No full textThis research aims to measure the contribution of PKB & BBNKB in Samsat Gorontalo Regency to the Local Revenue in Gorontalo Province. This research used quantitative description. Data collection techniques are done through observation, data collection, and documentation. Based on the results of the research that has been done and the description of the discussion, it can be concluded that the contribution of PKB & BBNKB to PAD at Samsat Gorontalo Regency for the last four years is in the category of less, after calculating the average contribution of PKB & BBNKB to PAD is only 15.9%, this refers to the classification of contribution criteria according to the Ministry of Home Affairs No. 690.900.327. 1996. With a growth rate in 2019 of 14%, then in 2020, the growth rate of PKB & BBNKB decreased by 22%. In 2021, the growth rate of PKB & BBKB increased by 22%, and in 2022 only increased by 2%. With an average increase in the realization of PKB & BBNKB revenue at Samsat Gorontalo Regency of 4%, it is categorized as unsuccessful when referring to the Domestic Decree Number 13 of 2006 concerning Guidelines for Performance Assessment of Regional Companies.
Perendaman Ekstrak Buah Belimbing Wuluh (Averrhoa Bilimbi L) Terhadap Kualitas Daging Kambing
Get PDFThis research was conducted at the Basic Laboratory of Aquaculture for Agricultural Sciences, Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo in January 2023. The aim of the research was to see the effect of soaking Wuluh star fruit extract on the quality of goat meat. A total of 1.5 kg of goat meat was obtained from the Gorontalo City Traditional Market as research material and placed in 20 experimental plots. The design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The soaking treatments used were T0= (Without Starfruit Extract), T2= (5% Extract), T3= (10% Extract), T4= (15% Extract), each with 5 repetitions. The results showed that soaking goat meat with different concentrations (0, 5%, 10% and 15%) for 30 minutes had no effect (P<0.05) on increasing the pH value of the meat. Organoleptic quality based on the panelists' assessment shows the largest percentage in T3, namely the treatment of soaking goat meat in a solution of star fruit with a concentration of 10% Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Dasar Akuakultur Ilmu-Ilmu Pertanian Universitas Muhammadiyah Gorontalo pada bulan Januari 2023. Tujuan penelitian untuk melihat pengaruh perendaman ekstrak buah belimbing Wuluh terhadap kualitas daging kambing. Sebanyak 1.5 kg daging kambing diperoleh dari Pasar Tradisional Kota Gorontalo sebagai bahan penelitian ditempatkan dalam 20 petak percobaan. Rancangan yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Perlakuan perendaman yang digunakan yaitu T0= (Tanpa Ekstrak Belimbing Wuluh), T2= (Ekstrak 5%), T3= (Ekstrak 10%), T4= (Ekstrak 15%), masing-masing dengan 5 kali ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perlakuan perendaman daging kambing dengan konsentrasi yang berbeda (0, 5%, 10%, dan 15 %) selama 30 menit tidak berpengaruh (P<0,05) terhadap peningkatan nilai pH daging. Kualitas organoleptik berdasarkan penilaian panelis memperlihatkan persentasi terbesar pada T3 yaitu perlakuan perendaman daging kambing pada larutan buah belimbing wuluh dengan konsentrasi 10

