Some Camplobacter species, especially Campylobacter jejuni are major causes of human bacterial enteritis. This organism is Gram- negative rod with curved or S shape. They are catalase and oxidase- positive, microaerophilic, motile and are carried in the intestine of wild and domestic animals. In this study our aim was to detect the prevalence of campylobacter jejuni in diarrheal patients, and confirmation by PCR method based on three virulence gene flaA , hipo , wlaN. Although many genes are related to pathogenicity of these bacteria, in this study the presence of 3 pathogenic genes that are responsible for adhesion, colonization and invasion of this organism were examined. on 196 C. jejuni positive PCR sample isolated from human feaces, The flaA gene was present at rate of 100% cases. Detection rates for the hipo gene was 91% of samples.also 4.6% of positive hipo isolated was positive for wlaN gene .Finally the presence of C. jejuni confirmed as a considerable cause of gastroenteritis in Shiraz south- west Iran

For sampling in the qualitative section, a targeted sampling method was used and in a small section, proportional stratified random sampling was used. In the qualitative section, 13 people participated in the interview process and in the small section with a population of 869, participated in a proportional random sampling of 267 people. The data gathering tool was interview and researcher-made questionnaire. Which, after confirmation of validity and reliability (909 = a), were distributed in the target population. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. In the inferential part, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was used at the level of 0.95. In the qualitative section, 30 components were identified in the managerial dimension. In the quantitative part, the findings showed that the component of the support of university directors from the founders of knowledge based companies in universities was the highest factor load (0.81) And the component of creating an appropriate incentive atmosphere and encouraging successful projects by university administrators with the least factor load (0.58) of the total variance were explained and other components were also important in the following order respectively. Also, the final pattern of research was confirmed by fitness indexes and standard coefficients. The highest impact factor related to the component of the support of university administrators from the founders of knowledge based companies in universities was 0.81 and the lowest impact factor was related to the creation of appropriate incentive atmosphere and encouraging successful projects by university administrators with 0.58

To this end, 66 Elementary EFL learners were selected. Their proficiency level was established via administering a Nelson grammar proficiency test. Moreover, their grammar homogeneity was ensured using a grammar-oriented test of Nelson as the screening pre-test. Then, the treatment group enjoyed TBI by implementing different tasks for about 17 sessions in 30 minutes. The control group benefited the same amount of grammar instruction, but not through the TBI. At the end of the study, students of both groups were administered the same Nelson grammar-oriented pre-test to gauge the effect of TBLT on improving the grammar proficiency of the learners. Statistical techniques of independent sample t-test were used in order to analyze the data. The results indicated that 1) TBI had a significant effect in promoting the grammar proficiency of Iranian elementary EFL learners; 2) TBI had a significant effect in promoting the motivation of Iranian elementary EFL learners

    Get PDF
Today electronic dictionaries are gaining more and more popularity as their advantages considerably outweigh the downsides. The article is aimed at revealing the main features of monolingual electronic legal dictionaries that make them more convenient as compared to their printed counterparts, as well as determining the possible areas of their further development. The research is based on analyzing and synthesizing the theoretical literature on the subject, empirical methods (observation) and the method of classifying the obtained results. The analysis showed that the main advantages of electronic dictionaries from the compilers or editors”™ point of view include unlimited capacity for storing information, selective and frequent update, automatized procedures of organization, systematization, rearrangement of information and data verification, possible use of hypertext. The users, in their turn, benefit from electronic dictionaries due to the speedy, flexible, convenient and user-friendly search. Although electronic legal dictionaries share many of these features, they still require wider hypertext usage, word-list enlargement and dictionary entry upgrade. The results of the investigation can be used to confirm the necessity to develop electronic legal lexicography as a promising field of linguistics

Today, the success of an economy and an organization depends on the success of the knowledge-based factors in that organization. In a knowledge-based economy, the competition model based on industrialization and cost centering has changed into an effective production model and the distribution and transfer of knowledge for the creation of wealth. Hence, improving the capacity of innovative organizations and acquiring new knowledge is definitely the key to developing a knowledge-based economy. This focus on knowledge mainly emphasizes the economic effectiveness. Knowledge management has the benefits of better product performance and faster response to evolving markets. By using knowledge management, loss of effort and loss of resource intensity can be avoided and innovative success can be achieved. Having a committed and compassionate workforce is also one of the other benefits of knowledge management. Human resources constitute the bulk of manufacturing and operational facilities of industrial organizations and centers. Companies with skilled managers and employees are more likely to succeed than other companies without such privileges. If individuals are equipped with better education and training, they are better off performing their duties and more capable of learning how to do their work and advanced production, and training can increase the level of skills of managers and staff and make effective achievements in terms of performance

    Get PDF
In recent years, growth of financial and credit institutions such as banks, the competition among them and customer satisfaction has made it essential to use modern scientific methods to choose the optimum location for them. Making optimum decision in choosing the location of the financial institution reduces costs, increases efficiency and competitiveness with other companies. In some real-world problems, the decision to locate the facility is made by independent decision-makers that in addition to maximizing the benefits, compete to maintain or increase their market share. Therefore, a new branch in location has addressed the impact of competitive conditions in determining the optimal location of facilities. The present study aims to select the location of bank branches according to the existing competitors in the market and organizations that are likely to enter the market based on game theory and cooperative game approach. For this purpose, a model of game theory is offered using which one can determine the location of the new facility and obtain an equilibrium based on the concept of Nash equilibrium for the entire series. After the structure of cooperative games, value of each player is calculated according to the intended strategies for each player and coalitions”™ utility. Finally, the decision-making process is done and the optimal point to establish bank branches are selected
