PELAKSANAAN LELANG BARANG SECARA ONLINE MELALUI MEDIA SOSIAL INSTAGRAM
Get PDFThe implementation of online auctions through social media Instagram in Yogyakarta has become increasingly popular in recent years. However, there are still several weaknesses in terms of legal certainty that need to be addressed. This study found that online auction accounts on Instagram do not meet the standards of legal certainty, such as the absence of Auction Reports, the absence of Auction Fees, and unclear information about the goods to be auctioned. Furthermore, this study also found that the legal protection of online auction winners through social media Instagram has not been fully fulfilled. This study also found that the implementation of online auctions through social media Instagram has several advantages, such as easy access, flexibility of time, and lower costs compared to conventional auctions. However, these advantages cannot compensate for the weaknesses in terms of legal certainty. Therefore, it is necessary to increase awareness and understanding of online auction law, as well as to conduct stricter supervision and regulation of online auction implementation through social media Instagram. By doing so, it is hoped that the public's trust in online auctions can be increased and the risk of fraud can be reduced. In addition, this study can also contribute to the development of online auction law in Indonesia, so that it can increase legal certainty and justice in the implementation of online auctions

No full textThis article aims to describe and analyze the themes and meanings contained in the poem Anā wa al-Nisā’ by Nizar Qabbani. The research method used is descriptive which describes and analyzes the themes of Anā wa al-Nisā’s poetry by Nizar Qabbani. The data collection technique used is the listening technique by taking notes starting from reading books, research and other articles related to the research topic. The results of this study are that the themes contained in Anā wa al-Nisā’ by Nizar Qabbani are very diverse, such as the themes of love, sadness, boredom, and also matters relating to women. Then there are several pronunciations that have denotative meanings in the first and second stanzas. While the pronunciation which is interpreted as connotation is found in the third stanza
Dekonstruksi Tokoh Hasan El-Dahsan Dalam Cerpen Si Malang Karya Najib Mahfudz
No full textThe material object in this research is one of Najib Mahfudz's collection of stories with the title "Si Malang", which is taken from a story collection book entitled "Bisik Bintang", the formal object of which is deconstruction presented by Derrida. This article offers a new reading and meaning of the story of the character Hasan El-Dahshan. As a variety of literary sociology theory, Derrida's deconstruction has a theoretical category that rejects the establishment of all forms of logocentric structures understood by most people where there is only black and white or only right and wrong. Therefore, this theory tries to turn this around, so that it has a wider variety of colors and does not just focus on one point that is always considered correct by society. The research in this paper comes from the literature. The method used is deconstruction through three stages: the first stage is verbal reading, the second stage is textual reading, and the third is linguistic reading. The results of this research found a structure that was considered established and considered valid, which was then carried out by reversing the hierarchy by reviewing it again to see the form of instability of meaning through the multiplicity of characters in the short story, thus producing new meaning through the multiplication of identities, showing the destruction of the absoluteness of identities that are only understood as powerful, evil, powerful, and powerless in the story.Objek materi dalam penelitian ini adalah salah satu dari kumpulan cerita Najib Mahfudz dengan judul “Si Malang” yang diambil dari buku kumpulan cerita berjudul “Bisik Bintang”, objek formalnya adalah dekonstruksi yang dibawakan oleh Derrida. Tulisan ini menawarkan pembacaan dan pemaknaan baru atas cerita tokoh Hasan El-Dahshan. Sebagai ragam teori sastra sosiologi, dekonstruksi Derrida memiliki kategori psikologi yang menolak kemapuan dari segala bentuk Struktur logosentris yang dipahami oleh kebanyakan orang yang mana hanya ada hitam dan putih atau hanya ada benar dan salah. Oleh karena itu teori ini mencoba memutarbalikkan hal tersebut agar lebih memiliki ragam warna dan tidak hanya fokus pada satu titik yang selalu dianggap benar oleh masyarakat. Penelitian dalam tulisan ini berasal dari kepustakaan, Adapun penggunaan metode berupa dekonstruksi melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu tahap pertama berupa pembacaan verbal, tahap kedua berupa pembacaan tekstual, dan ketiga berupa pembacaan secara linguistik. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan struktur yang sudah dianggap mapan dan dianggap absah, yang kemudian dilakukan pembalikan hierarki dengan menelaah kembali untuk melihat bentuk ketidakstabilan makna melalui multiplitas tokoh yang berada di dalam cerpen sehingga menghasilkan pemaknaan baru melalui multiplikasi identitas, menunjukkan hancurnya kemutlakan identitas yang hanya menjadi orang yang memahami kekuasaan, jahat, kuat, dan tidak berdaya pada cerita tersebut
Gambaran Efek Samping Penggunaan Alat Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang Pada Pasangan Usia Subur di Puskesmas Telaga Kabupaten Gorontalo
No full textMetode kontrasepsi jangka panjang (MKJP) memiliki tingkat kegagalan yang rendah serta memiliki efek samping yang rendah. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui efek samping pemakaian kontrasepsi jangka panjang pada pasangan usia subur di Puskesmas Telaga Kabupaten Gorontalo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskpriptif kuantitatif yaitu untuk mengetahui atau menggambarkan suatu variabel dan objek penelitian secara langsung yakni efek samping pemasangan kontrasepsi jangka Panjang pada pasangan usia subur. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Telaga Kabupaten Gorontalo. Jumlah populasi 99 ibu di Puskemas Telaga dengan sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Hasil penelitian didapatkan gambaran efek samping pemakaian metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang pada pasangan usia subur dengan hasil yaitu yang mengalami nyeri sebanyak 21 responden (70%), yang mengalami perdarahan sebanyak 9 responden (30%), yang mengalami keputihan sebanyak 15 responden (50%), yang mengalami peningkatan berat badan sebanyak 10 responden (33,3%), yang mengalami tanda infeksi sebanyak 1 responden, serta yang mengalami peradangan ditempat pemasangan tidak ada dan yang tidak mengalami sebanyak 30 responden (100%). Kesimpulannya gambaran efek samping pemakaian kontrasepsi jangka panjang pada pasangan usia subur tidak memiliki efek samping yang berarti. Untuk itu disarankan pada pasangan usia subur yang ingin menunda kehamilan

