    Telah dilakukan analisis terhadap dinamika IP3 pada perambatan gelombang kalsium persamaan Li-Rinzel dengan membandingkan gating variable (h) dan fraksi aktivasi reseptor IP3 (q) secara matematis dan komputasi. Analisis secara matematis dilakukan dengan membandingkan beberapa persamaan yang digunakan oleh Stimberg dkk. serta Nadkarni dan Jung. Adapun analisis secara komputasi dilakukan dengan mensimulasikan astrocyte model Li-Rinzel. Pemodelan ini dibuat menggunakan simulator Brian2. Hasil analisis dari kedua metode menunjukkan bahwa bahwa variabel q (fraksi aktivasi reseptor IP3) sesuai dengan gating variable (h). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua metode analisis yang digunakan telah sesuai, dimana keduanya menunjukkan hasil yang setara

     Production planning and control is a theory which discusses all the activities that take place in a production process which includes product planning, costs, production processes, scheduling, forecasting demand and many other products. Planning the amount of inventory that will be owned company is one of the problems often faced by companies. Especially when the inventory is one important factor that can support the company\u27s production processes and help meet customer demand. For companies that have strategies make to stock, inventory can have a major impact on the pricing of the product or the company\u27s finances. Appropriate inventory management can be one of the keys to minimize and optimize the company\u27s costs to be incurred. Determination lot size in MRP is a complex and difficult problem. Lot size is defined as a quantity stated in the order acceptance and delivery of orders in the MRP. Decisions about the size of the lot and when production is very important because it involves the use of labor and equipment are economical. Based on observations there are 13 components which are arranged in the trolley assembly process and are divided into 4 work stations in the production process. After making a map process operations per each work station, the cycle time for 1800 seconds is obtained. Based on data analysis about inventory costs for each component, it can be seen that the calculation using the EOQ method is the method that produces the calculation results with the largest value of Rp. 111,000,500, - then for the L4L and POQ methods produce the calculation results that have the same value of Rp. 16,200,000. Then the decision taken is to choose the L4L method because with this technique can produce exactly how many raw materials needed

    Tourism is a resource that can be developed in Indonesia because it has a positive impact on economic growth both locally and nationally which can increase regional income so that local community empowerment and poverty alleviation can be done. One of the efforts in developing the local economy is by making regional superior products such as the development of batik that has been internationally recognized by UNESCO as Indonesia\u27s cultural heritage. Karawang has distinctive batik and is different from batik from other regions, so this batik is admired by the Karawang community itself. The distribution of Karawang batik still has many obstacles both in terms of regional conditions, the number of craftsmen and branding that are not yet strong. This research focuses on re-mapping the flow of Karawang batik distribution with reference to risk management. This research is very important to improve the flow distribution of Karawang batik, so that it will make the distribution coverage of this batik even wider. This study uses a mapping method  distribution flow, taking into account the risk management. The risk management itself uses a Risk Register map, so that the risk exposure from Karawang batik will be increasingly clear and is expected to make mitigation and minimize risk. After conducting a causal analysis and risk map, several proposals were extended to expand the scope of marketing, including the Religious Community, the Government Organizations, Banking Companies, Private Companies, Motor and Car Commodities.     Effect of Mathematics Anxiety and Student Learning Styles on Ability to Solve Mathematics Problems of Class XI Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN)

    The ability to solve mathematics problems is an ability needed in the learning process. Mathematic anxiety and student learning styles are among the factors that influence the success of mathematics problem-solving ability. By paying attention to mathematics anxiety and learning styles possessed by students, it is expected that the ability to solve mathematics problems will increase. This research is a field research type with an Ex Post Facto method and multiple linear regression statistical data analysis techniques. Data was collected through mathematics anxiety questionnaires, student learning style questionnaires, and mathematics problem-solving skills of students at Madrasah Aliyah level. The results show that (1) there is no significant effect of mathematics anxiety on the ability to solve mathematics problems with the tcount is 1.537 and the significance level is 0.126 ≥ 0.05. (2) there is a positive and significant effect of learning styles on the ability to solve mathematics problems with the value of tcount is 2.457 and a significance level of 0.015 <0.05