Get PDFEggs are foodstuffs derived from livestock that are susceptible to damage or deterioration, which is influenced by the length of storage. The objective of preservation is to maintain egg quality and extend shelf life by using edible coatings. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of storage duration on the interior quality of purebred chicken eggs with gelatin-based edible coatings. The variables measured were the interior quality of duck eggs, including air cavity, yolk index, albumen index, and haugh unit. This study employed a completely randomised design with a unidirectional pattern. The length of storage was employed as the treatment, with the following levels: A1 (0 days without coating), A2 (5 days), A3 (10 days), and A4 (15 days). The resulting data were then analysed using analysis of variance, with the results indicating that there was no significant effect (P>0.05) of the length of storage using carrageenan-based coating packaging on the albumen index. However, there was a significant effect (P0,05) dari lama penyimpanan dengan menggunakan kemasan pelapis berbahan dasar karagenan terhadap indeks albumen. Namun, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan (P<0,05) terhadap rongga udara, indeks kuning telur, dan haugh unit. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa edible coating dapat secara signifikan mempengaruhi rongga udara, indeks kuning telur, dan haugh unit, kecuali indeks albumen. The problem that will be raised is how the con-cept and basic principles of the use of Restorative Justice in Indonesia, how the arrangement of Restorative Justice in Indonesian law in the reform era. This research was conducted using normative research methods and will be analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that: the implementation of the criminal sys-tem or law enforcement in Indonesia so far has used a retributive approach (retaliation), so a shift is needed to a restorative approach (recovery). The results of this study reveal that poetry Risa>lah Ila> Jama>l ‘Abd Al-Na>s}ir terms of heuristic reading, it is still scattered, fragmented, and not yet centralized. The retroactive or hermeneutical reading, in its actual hipogram, expresses a salutary homage to the first stanza indicated byDoves, ships and ferries the Nile with symbols accompanying them. as well as in the second stanza which reveals several questions, namely:In what era do you live?, In what era of inspirers?, And in what era of wizards? Which disassembled on this reading. The model in this poem is found in the sentences in each stanza. First pertama Kursiyyuka al-mahju>ru fī (minsyiyyatu al-bakri>) yabki> fa>risu al-ahla>m and the second Nuji>buhum: fi> as}rin ‘abd al-nas}hir the first sentence that reflects a power and leadership, namely "your seat left behind at Mansheya El-Bakry weeps for the dream knight". the second sentence which is the answer to the question, namely Nuji>buhum: fi> as}rin ‘Abd Al-Na>s}ir. Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerjemahan karya sastra anak bergenre cerita binatang (fabel), metode penerjemahan yang digunakan, dan kualitas terjemahan cerita fabel tersebut ke dalam bahasa Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Objek penelitian yang digunakan adalah cerita anak Zahratu Al-Birsim Karya Kamil Kailani. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa cerita anak Zahratu Al-Birsim memiliki banyak amanat pada setiap bagian dalam ceritanya. Beberapa strategi penerjemahan yang digunakan pada cerita anak tersebut meliputi strategi menambahkan, menghapus, mengganti, dan mengedepankan dan mengakhirkan. Strategi yang digunakan tersebut dapat mempertahankan gaya bahasa cerita anak dalam bahasa asal dan menghasilkan terjemahan dapat berterima oleh pembaca sasaran
Implementasi LLM Gemini Pada Pengembangan Aplikasi Chatbot Berbasis Android
No full textPerkembangan LLM sebagai bagian dari teknologi kecerdasan buatan saat ini sudah berkembang dengan sangat pesat, dimana implementasinya telah banyak digunakan pada berbagai jenis aplikasi dan digunakan di banyak bidang. Kehadiran LLM seperti GPT melahirkan banyak aplikasi AI seperti chatbot yang jauh lebih cerdas dibandingkan dengan aplikasi-aplikasi chatbot sebelumnya. Selain GPT dari OpenAI, terdapat pula LLM seperti PaLM 2 dari Google yang digunakan di Bard, dan kini Google kembali merilis LLM terbaru mereka yang bernama Gemini, LLM terbaru dan paling mutakhir dari Google yang mampu menyaingi GPT. Agar Gemini bisa digunakan oleh pengembang aplikasi yang tertarik untuk membuat aplikasi AI mereka sendiri, maka Google membuka akses ke kunci API Gemini. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi dari kunci API Gemini dapat dilakukan pada aplikasi AI, khususnya aplikasi chatbot dan apakah aplikasi chatbot yang dibangun dengan menggunakan Gemini dapat berfungsi sesuai dengan fungsionalitas dari LLM Gemini itu sendir. Di dalam pengembangan aplikasi chatbot dengan menggunakan LLM Gemini ini penulis menggunakan metodologi pengembangan prototyping, dan aplikasi chatbot yang dikembangkan berjalan pada platform Android. Setelah aplikasi chatbot yang dimaksud selesai dibuat dan diuji, didapati hasil bahwa aplikasi chatbot yang dihasilkan berfungsi sebagaimana yang diharapkan dan mampu memanfaatkan fungsionalitas dari LLM Gemini

The existence of the smart contract concept is motivated by the need for fast, cheap, objective, real-time and online exchange of goods and services, so that it is widely used in electronic transactions. Basically, electronic contracts are the same as contracts in general, the only difference is that electronic contracts are made through electronic system while conventional contracts are made directly in oral or written form, Likewise with smart contracts which exist through an electronic program in the field of contracts which is based on the principle of freedom of contract as regulated in the third book of the Civil Code, and Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions or the ITE Law. , apart from that, its implementation is regulated in Government Regulation Number 71 of 2019 concerning the Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions or PP PSTE and Government Regulation Number 80 of 2019 concerning Trading via electronic systems, hereinafter referred to as PP PMSE. It is undeniable that Smart Contract technology with blockchain security can be used in the notary profession, where the authority of the notary itself is stated in Article 15 of the Law on the Position of Notary that notaries have the authority to make authentic deeds, but there are problems with implementing smart contracts in making authentic deeds with blockchain security, namely there is certainty law regarding the validity and strength of evidence of the authentic deed. So regulations are needed that regulate the application of smart contracts in making authentic deeds with blockchain security in cyber notary services and adequate technology and regulations are needed to support this smart contract service

Untuk menekan angka pernikahan dini yang terjadi, maka diperlukan penanganan dari berbagai stakeholder seperti alumni dalam memainkan peran dalam memanjukan dan menjaga kesinambungan program kesehatan pada anak dan wanita yang telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah saat ini, memberikan tinjauan keilmuan dan bukti ilmiah, serta melakukan pendampingan pengembangan model-model intervensi yang efektif dan efisien. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertemakan “PIJAR MEMBARA” Pekan Aksi Remaja Memberi Kontribusi dan Berkarya” sebagai Upaya Menurunkan Angka Pernikahan Dini di Kecamatan Moncongloe. Kegiatan pengabdian ini umumnya dapat terlaksana dengan baik pada tanggal 17 Juni 2023 di UPTD Puskesmas Moncongloe. Pengabdian ini diikuti oleh 24 orang peserta.