No full textThis research aims to determine "The Effect of Implementing the Self Assessment System and Tax Sanctions on Taxpayer Compliance in Restaurant Tax Revenue at the Regional Revenue Agency of Gorontalo Regency". This research is quantitative research using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 87 taxpayers who were used as research samples. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that partially the Self Assessment System has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance, as well as tax sanctions have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Simultaneously, the Self Assessment System and Tax Sanctions together have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance with restaurant tax revenues in the Gorontalo district regional revenue agenc
Most Common Errors in Students’ Narrative Writing: A Study of First-Grade SMS 70 Use of the Simple Past Tense
No full textThis study looks into the most common errors made by students in first grade at SMA 70 when writing narratives, particularly when using the simple past tense. To look into and analyze the mistakes made by the students, the study uses a qualitative descriptive methodology. Samples of first-grade student' narrative writing were used to gather data. The investigation found that 67% of all errors were caused by misformation through analysis. These grammatical mistakes reveal a lack of knowledge and expertise in employing the proper forms of the simple past tense. The results of this study provide information about the precise areas in which students have difficulty when writing narratives, particularly when it comes to verb tense. By being aware of these typical mistakes, teachers can create specific instructional strategies to aid students in developing their narrative writing abilities and advancing their command of the simple past tense

Penerjemahan Isi Kitab Bulugul Maram Tentang Lima Hadis Pada Bab Targib Fī Makārimi Al-Akhlaq ke dalam Bahasa Indonesian Melalui Perspektif I’rab
Get PDFHadith is one of the religious texts that is important to study and serve as a guide to human life. However, hadiths generally use Arabic which makes translation for non-users of that language necessary. The Bulughul Maram Book, as one of the books containing these thematic hadiths, has a literal translation, but no study of its translation into Indonesian from an i'rabic perspective has been found. The aim of this research is to analyze in depth how i'rab influences word choice, sentence structure and meaning of the original text in the translation process into Indonesian. The research method used is a qualitative method using two data collection techniques, namely library study techniques and text analysis. The conclusion of this research is that there are implications between the faithful translation method and the i'rab perspective regarding a translation that is faithful to the structure and original meaning of the hadith text
PEMODELAN HIDROLOGI BERBASIS SPASIAL UNTUK IDENTIFIKASI DAN ANALISIS DAERAH RAWAN BANJIR DI DAS LAMASI
Get PDFThis study investigates the changes in flood inundation areas in the Lamasi Watershed, focusing on the integration of HEC-RAS and SWAT models from 2013-2022 with projections up to 2031. This research is motivated by the increased frequency and extent of flooding in DAS Lamasi, attributed to land use changes and hydrological variability. The methodology employed involves hydrological simulation using the SWAT model to estimate river discharge based on historical land use, climate, and topography data. The output from the SWAT model is then integrated into the HEC-RAS model to simulate flood distribution and extent. The Flow Regime Coefficient (KRS) is also analyzed to assess flow quality and identify flood risk indicators. The results indicate an expected increase in flood inundation area from 1,825.88 hectares in 2021 to 1,860.62 hectares in 2031. The KRS analysis reveals that 17 sub-basins in poor condition in the downstream areas exhibit a high risk of flooding. Based on these findings, the study recommends the development of mitigation strategies including enhanced drainage infrastructure and more effective land management. This study provides crucial insights for the planning of flood management and risk mitigation in DAS Lamasi, supporting efforts to adapt to the impacts of land use changes and climate dynamics in the future

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of village participation fund management on village original income from business sharing results, focusing on Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Mananggu Sub-District, Boalemo Regency. The research method employed is Mixed Method Exploratory Design, integrating both quantitative and qualitative approaches. The research findings indicate that the management of village participation funds in BUMDes in Mananggu Sub-District from 2018 to 2022 is categorized as ineffective and inefficient based on the quantitative approach, with an average effectiveness value of 38.95 and an average efficiency value of 183.4. Qualitative research reveals several factors contributing to the poor management of BUMDes businesses, including low integrity of managers, limited human resource capabilities in managing businesses and identifying market opportunities, as well as the predominant use of participation funds for operational purposes rather than business unit capital development. Moreover, inadequate supervision by the village government, particularly in periodically evaluating managerial performance, also contributes to the low effectiveness and efficiency of village participation fund management
