Evaluasi Kesuksesan Penerapan Sistem Elektronik Kinerja (E-Kinerja) Menggunakan Enhanced Information System Success Model di Kecamatan Benda Tangerang
E-Kinerja Benda District Tangerang City is an E-Government in the form of an Employee Performance Management Information System in charge of recording and reporting the performance of all employees in the government environment. The system should aim to simplify employee performance management and measure the efficiency and creativity of employees at work, in its implementation, there are still problems that occur. Many employees complain about the system, the implementation of the E-Kinerja system either directly or indirectly is considered troublesome, the internet network is not widely connected, the presence of technology devices (computers) is limited, and the lack of employees in understanding and utilizing the E-Kinerja system, and the lack of attendance and knowledge of information about IT as part of the supporting components in the process of presenting the information. So that an evaluation of the application of E-Kinerja is carried out, with the aim of this study being able to measure evaluation to prove the success rate of implementing E-Kinerja-based performance evaluations in Benda District, Tangerang City and knowing what factors or variables influence it. This study evaluates success using the Enhanced Information System Success Model with 7 evaluation variables: information quality, system quality, service quality, user satisfaction, trust, use, and net benefits. This study will use a qualitative and quantitative data approach through observation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires where the total respondents obtained are 62 respondents with PLS-SEM data analysis and SmartPLS 3.3 assistance. Based on the results of the research conducted, it is proven that from the 14 hypotheses proposed there are 5 hypotheses accepted while 9 other hypotheses are rejected. This evaluation also produces recommendations from the seven variables used which contain alternatives to improve and increase the success of the implementation of E-Kinerja
Inovasi Kemasan Nasi Tiwul untuk Membantu Perekonomian Masyarakat Dusun Sendang Bedog
Produk nasi tiwul dari dusun Sendang Bedog yang ada di Desa Samar masih kurang menarik kemasanya. Kurangnya pengetahuan tentang kemasan produk yang baik menyebabkan produk Tiwul masih rendah penjualannya. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk membangun presepsi masyarakat kepada produk olahan tiwul yang dijual. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaa, dan evaluasi produk. Pengukuran keberhasilan program dilihat dari tingkat penjualan produk tersebut. Hasil dari pengabdian ini yaitu kemasan dari produk nasi tiwul menjadi lebih menarik dan berdampak pada kenaikan penjualan produk tersebut sebesar tiga persen yaitu dari seratus menjadi seratus tiga.
[Tiwul rice products from the Sendang Bedog hamlet in Samar Village are still less attractive in packaging. Lack of knowledge about good product packaging causes Tiwul products to still have low sales. The purpose of this service is to build public perception of the processed tiwul products that are sold. The methods used in this service include planning, implementing, and evaluating products. The measurement of the success of the program is seen from the level of product sales. The result of this service is that the packaging of nasi tiwul products becomes more attractive and has an impact on increasing sales of these products by three percent, from one hundred to one hundred and three.
TRADISI LISAN SEBAGAI PENGIKAT LESTARINYA KAWASAN HUTAN DAN MAKAM KUNO DI KUDUS JAWA TENGAH
Perubahan lingkungan alam berdampak terhadap ekosistem dan sumber air. Untuk melestarikan rindangnya hutan dan tumbuhan, ragam upaya dilakukan masyarakat sebagai media melestarikan alamnya. Di Kudus Jawa Tengah terdapat hutan jati alam yang rindang seluas empat hektar hingga kini dan terdapat dua makam kuno. Ditulisnya naskah ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan upaya warga agar area hutan tersebut lestari dengan tradisi lisan. Data riset ini diperoleh dengan wawancara, observasi, dan kajian literatur dan dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil riset, tradisi lisan yang dipublikasikan secara tutur antar-generasi hingga kini memiliki kekuatan melindungi kawasan puluhan hutan jati kuno beserta dua makam kunonya dari tingkah tangan jahil. Upaya yang harus disikapi agar tradisi lisan tersebut tetap memiliki kemampuan ‘melindungi’ kawasan hutan kuno sebagai langkah strategis di tengah pola pikir generasi millenial yang rasional. Akan tetapi, ada pula upaya warga yang perlu diluruskan yakni dua makam sejoli di tengah kawasan hutan tersebut dijadikan media perantara mendapatkan kekayaan secara magis (pesugihan). Dengan demikian, kekuatan tradisi lisan memproteksi alam hutan perlu dipertahankan dan ‘memanfaatkan’ makam kuno di tengah hutan kuno tersebut sebagai media pesugihan perlu diluruskan agar kemusyrikan tidak mentradisi bagi muslim di Kota Santri dengan mendalami konsep tauhid secara benar
ANALISIS PORTOFOLIO OPTIMAL SAHAM SYARIAH MENGGUNAKAN SHARI\u27A COMPLIAN ASSET PRICING MODEL (SCAPM)
Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) is one model that can be used to form an optimum portofolio. CAPM analysis in its calculating contains the concept of usury. As a Muslim investor, the concept of usury is prohibited in Islam. Modification of the CAPM model in the form of a sharia model analysis is called the Sharia Complian Asset Pricing Model (SCAPM). This study replace the concept of interest in the CAPM model with the level of zakat, sukuk, and SBIS. The data used is stock data included in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the period June 2015 to June 2020. There are 11 stock samples used in this study. After the analysis, SCAPM with SBIS has the best expected return and portofolio performance when compared to the SCAPM model with zakat and sukuk levels
