The Anatomy of Respiratory Organ of Climbing Perch (Anabas testudineus)
The study aims to find out about the anatomical and histological structure of gill organ and labyrinth in Anabas Testudineus. The organ used is gill and labyrinth of climbing perch. The histological observation is done by making the histological preparation applied to a Hematoxylin-Eosin staining. The result of this study shows that the anatomical gill of climbing perch consists of the gill filaments and gill rakers attaching to the gill arch and the cartilage fold which are shaped like a rose. Then, the histological observation of climbing perch gill consists of the gill filament and gill arch. The gill arch is composed of gill rakers, mucosal epithelium, adipose tissue, basal membrane, mucous cell, submucosa, artery, and bone tissue. The gill filament consists of primary and secondary lamella. Primary lamella is composed of cartilage coated by perichondrium, central venous sinus, chloride cell, while secondary lamella is composed of squamous epithelium cell, mucous cell, pillar cell, and erythrocyte. Design of Data Acquisition System for Green Laser Photoacoustic Spectroscopy Using Audacity Software
Research on design of data acquisition system for green laser photoacoustic spectroscopy has been done. The purpose of this research was to create and test data acquisition system for green laser photoacoustic spectroscopy. The system was created with ATR 3350iS microphone as signal detector and audacity software as data recording and processing. The testing was conducted in four phases, firstly testing the system without laser, secondly testing the system with non-modulated laser, thirdly testing the system with modulated laser without a sample, and finally testing the system with modulated laser to wood sample. The result showed that there weren not any photoacoustic signals detected in condition of without laser and with non-modulated laser. Meanwhile, in the condition of modulated laser without sample and with the sample of wood, the data acquisition system detected photoacoustic signals in the range of laser modulation frequency was 1000 – 9981 Hz
The Impact of Seasonal Differences on Fish Species Diversity, Price Fluctuations, and Fishermen Welfare on Baron Beach Gunung Kidul
Gunungkidul Regency has 73 km of coastline and potential to be developed as center of economic growth based on the utilization of marine fisheries resources. Baron Beach is one of the tourism destination, also has function for fish auction (TPI) and market that caught by fishermen. Seasonal differences affect the conditions of tides and have impact on fishing activities. This makes important for conducted this research. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the effect of seasonal differences on diversity of fish species and welfare of fishermen on Baron Beach. This research is a qualitative descriptive and was carried out with observation and in-depth interviews with traders, fishermen, and consumers. Data analysis was performed using the Miles and Hubberman methods. The results showed the harvest season occurred in the transition season and mid-rain on October until January. The diversity of fish species at most in this season are Euthynnus affinis, Elagatis bipinnulata, Katsuwonus pelamis, Scomberomorus sp. and Selar crumenophthalmus. Diversity at most on the rainy season is Pampus argenteus, while in the dry season are Stolephorus sp., Elagatis bipinnulata, and Auxis rochei. The method of selling fish was done through fishermen, brought to the fish auction to bought by collectors, traders, and consumers. The selling price of fish on traders and collectors has doubled from the fishermen. The abundance of crops has an impact on welfare of fishermen, consumers and traders. The harvest season also has positive impact on social, tourism and culture. The conclusion from this study is the seasonality affects to diversity of fish species, selling price is relatively stable, and has positive impact on society in terms of economic, social, cultural and tourism
Tensile Strength of Bamboo After Preservation
Bamboo has high tensile strength, so it can be an alternative to substitute wood or steel. Bamboo is a material that comes from nature, so it is vulnerable to degraded by weather changes and infected by termites and fungi. The effort to overcome this problem is by preserving before using it. This study aims to determine the tensile strength test results of bamboo after preserving and then compare with the tensile strength test results of bamboo without preserving. The research method was carried out by preserving bamboo by soaking the test sample in a container filled with water for a duration of time; 1 x 24 hours; 3 x 24 hours and 14 x 24 hours. The water used in freshwater with a salinity of 0 0/00 measured using a salinometer. The results showed that the tensile strength of bamboo increased compared without preserved with a percentage of 12.50%; 23.12% and 10.59% for the duration of time respectively 1x24 hours; 3x24 hours and 14x24 hours. Optimal tensile strength is obtained at a time duration of 3 x 24 hours and decreases at a longer time duration of 14x24 hours
Redesign Facility Layout and Minimize Material Handling Cost on PT ABC in Pandemic Era