    In mathematics learning, not only cognitive abilities, but affective abilities also need to be improved, especially the ability to learn independently or self-regulated learning. Self-regulated learning is very important because the attitude of independence aims to be able to direct students towards positive behavior that can support success in the learning process. Self-regulated learning makes students trained and manages every action, so students have discipline in the learning process. Students who have good self-regulated learning can complete the task and are able to overcome a learning problem. The learning model that is thought to improve self-regulated learning is reciprocal teaching. This model requires students to study independently with strategies to summarize, make questions, explain, and predict answers. This research uses quantitative approach with a quasi-experiment, conducted in 8th grade of SMPN 2 Patikraja, Banyumas Regency. The instrument used to measure self-regulated learning is a questionnaire consisting of 24 valid questions. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of the reciprocal teaching model on students\u27 self-regulated mathematics learning. This can be seen from the average score of n-gain 0.353 in the medium category

    The Effect of Blended Learning On Physics Learning Outcomes of Students in SMA N 1 Sewon Class XI Rotation Dynamics

    This study aims to determine the effect of blended learning on students\u27 physics learning outcomes on rotational dynamics material. This research is a Quasi Experiment with Group Design Pretest-Posttest Control. The research variables include the independent variables in the form of blended learning and the dependent variable in the form of learning outcomes. The population in this study were all grade XI students of SMA N 1 Sewon in the 2019/2020 school year. Sampling was done using the Simple Random Sampling technique, selected class XII IPA 5 as an experimental class and class XII IPA 6 as a control class. Data collection techniques with the form of tests with the test instruments used are written tests in the form of multiple-choice questions. Data analysis techniques used are nonparametric statistics, Normalized-Gain, and effect size. The results showed that blended learning did not affect students\u27 learning outcomes in rotational dynamics material. Treatment is said to be influential if there is a difference in the increase in student physics learning outcomes between the experimental class and the control class as indicated by the rejection of H0 in testing the hypothesis using the U-test. Based on the U-test analysis of the posttest data of the experimental class and the control class the significance value obtained is 0.074, which means it is greater than the significance level so that the given H0 is received or there is no influence from blended learning treatment. The average N-gain of the experimental class was 0.38 and the control class was 0.33. N-gain of both classes is in the medium classification. Effect size test results of 0.22 are in the classification of low effects so that the difference in the increase in physics learning outcomes of students in the experimental class and the control class is not significant

    Development of Moodle-based Learning Media using Blended Learning Methods in Graphic Design Subject

    This research aims to develop learning media using Moodle and apply blended learning methods to help improve the learning effectiveness of students at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten. The research method used in this research is Research and Development. The results showed the average value of media experts was 79.55% categorized as feasible category, while the material experts were 75% categorized as feasible category. Whereas the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire, which could measure usability, from 32 students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten consist of 29 Male and 3 Female Students obtained 71.25% which were categorized as acceptable category. The average test results of the students\u27 pre-test scores were 58.75%, the post-test scores were 81.87%, an increase of 23.12%. The conclusion in this study is that learning media using Moodle-based blended learning methods are appropriate for use in basic graphic design subjects, and are effectively used to improve student understanding and learning outcomes

    Implementation of Asynchronous Online Competency-based Learning: English for Informatics

    English for Informatics is a compulsory subject that facilitates students\u27 listening, reading, speaking and writing skills in English. Previously, this course was held in a full face-to-face meeting with a large number of students in a class, which brought some weaknesses, such as difficulty in meeting the learning needs of students with varying abilities and levels of speed resulting in the lack of personal interaction between lecturers and students. This paper describes the implementation of a full asynchronous online learning aimed at building a more personal and creative learning environment. The research model used is an ADDIE development model (Analyse, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). In preliminary analysis, students\u27 self-assessment and students expectations shows that students need to strengthen their English communication skills both verbally and in writing. Based on the need of students in the study program and the needs after graduation, this course is designed to achieve four competencies, namely English for daily communication, English in the IT field, English for academic purposes, and English for the workplace. Each competency will have an outcome that requires students to study more personally and have a thorough learning experience. Course content is designed to support the competencies needed by fourth-year Informatics students, i.e. research study, student exchange, student internships, and student entrepreneur or community services. The asynchronous online course has been implemented by using the Google Classrooms as the main learning platform and a number of supporting applications, such as Padlet to organize students’ exhibition virtually, Quizlet as virtual flashcards to help students get familiar with important terms, and several interactive tools, such as Google Forms, Quizizz, Mentimeter and Quizlet. The learning evaluation shows that students get improved communication skills in English as well as readiness to choose a concentration in the fourth-year of study

This paper aims to create a concept of making Conditional Statements with Bitwise operators in C ++. By doing so, we hope that people is easy to understand  the operation behind conditional statements. A conditional operator is also known as a ternary operator. It takes three operands. A conditional operator is closely related with if else statement. The method used is a literature study studying the bit manipulation algorithm in the C ++ language.