THE INFLUENCE OF WORK SAFETY CULTURE AND WORK SAFETY MONITORING SYSTEM ON WORK SAFETY
In building construction, there are many things that must be considered, one of which is work safety due to construction industry is a highly hazardous environment. Early signs of an organization\u27s commitment to safety policies are manifested in the safety culture of the organization. Improving contractor safety culture can reduce work accidents on construction industry projects. It is unclear how to improve safety culture among construction industries, practically. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of safety culture and its association with management commitment in monitoring system of work safety. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method was used by researchers in testing the relationship between the measured variables and the latent construct. According to the results of this study, it can be concluded that Work Safety Culture (X1) has an influence on Work Safety (Y) based on the t-value of 2.721 ≥ 1.64, Work Safety Culture (X1) has an influence on the Work Safety Monitoring System (X2) that verified with a t-value of 3.772, Work Safety Monitoring System (X2) has no effect on Work Safety (Y) based on a t-value of 1.195 < 1.64, and Work Safety Culture (X1) has no influence on Work Safety (Y) through the Work Safety Monitoring System (X2) with a t-value of 0,877. The results of this study can be used as the basis for implementing a safety culture in the company because it is proven to have an important role in work safety so that it is expected to reduce work accidents with the support of management who are committed to consistently carrying out work safety monitoring systems
FORECASTING METHODS DETERMINATION OF RAW MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR SHEEP CABRETTA AND BATTING LEATHER AT PT ADI SATRIA ABADI
The high level of fluctuating demand for products that consumers want, makes companies need to have a demand estimation or forecasting tool. PT. Satria Abadi is a manufacturing company engaged in the leather tanning process. Leather processed by PT. Adi Satria Abadi consists of two types of leather, namely goat skin (Goat Cabretta and Goat Batting) and sheep skin (Sheep Cabretta and Sheep Batting). In the tanning process, PT. Adi Satria Abadi sometimes encounters several obstacles, one of which is insufficient raw materials. This is because there has not been an estimate of the need for raw materials for the production process to fulfil demand. To deal with these obstacles, it is necessary to estimate the need for raw materials for the type of Sheep Cabretta Leather and Sheep Batting Leather so that there is no shortage of raw materials that can hinder the leather tanning production process. Based on the pattern of demand for raw materials, Sheep Cabretta Leather and Sheep Batting Leather are included in a random or fluctuating demand pattern. Therefore, the method used to predict the need for raw materials is Single Exponential Smoothing with 0.1 to 0.9. From the results of the calculation of forecasting accuracy, it was found that the smallest MSE value lies in the results of forecasting with the Single Exponential Smoothing method with an alpha value of 0.7 of 44560919259, while in sheep Batting Leather, it also lies in the Single Exponential Smoothing forecasting with an alpha of 0.7 with an MSE value amounting to 31462955201. Therefore, the need for raw materials for the type of Sheep Caretta Leather for June based on forecasting calculations using the Single Exponential Smoothing method with an alpha value of 0.7 is 964,878.62 SF, while for the need for raw materials for the type of Sheep Batting Leather is 989,018.39 SF
Evaluation and Implementation of IT Governance Using the 2019 COBIT Framework at the Department of Food Security, Agriculture and Fisheries of Balangan Regency
The food security, fisheries and agriculture services work with local government to help the community. In carrying out its work, the government applies information technology to achieve the goals. Therefore, it is necessary to have an IT governance design to ensure the alignment of the government’s objectives and the use of IT. Governance is an important asset to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of work process improvement using IT. This research is conducted because there has never been an IT governance design assessment. The analysis and design of IT governance at government agencies are carried out using the COBIT 2019 framework to measure the level of IT capability. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by conducting interviews with influential government parties. This study obtained an IT governance design and detected important processes for the domains used, namely EDM04, APO04, APO07, APO08, APO11, BAI03, BAI08, BAI10
Ficus sp. Lokal untuk Konservasi Air pada Kawasan Wisata Merapi di Desa Wisata Jaka Garong, Wonokerto, Turi, Sleman
Ficus sp telah lama dikenal oleh masyarakat sebagai pohon beringin, pohon ara, pohon kresek, pohon iprik; bahkan telah telah digunakan sebagai penamaan suatu wilayah dan terkadang disakralkan. Fakta tersebut serta potensi Ficus yang memiliki keunggulan cepat besar, penghasil oksigen, dan penyimpan air tanah dapat menjadi alternatif bagi konservasi air. Indonesia sebagai negara tropis juga tidak luput dari ancaman krisis air, memerlukan kesadaran bersama masyarakat untuk mencegahnya. Salah satu alternatif penyampaian kesadaran adalah dengan memberikan muatan edukasi tentang penghijauan khususnya menggunakan Ficus sp, pada kawasan wisata alam. Penelitian ini membahas upaya konservasi air pada Desa Wisata Jaka Garong yang terletak pada kawasan Merapi, dengan memanfaatkan Ficus sp.