Since March 2020 the news of Covid-19 has spread in Indonesia, with this situation there have been many changes in the industrial sector in Indonesia. In this situation, industry players should make adjustments to their production processes so they can continue and run safely. According to information from the Ministry of Health and the Task Force for the Acceleration of Handling Covid-19, one of the health protocols to prevent the spread of Covid-19 is physical distancing, where the minimum distance between workers is 1 meter. So to deal with this condition, of course, it is necessary to redesign the layout of the factory facilities. Layout is an important decision that determines the efficiency of long-term operations. PT ABC is a company engaged in the processing of metal goods. In addition to implementing health protocols, PT ABC also has problems in structuring work facilities that are not quite right. This can lead to less effective and efficient workers for moving the material, thus causing a lot of work in process. The analysis method to these problems uses the ARC (Activity Relationship Chart), ARD (Activity Relationship Diagram), and Flexsim 6.0 simulation method to determine the Material Handling Cost and production output. Layout changes that have been made, can minimize material handling costs which were previously 22,717.76 to get $ 6129.4 or about 21%
Quantum State Tomography of Single Qubit Using Density Matrix
The quantum state tomography is a fundamental part in the development of quantum technologies. It can be used to know the signal characterization of small particle called photon in the nanoscale. In this study, photon number has been measured in order to produce the states tomography. Optical devices and quantum-mechanical approaches were explored to obtain the quantum state tomography. Due to a single qubit state density matrix can be revealed by Stokes parameters, so there are four set-ups to measure the Stokes parameters for each sample. The density matrix is used because the pure state only appear theoreticaly. In the real experiment, It always exibits a mixed state. The samples of tomography measurements consist of linear state, cicular state and the IR 808nm. In this study, state tomography is shown by 2x2 density matrix. This experiment also provides the fidelities of experiment result. And it shows the good agreement. From this experiment, the state of IR 808nm has been detected. The laser that examined is showing a vertical state with fidelity F=97,34%
USE OF APPLICATION BASED MODULE ON ADDITIVE AND ADDICTIVE MATERIALS FOR LEARNING ACTIVITIES DURING PANDEMIC COVID -19 (Study at a Student of Junior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Sleman)
The use of modules as a medium for learning at the school level is commonly used. The module serves to assist educators in delivering material. Therefore, the module must have good quality in terms of material and design so that students can more easily understand the material presented. At this time, the module is expected to be able to help students understand the material, because during the Covid-19 pandemic, students were asked to do learning activities at home. The material is delivered by the teacher online through the WhatsApp group during the learning hours. This study examines the material additives and addictive substances delivered to class VIII students. The object of this research is the VIII grade students of junior high school Muhammadiyah 1 Sleman which consists of three classes. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of students\u27 understanding of additives and addictive substances.Keywords: ,

INTEGRASI SHALAT DALAM PERSPEKTIF MATEMATIKA ISLAM
Matematika Islam adalah matematik yang bersumber dari Al-Qur’an dan sunnah Rasullullah SAW. Dalam agama islam ada lima kewajiban yang dianjurkan kepada umatnya yaitu rukun islam yang menjadi pondasi atau tindakan dasar bagi setiap umatnya. Lima tindakan dasar yaitu syahadat, shalat, zakat, puasa dan haji (bila mampu). Shalat merupakan satu-satunya kewajiban umat muslim yang tidak bisa ditawar. Tidak seperti kewajiban yang lainnya seperti puasa, seseorang diperbolehkan tidak berpuasa apabila orang tersebut tidak mampu dalam keadaan apapun. Sebenarnya ada banyak hal yang belum kita ketahui tenang solat dalam pandangan matematika islam. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi dari sudut pandang shalat dalam matematika islam. Bagaimana jika shalat dikatkan dengan dengan sudut pandang matematik islam. Oleh karena itu, pentingnya mempelajari matematika islam dalam dunia pendidikan dengan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dan bersumber dari agama islam dan Al-Qur’an. Sehingga selain mempelajari ilmu matematika, pelajar juga secara langsung mempelajari keagungan Allah dan firmannya yang diajarkan kepada manusia secara logika dan apa-apa yang manusia belum mereka ketahui. 
PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA DI TENGAH PANDEMI COVID19 MENGGUNAKAN METODE KELOMPOK, KUIS, DAN PEMBERIAN HADIAH UNTUK SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR DI SUDIMARA PINANG
Pandemi virus korona di Indonesia mengharuskan sekolah dilakukan secara online. Kelas online menyebabkan banyak siswa tidak fokus dan lupa akan materi pembelajaran sehingga dilakukan kelas offline matematika yang dilakukan di Masjid Hayya ‘Alal Falah dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan. Siswa atau objek penelitian dari Sekolah Dasar (SD) dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok yaitu kelompok 1 yang terdiri dari kelas 1 SD sampai kelas 3 SD, kelompok 2 terdiri dari siswa perempuan dari kelas 4 SD sampai 6 SD, dan kelompok 2 siswa laki-laki dari kelas 4 SD sampai 6 SD. Peneliti memberikan kuis dan hadiah untuk memotivasi siswa. Hasil yang didapatkan siswa kelas 1 SD belum bisa digabung kelompok dengan siswa kelas 2 dan 3 SD. Pemberian kuis dan disertai hadiah setelah mengajar dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa untuk aktif di kelas. Siswa kelas 2-6 mampu mengikuti pelajaran dengan metode kelompok.
