Get PDFグローバル化に象徴される今日の厳しい経営環境のもとで、多くの企業が生き残りをかけて新たな戦略的行動に出ている。戦略の実行過程における変更や、トップの戦略意図とは全く異なる戦略の創発といった企業の戦略的行動は、既存のトップ・マネジメント中心の視点、いわば「伝統的経営戦略論」の考え方では、十分に解明できなくなってきた。そこで、本稿ではミドル・マネジメント視点の新たな考え方の必要性を明らかにする。戦略の形成と実行におけるミドル・マネジメントの役割は、影響力の方向性と貢献の特徴によって、「チャンピオニング」、「統合」、「促進」、「実行」と4つに分けられる。とりわけ、今日の企業によく見られる創発的戦略の形成には、「チャンピオニング」と「促進」の役割が深く関わることになる。また、創発的戦略の形成は創造的学習の実現が不可欠なので、ミドル・マネジメントの役割は、部下の創造性を引き出し、創造的学習を促す機能を果たさなければならない。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF法人税法上収益の計上時期に関する規定は少ないので、同法22条4項の一般に公正妥当と認められる会計処理の基準に従って計算されることになる。企業会計は実現主義により収益を認識するとしており、それは税務上の収益の認識基準である権利確定主義とおおむね同一のものである。権利確定主義による判決は多いなかで、輸出取引の収益計上時期に係る判決、過収電力料の返還に伴う損益処理に係る判決、損害賠償金の収益計上時期に係る判決及び車両保険金収入の帰属時期に係る判決を取り上げ、収益計上の妥当性を検討した。判例は、損害発生時に損害賠償金を受け取る権利が発生したとして観念的・抽象的に収益を認識するものが多いが、権利として確定しないうちに収益に計上することに対して異議を唱えるものである。横領等の不法行為が見つかって損害賠償請求を行った時に新たな会計事実が生じたのでありその時に収益に計上すべきであり、横領等が発生した時点に遡る必要はない。departmental bulletin pape

There in-lies necessity for building social protection mechanism more than ever. The Philippines is no exception. The Philippines is rapidly growing and therefore the need for building social protection is pressing. The Philippines is equipped with all the social protection schemes other than unemployment insurance to tackle poverty. However, the state of poverty in the Philippines look as disappointing as other peer countries. This paper digs into why the Philippines has failed to alleviate the poverty. The paper is divided into three sections. First, the paper evaluates the Filipino pension system based on regression analysis and compares with peers which are in the similar stage of development. Then, the paper will discuss the health insurance with particular attentions to the size of coverage of the insurance. Unreliable asset valuation rule versus the improvement of disclosure
Get PDFWe hear that there are lots of problem to adopt the IFRS to every other country which is going to participate. Needless to say in our country, we comment many things on it. But I cannot find any positive proposal to build up vocational expert system to give an objective valuation of assets for every management. Without it, IFRS would not exist as it was expected originally. At the same time, it has to involve the firm system to decide the divisible profit in it. If not, the confusion would be grater, and it would be delayed to be accepted as a new system. In this paper, I dare to intend to pursue logically the essential difference of accounting rule between IFRS and traditional accounting.
