Pemodelan Struktur Dan Mekanisme Interaksi Neuron-Astrocyte Dalam Proses Transfer Informasi Dengan Simulator Brian2
The modeling of neuron-astrocyte interactions in neural networks has been successfully carried out using the Brian2 simulator. The neuron model used is Integrate and Fire, while the astrocyte network model is defined by the Li-Rinzel equation which involves the IP3Rs (q) activation fraction which affects the value of calcium concentration in astrocytes. Interaction modeling between neuron networks and astrocytes involves four types of connections, namely connections between neurons connected by synapses, connections between astrocytes in the form of gap-junction channels (GJCs), synaptic connections to astrocytes and astrocyte connections to synapses. The synaptic connection to the astrocytes is made to trigger the activation of the astrocytes by releasing the neurotransmitter. The astrocyte connection to the synapses is established as a route for the production of the gliotransmitter. The modeling results show that the information transfer mechanism carried out by neurons is in the form of electric current wave propagation, while the information transfer carried out by astrocytes is in the form of calcium wave propagation

From Waste to Energy: Recycling Batik Waste to Electricity
The World’s electricity consumption continues to increase as the shift from conventional products to electronic products weight the electricity burden in every state. Besides that, power outagesinhibitsocial and industrial activities as the last one occurred in Jabodetabek, August 2019. In this research it is pointed out that the composite of batik waste, charcoals, bilimbi, and tamarinds wrapped in aluminium foil is able to generate 0.5-volt electrical voltage per unit. Experiment method is used in this research by involving 13 samples with different compositions to yield a stable electrical voltage. The most stable one is derived from the composition of charcoal, bilimbi, and tamarind with the addition of batik waste water, which generated 0.5volt electrical voltage per unit. In order to verify the generated voltage, an electrical circuit with 7-unit structure was made and examined to a 3-volt flip-flop lamp circuit. To further develop this prototype in a bigger scale, therefore, the supports from various parties are needed for the sake of a continuous research, so that it can give rise to society’s interest to develop environmentally-friendly products and to provide solutions for batik waste water problem that takes place in Sentra Industry Batik, Laweyan, Surakarta that tends to be disposed vainly
Deploying an Application to Cloud Platform Using Continous Integration and Continous Delivery
Cloud Computing is the best way for bussiness owner deploy an application to reduce cost issue because it is implement pay as you go concept. Generally, an application on production level or deployed into cloud instance should not have any error or bug. It should be tested and maintain properly. The problem when an application have intensive development that takes more effort to test the application and deploy. So, need a strategy to deploy an application into cloud instance to make the proccess more efficient. Nowadays, Version Control System (VCS) platform provide Continous Integration and Continous Delivery (CI/CD) feature. Users can utilize that platform to perform automated test and deployment easily. This reasearch purposed to examine how to use CI/CD feature and evaluate it in case of deploying web application to Cloud Platform. Researcher use Gitlab wich is provide CI/CD feature for free and deploy the app to Amazon Web Service. The researcher also utilize docker container to accommodate all processes. The result are Continous Integration can improove application quality because most lines of codes are tested using unit or feature test scenario. Using CI/CD feature improove security issue of deployment. Deployment proccess run automatically without human intervention so it will reduce human error factors.
