Triple Helix Collaboration in the Creation and Development of Regional Excellent Products by the Hand-Painted Batik Craftsmen Group
Get PDFBanten Province ranks 7th out of 10 provinces with the most batik industries in Indonesia. This position indicates that Banten batik has significant economic and cultural potential. However, the development of hand-drawn batik still faces various obstacles, including fluctuations in raw materials, limited marketing, a decline in the number of artisans, low skills in motif and dye development, and limited capital. However, Banten batik has historical uniqueness because its motifs are inspired by cultural artifacts and the history of the Banten Sultanate. The complexity of these issues and potentials demands the involvement of various actors and sectors. This research aims to identify triple-helix collaboration patterns among government, academic, and business actors in the creation and development of regional batik flagship products. The method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The research results show that inter-sectoral synergy plays an important role in enhancing production capacity, design innovation, access to capital, and market expansion, thereby strengthening the competitiveness of Banten batik as a regional flagship product

Get PDFThis study analyzes the use of code-mixing and stylization as strategies for constructing digital identity on the TikTok account @andreashabibiofficial. The focus is on the consistent use of Arabic phrases such as habibyand yalla in short video content. Using a descriptive-qualitative approach, data were drawn from 7 selected videos posted between May 28 and June 11, 2025. The analysis reveals that code-mixing serves as a tool for personal branding and audience engagement, particularly among those who idealize Arab culture and a luxurious lifestyle associated with places like Dubai. These findings highlight the symbolic role of language practices in shaping digital persona on social media

No full textThis study aims to analyze the contribution of the manufacturing sector to the Gross Regional Domestic Product of Bone Bolango Regency. This study uses a quantitative analysis approach with a five-year time series database of Gross Regional Domestic Product (2015-2019). The results of the study found that the processing industry was able to contribute to the Gross Regional Domestic Product of Bone Bolango Regency in the last five years (2015-21019). The amount of contribution can be seen from the model summary table which has a RSequare value or an average contribution of 96.4 percent. This means that the manufacturing sector is able to contribute an average of 96.4 percent. The regression equation formed is: Y = 506,674 + 13,327X, illustrating that if there is no contribution from the manufacturing sector, the Gross Regional Domestic Product of Bone Bolango Regency will only have an average value of Rp. 506,674 billion. While the regression coefficient with a value of 13.327 shows that every time there is an increase in one unit value (X = Processing Industry) the value of Y (Gross Regional Domestic Product) will increase by one unit as well and vice vers
A Paradox: The Declining Achievement of Minimum Education Service Standards vs the Increasing Non-Formal Education Targets
Get PDFThis study evaluates the fulfillment of Minimum Service Standards (SPM) in basic education in Lumajang Regency. Using the Human Capital Theory approach, it analyzes how government budget allocation impacts education quality. The findings indicate that despite significant budget allocations, challenges persist in meeting minimum service targets, particularly in equality education. In-depth interviews with Education Office officials reveal several obstacles, including limited resources, inadequate facilities, and low public awareness of equality education. The study highlights that although the Lumajang Regency government has allocated substantial funds for education, disparities remain in service achievements. The budget distribution prioritizes primary and secondary education, while non-formal education, particularly equality education, receives less attention. As a result, the achievement rate for equality education remains significantly lower compared to other educational sectors. To address these issues, this study recommends a more holistic and integrated strategy. Key suggestions include enhancing public awareness campaigns, optimizing non-APBD funding sources such as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and village funds, and leveraging technology to improve educational accessibility and quality. Additionally, teacher training programs and better infrastructure investments are essential to enhance educational outcomes. A systematic evaluation and monitoring framework, supported by technology and independent institutions, is necessary to track progress and ensure policy effectiveness. By implementing these strategies, the Lumajang Regency government can improve education service standards, reduce disparities, and foster sustainable human resource development
The Implementation of Agricultural-Based Industrialization Policy and Its Impact on Community Welfare in West Nusa Tenggara Province
Get PDFIndustrialization has long been regarded as a key driver of economic transformation in developing countries, including Indonesia, where agriculture remains the backbone of many regional economies. In West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province, the challenge of enhancing community welfare requires innovative policy strategies, one of which is agricultural-based industrialization. This study aims to analyze the influence of the implementation of agricultural-based industrialization policy on community welfare in NTB Province. The research focuses on communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure as key determinants of policy implementation success. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving 69 respondents. Data analysis included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, as well as t-tests and F-tests. The results indicate that all four variables have a positive and significant effect on policy implementation. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.740 suggests that 74% of the variance in policy implementation can be explained by the independent variables. These findings imply that effective policy planning and execution, supported by clear communication, adequate resources, competent implementers, and a well-structured bureaucracy, significantly contribute to improving community welfare in the NTB regio

