    A brief history of the LaVerdiere Apothecary, one of the main attractions of the Waterville Historical Society\u27s Redington Museum. Reginald LaVerdiere, the man responsible for the LaVerdiere\u27s Super Drug Stores chain, collected prescriptions, scales, mortars and pestles, and other items from the small, independently-owned drugstores that he was buying up.
