The Effects of Quantitative Easing on Economic Growth and Employment
Get PDF本稿では、日本の景気に関連した経済学的な仮説を立て、その仮説を検証するために関連する統計資料を収集し、それらのデータを用いて回帰分析を行った。分析手法としては、単回帰分析というシンプルなモデルではあるものの、アベノミクスの金融緩和政策の効果に焦点をあて、金融緩和政策が民間の設備投資にどのような影響を与え、かつ設備投資の拡大が景気にどのような影響を及ぼすのか、といった点について検証を行った。次に、景気変動は様々な影響を及ぼすと考えられるが、その中でも労働市場に着目し、景気変動が雇用に与える影響を分析した。特に、興味深い推計結果として、景気変動の影響は金融部門ではほとんどないと思われること、また景気が回復すると男性正規雇用への影響はマイナスであるものの、女性正規雇用への影響はプラスとなった点である。これらの結果は、佐藤（2017）が議論している Becker 理論の“ 逆転仮説”を支持する証左でもあろう。そして、景気変動の影響を強く受ける労働者層は女性の非正規雇用であるという推計結果から、現在のコロナ禍における景気悪化の影響が、女性の非正規雇用の縮小をもたらしていることと合致している。よって、アベノミクスによる金融緩和政策は民間投資の拡大と景気回復をもたらしたものの、景気変動の影響を大きく受けやすい労働者層への政策は不十分であるといえる。今後、政府が経済政策を立案するうえで、女性の正規雇用を拡充するような政策を同時に行うべきである。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF勝浦市新官に所在する勝浦市立豊浜小学校には、上総国夷隅郡部原村（勝浦市部原）の名主を務めた江沢家の史料が所蔵されている。江沢家文書には、日記・御用留をはじめとする地方史料が多く含まれている。その中で、御用留には様々な廻状が書き留められているが、その中で東北諸藩や東北地方にある幕府領よりの廻米船海難に関する浦廻状が多くみられる。本稿では、その中で上総国夷隅郡奥津村（勝浦市興津）名主が任命されていた仙台藩の穀宿という立場で出した浦廻状について史料紹介をするものである。departmental bulletin pape
The effect of the introduction of the Japanese long-term care insurance on the time allocation decisions of family caregivers
Get PDFThis paper examines the effect of the introduction of the Japanese public long-term care insurance (LTCI) in 2000 on the time allocation decisions of family caregivers. A sample is drawn from the waves of 1996, 2001, and 2006 of the Survey on Time Use and Leisure Activities. I estimate the relationship between the LTCI introduction and the time allocation decisions of family caregivers on caregiving, sleep, home production, and leisure as well as market work while controlling for the heterogeneity across prefectures that has existed before the LTCI introduction. I find that the effects of the LTCI introduction on the time allocation decisions of family caregivers depend on the gender of caregivers. The introduction of the LTCI has little impact on the time allocation decisions of male caregivers. On the other hand, among female caregivers, time spent on caregiving decreases in 2001 and 2006 while time spent on leisure increases only in 2001.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF君津市久留里町で検出した柿属の花粉化石について、有史以前の他の検出例をもとに、その供給源と年代を検討した。また、柿栽培に関する文献情報を整理し、近代における久留里地域で発展した干し柿生産の生態学的背景を検討した。その結果、花粉分析を実施した地点は洪水による不安定な堆積環境にあったこと、近代まで柿畑が付近にあったことなどから、花粉分布図に示された最上部のみの不連続な出現状況は、近隣からの表土の混入によるものであり、リュウキュウマメガキなど自生種由来の可能性はきわめて低いと判断した。ただし、有史以前における西日本各地のカキ属花粉の検出例は、照葉樹林域の自生種としての存在を示すものであり、照葉樹林の東端に位置する君津地域においても同様に存在していた可能性がある。果樹としての柿は、原産地である中国の完全渋柿種に起源するが、脱渋性の改良は日本で行われ、神奈川県以西から広島県までの太平洋側の生産適地には、その形質発現に有効な温度、湿度など共通する環境要因があると思われる。一方、柿渋生産に関しては、野生種が利用されていた可能性がある。また、久留里城址周辺には、本来、暖温帯上部に分布するクロモジを含むウラジロガシ林の下降現象が認められ、房総丘陵の複雑な地形に起因する自然環境が、クロモジの楊枝生産や干し柿生産など森林資源の特産化の背景にあったと考えた。departmental bulletin pape
Human resource management of Japanese SMEs in Vietnam and its impact ―What is the relationship between local employees' HRM awareness, commitment, and willingness to stay in the company? ―
Get PDF本稿は，ベトナム・ハノイの日系中小製造業２社の現地従業員に対する質問紙調査から，人材マネジメント（以下HRM）に対する認識，コミットメント，会社に居続ける意思の関係を明らかにしたものである。
結論は，生活サポート・福利厚生の充実，適切な評価・報酬，仕事の自由度・達成感がコミットメントに正の影響を与えていた。ただし，日本型HRMと考えられる従業員を公平に扱うという施策は，コミットメントに負の影響を与えており，反発を招きかねないということである。また，会社に居続ける意思には，組織コミットメント（以下OC）の内在化要素および職務へのコミットメントが有意な正の影響を与えていた。意外にも愛着要素OCは会社に居続ける意思に有意な影響を与えていなかった。そして，ベトナム現地従業員のコミットメントを高めるには，経営層の従業員に対する信賞必罰な姿勢，リーダークラスの任免が重要であり，中長期的な人材育成が求められる。departmental bulletin pape
A diversity of the view on infant’s peer relationships －How students majoring in early childhood education and care think subjectivity and fairness?－
Get PDFThe purpose of this paper is to examine students opinions who was majoring early childhood education and care about infant’s peer relationships. The case of 5-6year-old infant’s conflict scene about choosing relay race runners was presented. And how students will solute problems as a teacher in this case was investigated.
The analysis revealed the following results ; (1) students make much of the infant’s own thought and dialogue (45,8%), fairness (33,6%), motivation and subjectivity (32,6%). Since 1989, The subjectivity has been prioritized in early childhood education in japan. Literature Review of Global Value Chains and Middle Income Trap on Economic Growth
Get PDFアジア地域ではGVCへの関与を深めながら経済成長を遂げてきたが、近年「中所得国の罠」で代表されるように、マレーシアやタイといった一部の国では経済成長率が鈍化し、高所得国入りを果たすことができていない。これらの国が「中所得国の罠」から脱却するためにはどのような政策を立案すべきか、といった観点から、本稿では近年盛んに議論が行われているGVCの高度化に着目し、定量的に高度化を捉える指標についてサーベイを行った。しかしながら、実際に高度化を示す指標には多くの課題が残されており、高度化を進めれば「中所得国の罠」に陥った国が高所得国入りを達成できるのか、といった点については明確な研究成果が得られていない。よって、持続的な経済成長を達成するうえで、政策の主眼を「高度化」に向けるのではなく、自国内の部品・中間財産業の育成に重点をおいた外資導入を推進しながら、高度なスキルを持つ人材育成に政策を転換してゆくことが必要不可欠である。departmental bulletin pape
