Modeling Folding Zone in Kedungsari Compassionate Area Kulon Progo Yogyakarta with Gravity Method
This study aims to determine the condition of subsurface by doing interpretation quantitatively. Quantitative interpretation is done by modeling to determine the shape and boundary of the anomaly. The gravity data reduction is done up to Complete Bouguer Anomaly (CBA) value is obtained. The complete Bouguer anomaly is brought to horizontal plane reduction and separation of local and regional anomalies using the upward continuation method. 2.5 modelling has been made from local anomaly data to illustrate the subsurface condition of the research area more clearly. The result shows R1 density value of 2.55 g / m3 which is a limestone and R2 2,8902 g/m3 which is andesitic rock. The position of the anticline axis is at coordinates 49 S 9128700 N 409844.9 E, while the syncline axis is at coordinates 9129037 N 408694,1 E
The Effects of Auditory, Intellectually, and Repetition (AIR) Learning Model to Problem Solving Skills of the Students Grade XI IPA of SMAN 2 Banguntapan on the Subject of Kinetic Theory of Gases
The purpose of this research is to know the effects of Auditory, Intellectually, and Repetition (AIR) learning model on student’s problem solving skills and to knows the problem solving skills enhancement students who take the learning use Auditroy, Intellectually, and Repetition (AIR). This research is a quasi-experimental reasearch (quasi experiment) with pretest-posttest control group design. The independent variable in this research is Auditory, Intellectually, and Repetition (AIR) learning model and the dependent variable is student problem solving skills. The population in this research are class XI IPA SMA N 2 Banguntapan. The sampling technique is simple random sampling as experiment class is XI IPA 2 and as control class is XI IPA 3. The research instrument used a pretest-posttest question sheet. Data analysis technique used statistical parametric of T test and normalized gain (N-Gain) test. The result showed that (1) Auditory, Intellectually, and Repetition (AIR) learning model influence on problem solving skills of students on the subject of theory kinetic gas (level of significance (sig. 2-tailed) = 0,000 < α = 0,05, therefore H0 is rejected and Ha is received), (2) Auditory, Intellectually, and Repetition (AIR) model learning can improve students’ problem solving skills on the subject of theory kinetic gas (N-Gain experimental class = 0,886 (high) > N-gain control class = 0,662 (medium)
The Development of Momen of Inertia Props Based On Arduino Uno for Second Year of Senior High School Student
Momen of inertia concept is difficult subject to teach. Many teachers still teach momen of inertia concept by using lecture method. On the orther hands, students need a momen of inertia props. It encourages researcher to 1) develop momen of inertia props based on Arduino UNO 2) measure the momen of inertia props based on Arduino UNO quality 3) study the students responses and Arduino UNO-based momen of inertia props enforceability. This research is Research and Development by Borg and Gall model that consists of seven steps, namely 1) Research and information collecting 2) Planning 3) Develop preliminary form of product 4) Preliminary field testing 5) Main product revision 6) Main field testing 7) Operational product revision. This research is using questionnaires and observation techniques in data collection process with instruments such as assessment sheets, response sheets, and observation sheet. The data were analyzed by finding the average score and compared with classification table. The research results is 1) researcher successfully developed moment of inertia props based on Arduino UNO with Student Worksheet and Teachers Guide 2) Quality of Arduino UNO-based moment of inertia props were set into Very Good category by material experts assessment, media experts assessment, and teachers assessment with average score of 3.38; 3,69; and 3.58 3) student response of the Arduino-based momen of inertia props is set into Agree category with average score of 0.97 and enforceability shows that the props can be used in momen of inertia concept learning in second year grade of Senior High School
Development of Animation-Based Fairy Tales Learning Model for Elementary School Students
The purpose of this research is developing an animation-based fairy tale as a teaching model for elementary students.In addition, this study is also intended to determine the effectiveness of animation-based fairy tale as a teaching model. This research type is research of development with subject is elementary students in SD Sonosewu. Methods of data collection used observation, questionnaires and tests. The data analysis technique to be used is quantitative approach with t-test independent sample. Output targets to be generated in the study are: (1) Design of animation-based fairy tales for elementary students developed with 6 steps of research and development i.e. research and gathering, planning, product draft development, initial field trials, revising test results and field trials. (2) An animation-based fairy tale model is effective in improving Civics achievement and Indonesian achievement
Dragonfly and Damselflies at Gajahwong River in D.I. Yogyakarta Urban District
Dragonflies play an important role as a bio-indicator of environmental cleanliness and controller of other insect populations in nature. This study aims to reveal the population of dragonflies in the Gajah Wong river in urban areas in Yogyakarta. The method used is an exploratory method that is by exploring the Gajahwong river which is located between the southern ring road at Giwangan to the northern ring at Catur Tunggal. The results showed that 16 types of dragonflies and 9 types of damselflies were found there. The species which has the most number is Orthetrum Sabina with 253 individuals, and the less type is Gynacantha Subinterrupta, and Zyxomma Obtusum which only found one individual for each. Whereas for Damselflies most species is Pseudagrion Rubriceps with 255 and Ischnura senegalensis is the less which only has one individual

