Dealing with the upsurge of information is certainly one of the most significant\ud tasks of the information systems nowadays. Extracting information out of the\ud immense data pools is a task assigned to information systems managers, who can\ud have various titles and tasks. Companies are increasingly investing in information\ud systems, since they believe that information systems will provide them with\ud information which will position them on the market; with which they will acquire\ud advantage over their competition and which will increase their profits and chances for\ud survival in today’s global competitiveness.\ud The era of globalization took its toll. The advent of BI systems although\ud indispensable is lagging behind in the Republic of Macedonia. Experts attribute this\ud to the way in which Macedonian companies were restructured and inadequately\ud managed. Those companies which have successfully dealt with the new dynamic\ud circumstances managed to make use of the BI tools, which have “reflected” the\ud organizational readiness for implementation of the global companies in the Republic\ud of Macedonia. It goes without saying that this refers to the most lucrative businesses,\ud i.e. the businesses that cannot go without using highly sophisticated BI tools and\ud which use vizualization in the presentation of information.\ud The objective of this paper is to elaborate on a study on utilization of BI tools in the\ud Republic of Macedonia and to give a review of BI software tools which have been\ud implemented so far by the Macedonia companies and to make predictions about the\ud utilization of these tools in the future in the Republic of Macedonia

Determination of the time and quality frame of the bussines negotiation process and its internal structure

What does it mean to negotiate in the world of business, anyway? Is this essentially the same conceptual framewok or is it entirely something else? Both theory and practice maintain that it is absolutely the same relationship between two or more parties looking to reach agreement on a set of issues, who have a deep understanding of the similarities and differences of their own interests led by the desire to be mutually defeated or fulfilled. What is different is the subject matter of negotiation which is defined by the specific field it belongs to. The main motive is by and large the profit that leads to a privileged social status, but also to allienation. However, there are other motives. Old clothes, paper, iron can also be a subject matter of business negotiations to companies that negotiate with the suppliers of these goods. It seems that in cases like these profit is not the primary motive. Nevertheless, the elements of negotiation to reach divergent interests are present in each case. Even in the most simple case of a pauper who rings at your doorbell offering to clean out the trash for a minimal compensation you can find the the same elements of negotiation that are present in negotiations used by large corporations in large transactions. The parties involved in the negotiations, their interests, demands, positions, the negotiation climate, the social rank of the negotiating parties are all factors that determine the particulars of the negotiation process. Let us not forget that even the local businessman ensures better placement of his goods/products/services by ‘knocking at the door’ of the more powerful entrepreneur to gain a broader market representation

This\ud implies that it is a very important state institution accountable for collecting and\ud storing official information with a very serious approach towards data\ud warehousing information for statistical data analysis. The serious role which\ud has been attributed to this state institution requires a professional software tool\ud and that is why SAS Data integration services tool has been selected

    The Business Negotiation In Macedonia

What does to negotiate mean in the word of business? Is this essentially the same conceptual framework or is it entierly something else?!\ud Obviously negotiation is a prevalent process in ,,businesses,, whereby interested parties resolve disputes, agree upon courses of action, bargain for individual or collective advantage, and/or attempt to craft outcomes which serve their mutual interests in everyday life, however, do not relate to it as such. So much attention to the process of negotiation is even seen as redundant. Negotiations that happen on daily basic are probably not even seen as negotiations. But the moment we enter a higher level of the negotiation process we become aware that the same rules dont apply, and that this requires a higher level of awereness which causes stress and preparedness to face the challenge that lies ahead. With a proven framework, you will be able to set the agenda, establish the tone of the negotiation and direct how the negotiation proceeds.\ud Key-words:negotiation, interpersonal business skill
