gangguan sekresi atau fungsi insulin. Penyakit ini memiliki risiko komplikasi serius, salah satunya adalah ulkus kaki diabetik. Komplikasi ini sering kali menjadi masalah yang umum pada penderita diabetes melitus. Sebagai upaya pencegahan, dilakukan pengabdian berupa pelatihan senam kaki diabetes yang ditujukan kepada para lansia peserta Program Pengelolaan Penyakit Kronis (Prolanis) di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Telaga. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan kepada peserta mengenai teknik senam kaki diabetes yang benar. Dengan demikian, diharapkan mampu mengurangi risiko terjadinya komplikasi ulkus kaki. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi edukasi mengenai diabetes melitus, perawatan kaki, serta demonstrasi langsung cara melakukan senam kaki diabetes. Kegiatan ini dirancang untuk memastikan peserta tidak hanya memahami teori, tetapi juga mampu mempraktikkan senam kaki secara mandiri di rumah. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta terkait pengelolaan diabetes, pentingnya perawatan kaki, dan manfaat senam kaki diabetes dalam mencegah komplikasi. Selain itu, peserta juga telah berhasil mempraktikkan senam kaki dengan baik dan dapat melakukannya secara mandiri

Get PDFThe implementation of Law Number 3 of 2022 concerning the National Capital currently raises pros and cons, one of the reasons is that the formation of this law was very short, only being implemented in 43 days and public participation was considered lacking in the formation of this law. Apart from the formation of this law, the dynamics of legal politics or the direction of government policy in formu-lating this law is still influenced by the current political atmosphere in the central government. Based on the background described above, in this scientific work the author formulates a problem formulation regarding the history of legal politics in Indonesia and what the legal politics of the special region of the Indonesian cap-ital are based on Law Number 3 of 2022 concerning National Capital. The re-search method used in this scientific work is normative legal research using pri-mary and secondary legal material sources. The results of the discussion of this scientific work show that through the theory and history of legal politics in Indo-nesia, which has become the basic policy, efforts to determine the direction, form and content of the law to be formed cannot be separated from the values of deter-mining and also developing the provision of legal form. This also plays a role as actual law in realizing the mandate contained in the 1945 constitution and the legal politics that occurred in the archipelago's capital city solely attempted to im-plement asymmetric decentralization

Get PDFLaw Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation gave birth to a Company intended for Micro and Small Enterprises or in Government Regulation Number 8 of 2020 concerning the Company's Authorized Capital as well as registration, establishment, changes and dissolution of companies that meet the criteria for micro and small enterprises called Individual Companies. Based on Article 6 paragraph (1) of Government Regulation Number 8 of 2021 concerning the Company's Authorized Capital as well as Registration of Establishment, Change and Dissolution of Companies that meet the criteria for Micro and Small Enterprises, the establishment of an Individual Company does not go through a notary, business actors only need to fill out a Statement of Establishment and register it with the Minister as stipulated in Article 6 paragraph (3) of Government Regulation Number 8 of 2021. This aims to provide convenience for business actors in the process of establishing an Individual Company to encourage growth and development for the Indonesian economy. The problems that will be raised in this research are as follows: First, how is the regulation of an individual company. Second, how the influence of an individual company in encouraging UMKM as a step in economic growth. To answer the formulation of the problem, the author uses normative legal research methods. The data collection technique was carried out by literature study (library research) and analyzed descriptively qualitative. The results of the discussion of this research include: First, the Individual Company is regulated through Article 1 paragraph (1) of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation which is intended for UMKM and its establishment can be established by 1 (one) person. The Individual Company was born to provide convenience in the process of establishing a company for UMKM actors. Secondly, one of the backgrounds of the birth of an individual company is to provide convenience in the administrative process which has been considered difficult and complicated. Legal politics is a legal policy or official line (policy) regarding the law that will be enforced properly by making new laws or by replacing old laws, in order to achieve state goals. Every person who holds the position of Notary will be bound and must comply with a set of regulations that regulate the position of Notary, namely Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notary and is also regulated in the Notary Code of Ethics. In the UUJN, Notaries are prohibited from holding concurrent positions as Civil Servants, State Officials, Advocates, Leaders or Employees of State-Owned Enterprises. The prohibition on holding concurrent positions for Notaries is because at some point a conflict of interest may occur. Based on the background above, the author raises the problem of how the notary legal policy relates to the prohibition of Notaries from holding concurrent positions as state officials and why Notaries are prohibited from holding concurrent positions as State Officials. This paper uses a normative legal research method. Data sources consist of primary, secondary and tertiary data. The results of the discussion show that Legal Politics greatly influence the existence of the Notary position. This can be seen from the regulations that have been issued to regulate the Notary position. The prohibition on dual positions of Notaries who also serve as state officials is regulated in Article 17 letter (d) of the UUJN. Notaries as public officials must prioritize service to the community. By holding dual positions, a Notary can be said to be unprofessional in carrying out his work