Large Flying-fox (Pteropus vampyrus) is a fruit-eating bat that belongs to the Chiroptera order. Anatomical variations in various animals affected by different feed and behavior. The Large Flying-fox Bat is a flying mammal that undergoes morphological adaptation regarding its environment and behavior. The forelimb of bat adapt to flying properties. The aim of this research is to determine the anatomical structure of Pteropus vampyrus forelimb. To find out the anatomical structure, Pteropus vampyrus skinned with a knife and sandpaper until it appears the parts of muscles and bones. This species has forearm length of 145-220 mm and has a very high flying habit
Histological Structure of Varanus Salvator Intestine
Varanus salvator is a common species in Indonesia. This animal is known as the water lizard, who is a member of the family Varanidae or known as the monitor lizard. This research aims to find out histological structure of Varanus salvator intestine. Histological observation was carried out by making histological preparations using the paraffin method. The results of this study were analyzed in a comparative descriptive manner through observation in a microscope and transverse photo histology preparations using a camera. The results of this study indicate that the intestinal histological structure of Varanus salvator consists of Serosa (Sr), Muscle layer (Ml), Muscularis externa (Me), Submucosa (Sm), Mucosa (M), Blood Vessel (Bv) dan Lamina Propria (Lp)
Manufacture and Characterization of Sensor for Optimizing the Manufacture of Resistance Sensor for Pure Orange Drink and Unpure Orange Drink
This research was purposed to design and analyze a resistance sensor. This research was done by three steps which are designing, manufacturing and characterizing of resistance sensor. Sensor design was done by using Fritzing software. The tools we used in manufacturing sensor were PCB, resistor, and copper wire. The tools we used in sensor characterizing were power supply, CRO and samples of pure orange drink and unpure orange drink. Sensor characterizing was done by varying samples of 50 ml and 100 ml. Data acquisitiom for each samples were repeated five times. Data generated from the sensor in the form of voltage. The data result of measurement were calculated by its average and its uncertainty. For pure orange drink 50 mL (2.274 ± 1.137); 100 mL (1.688 ± 0.844) and for unpure orange drink 50 mL (2.582 ± 1.291); 100 mL (1.852 ± 0.926). Therefore in the future we can make quality control system of orange drink by optimizing the manufacture of resistance sensors with high-grade characteristics
Ethnobotany of Community Food Plants on the Slopes of Merapi Merbabu, Central Java, Indonesia
Ethnobotany is a study of the interaction between local communities and their natural environment, especially regarding the use of plants as food and medicinal ingredients. Food plants are a daily basic need whose existence is a necessity for the people on the slopes of Merapi Merbabu. How to use plants is transferred from generation to generation to form a culture. The research was carried out in March-May 2020 with the aim of digging public knowledge of plants used as food, including staple food, vegetables and medicines by studying the species diversity, including the benefits of organs, habit, how to use, process and how to obtain these species. The data were collected by using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods with in-depth interviews through 40 respondents who were selected by purposive sampling. The results showed that the communities on the slopes of Merapi and Merbabu still used 74 plant species from 37 families as food plants. The favorite family is Fabaceae, followed by Zingiberaceae and Solanaceae. The most widely used hobbits’ were herbs (36.49%), followed by bush (28.38%), shrubs (18.92%) and trees (16.22%). Plant organs that are widely used are leaves (29.73%), fruit (17.57%), tubers (10.81%), seeds (9.46%), roots, rhizomes and flowers (6.76%), shoots (5.40%), stems (2.70%) and water, skin and heart (1.35%). The most common ways to use it are vegetables (29.73%), boiled (16.22%) and drunk (12.16%). How to obtain it through own cultivation (72.97%), and buying at the market (21.62). The highest use values were Adas (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) (0.25), Lombok (Capsicum annum L.) (0.20), Kunir (Curcuma dosmetica loir) and Kangkung (Ipomoea aquatica Forsk.) (0.17). The highest importance values were Padi (Oryza sativa L.) (5.23%), and Adas (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) (4.57%)
Morphology of Javan Broadhead Planarian (Bipalium Javanum)
ndonesia is one of the countries at the center richest biodiversity in the world, so that Indonesia is referred to as megabiodiversity country. One of the typical fauna in Indonesia is the broadhead planarian Javan (Bipalium javanum). Javan Broadhead Planarian is a parasitic worm that lives in humid areas and is protected from sunlight. Little research has been done on the Javan Broadhead Planarian, especially in terms of morphology. This research was conducted to determine the morphology and characteristics of the planarian broadhead javan. The research was conducted in two stages. The first stage is taking samples of worms at Kedung Pedut Kulon Progo Waterfall. The second stage is taking morphological image data. Data collection of habitat, behavior, dorsal and ventral body parts was carried out using a macro-lens camera, and headplate and creeping sole image data were taken using a stereo microscope. The data taken is in the form of image data taken using a camera with a macro lens and a stereo microscope. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained from the image data of the habitat, behavior, headplate, dorsal and ventral body parts, and creeping sole