Dalam hal ini maka seseorang dianggap bermoral jika ucapan, prinsip, dan tindakannya dianggap baik dan benar menurut norma-norma yang berlaku di masyarakat tempat ia berada. salah satunya melalui karya sastra, contohnya dialog dari sebuah film. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan representasi nilai moral tokoh dalam film " ذيب" dengan menggunakan kajian sosiologi sastra. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif berbasis data kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah dialog-dialog dari para tokoh pada film " ذيب " yang berkaitan dengan representasi nilai moral menggunakan kajian sosiologi sastra. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini ialah film "ذيب " yang berdurasi 1 jam 40 menit. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode simak dan catat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa film ini merepresentasikan berbagai nilai moral, seperti tanggung jawab, kepedulian sosial, Dermawan, Toleransi, Mandiri, Rasa ingin tahu, Cinta damai, cinta tanah air, dan religius.

Get PDFKritik sastra Arab pada masa sadr Islam memiliki peran-peran penting dalam mengkritik karya sastra pada saat itu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengupas bagaimana peran-peran kritik sastra Arab pada masa sadr Islam, beserta prinsip-prinsip dan karakteristiknya. Penelitian kepustakaan dan kualitatif ini bersumber dari buku-buku dan artikel jurnal yang berkaitan dengan kritik sastra Arab masa sadr Islam. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode simak dan teknik baca dan catat. Data yang sudah dikumpulkan juga menggunakan metode terjemah bebas pada sumber yang berbahasa asing. Peneliti menemukan prinsip-prinsip kritik sastra Arab pada masa sadr Islam, di antaranya kaitan dengan nilai-nilai moral dan etika, pembahasan makna mendalam, penghormatan terhadap warisan sastra, fokus pada karya-karya sastra unggulan. Sementara karakteristiknya, di antaranya orientasi keagamaan, perhatian terhadap etika dan moralitas, perhatian terhadap karya-karya klasik, penekanan pada tujuan pendidikan dan moral, kritiknya lebih fokus pada penyair daripada puisi, mengkritik penyair, serta kritik sebagian besar terfokus pada makna dan kedekatan terhadap agama dan moral, namun tidak fokus pada diksi dan strukturnya. Adapun Peran-peran kritik sastra sadr Islam di antaranya, perluasan wilayah kritik pada nilai-nilai Islam dan moral, menetapkan realisme kritik pada masa sadr Islam, dan mengkategorisasi para penyair yang sezaman dengan Rasulullah.

Get PDFHomosexual behavior and prostitution are social phenomena often encountered in correctional facilities, including Cipinang Class I Penitentiary. This study aims to examine the relationship between homosexual behavior and the reality of prostitution occurring within the prison environment. The research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with inmates and prison staff. The findings show that environmental factors, loneliness, and economic needs are the primary causes of homosexual behavior and prostitution in Cipinang Prison. The limited conditions in prison create social dynamics that affect sexual behavior, both among inmates and with outsiders. Furthermore, economic factors also drive prostitution, where some inmates engage in such activities for financial gain. This study is expected to provide new insights into the social dynamics within correctional facilities and contribute to policy development to address prostitution and homosexual behavior in prisons