[Ficus sp has long been known by the locals as beringin trees, ara trees, kresek trees, iprik trees; it has even been used as the naming of an area and is sometimes sacred. This fact and the potential of Ficus which has the advantage of growing quickly, producing oxygen, and storing groundwater can be an alternative for water conservation. Indonesia as a tropical country are also facing the threat of a water crisis, requiring public awareness to prevent it. One alternative to convey awareness is to provide educational content about reforestation, especially using Ficus sp, in natural landscape tourism areas. This study discusses water conservation efforts in the Jaka Garong Tourism Village which is located in the Mount Merapi area, by utilizing Ficus sp.
ANALISIS BUKTI DIGITAL PADA RANDOM ACCESS MEMORY ANDROID MENGGUNAKAN METODE LIVE FORENSIC KASUS PENJUALAN SENJATA ILLEGAL
Metode Live forensic adalah analisis data yang berjalan langsung pada bagian Random Access Memory. Tempat penyimpana sementara disebut juga Random Access Memory, data yang ada tersimpan di dalam Random Access Memory sifatnya adalah volatile atau mudah menghilang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini akan mendapatkan hasil bukti berupa digital melalui cara analisis bukti digital pada random access memory pada smartphone android pelaku dan smartphone korban menggunakan metode live forensic dalam kasus penjualan senjata illegal. Pada penelitian barang bukti digital yang disita berupa smartphone pelaku maupun smartphone korban. Korban diposisi sebagai mahasiswa yang ditawari untuk membeli senjata ilegal oleh pelaku. Metode analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan metode NIST (National Institute Of Standart Technology) yang memiliki langkah-langkah analisis berupa preservation, acquisition, examination, analysis dan reporting. Data yang diambil dari random access memory berupa log file telephone, sms, dan data dari whatsapp. FTK (Forensic Tool Kit) digunakan untuk mencari bukti-bukti digital kejahatan penjualan senjata illegal. Hasilnya berupa bukti kejahatan yang telah dihapus oleh pelaku, antara lain bukti log telephone, sms, chat whatsapp, dan file gambar berekstensi .jpg. Memtools sangat berguna untuk mendapatkan data dari random access memory secara menyeluruh.

Live forensic method is data analysis that runs directly on the Random Access Memory section. Temporary storage places are also called Random Access Memory, the data stored in Random Access Memory is volatile or easily disappears. The purpose of this research is to obtain digital evidence through digital evidence analysis on random access memory on the perpetrators \u27android smartphones and victims\u27 smartphones using the live forensic method in the case of illegal weapons sales. In the study of digital evidence seized in the form of a perpetrator\u27s smartphone and the victim\u27s smartphone. The victim is positioned as a student who was offered to buy illegal weapons by the perpetrator. The method of data analysis is carried out using the NIST (National Institute of Standards Technology) method which has analysis steps in the form of preservation, acquisition, examination, analysis and reporting. Data taken from random access memory in the form of log files telephone, sms, and data from whatsapp. The FTK (Forensic Tool Kit) is used to look for digital evidence of the crime of selling illegal weapons. The result is evidence of crime that has been deleted by the perpetrators, including evidence of telephone logs, sms, chat whatsapp, and image files with the extension .jpg. Memtools are very useful for getting data from random access memory as a whole.

Ergonomic Risk Assessment of Static Postures and Repetitive Tasks using Rapid Entire Body Assessment and Strain Idex
This study aims to assess the risk levels of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) of Vietnamese female workers performing repetitive tasks and static postures. The workers perform the repetitive tasks which are printed circuit board assembly and printing on housing in a factory in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The risk assessment tools are used consisting of Rapid Entire Body Assessment and Strain Index. The result shows that the risk levels of WMSDs of workers are from medium to high levels. Therefore, ergonomic measures are needed to reduce the risk levels and improve the working conditions. The suggestions of ergonomic interventions are ergonomic workstation redesign considering anthropometric data of Vietnamese female workers, appropriate work methods and training for workers
