Profissão de risco : o desenho como elemento principal de pensamento
No full textDissertação de mestrado em ArquitecturaExame público realizado em 8 de março de 2024, às 10hA presente dissertação desenvolve um estudo sobre o desenho analógico, mais especificamente do esquisso, como instrumento de pensamento no processo criativo e de desenvolvimento de projeto.
A metodologia a utilizar para o desenvolvimento deste projeto de investigação processou-se através da consulta e leitura de dados qualitativos, como referências bibliográficas de determinados autores relacionadas com o tema do desenho e do desenho no projeto de arquitetura, a consulta de elementos gráficos (imagens, fotografias e desenhos), textos (artigos e entrevistas) e vídeos (entrevistas, conferências e documentários).
Pretende-se aferir a importância do desenho e o papel que o mesmo desempenha nesta profissão de risco(s). Compreender a relevância que o esquisso exerce no domínio do pensamento e das ideias, e como desenhar em projeto constitui um dos mais importantes meios de pensar, imaginar e transformar a realidade, com o desenho como instrumento.
O desenho num projeto de Arquitetura não é um fim per se. Os esquissos à mão levantada, a maqueta, a fotografia, as fotomontagens, o desenho rigoroso (digital), o 3D, a memória descritiva, os painéis, entre outros, complementam assim este método, que, apesar de antigo, continua a ser o mais idóneo, e aquele que tanto nos é incentivado a usar incansavelmente desde o primeiro ano.
De um modo geral, é através do desenho que descobrimos e percebemos melhor as coisas. O esquisso cumpre, por isso, um papel diário na nossa vida enquanto arquitetos, e, por essa razão, não podemos parar de desenhar.The present dissertation develops a study about the analogic drawing, more specifically the sketch drawing, as the main element of thinking in the creative and development process of a project.
The methodology used for the development of this research project was processed through the reading and consultation of qualitative data, such as bibliographical references of certain authors related to the subject of the drawing and design in an architectural project, the consultation of graphic elements (images, photographs and drawings), texts (articles and interviews) and videos (interviews, conferences and documentaries).
It is intended to assess the importance of drawing and the role that it plays in this scratch(es) profession. Understanding the relevance that sketching has in the domain of thought and ideas, and how drawing in a project represents one of the most important ways of thinking, imagine and transform the reality, with drawing as a tool.
Drawing in an architecture project is not an end per se. Free hand sketches, models, photography, photomontages, rigorous (digital) drawing, 3D, descriptive memory, panels, among others, thus complement this method, which, despite being old, continues to be the most suitable, and the one that we are encouraged to use tirelessly since the first year.
In general, it is through drawing that we discover and understand things better. Therefore, sketching plays a daily role in our lives as architects, and, for that reason, we cannot stop drawing
Implementation process of collaborative robots (Cobots) in an automotive technology supplier company

With robotics and industry constantly evolving, it is essencial to manage the implementation process to ensure maximum safety and efficiency. With this aim, an electronic components production line and its workstations have been analyzed, through the observation of the production processes and the examination of relevant documents. A variety of analytical tools and methodologies were used to identify the most critical and least ergonomic workstation, and to improve its efficiency, a collaborative robot has been proposed. This article outlines the steps taken in automating the station, including the design of the robotic cell and preparation of a comprehensive business plan, it also, outlines the requirements for a functional robotic cell and aims to understand the necessary investment for effective and efficient cell automation. Upon completion, the company will save six employees per day and free up 64% of available time, with a projected saving of 503.697,00€ in labor costs over five years of investment
A felicidade na função é impulsionada pela motivação e o engagement?
No full textMestrado em GestãoExame Público realizado em 02 de julho de 2024Com o passar dos anos, o tema da felicidade no trabalho tem ganhado cada vez mais destaque no mundo organizacional e académico. Por este motivo, a Felicidade na Função desempenhada por cada colaborador passou a ser um fator-chave para que o trabalho passasse a ser encarado como uma fonte de felicidade e não apenas como uma fonte de rendimento, tornando-se imprescindível fazer os colaboradores sentirem-se bem no desempenho das suas funções na organização onde estão inseridos, sendo por isso fundamental que estes se sintam valorizados, reconhecidos, motivados, engaged com os demais e também recompensados pelo sua dedicação e esforços diários.
Ao longo do presente trabalho, o objetivo pretendido é entender e analisar as relações existentes entre a Felicidade na Função (FF), a Motivação (M) e o Engagement (E), de modo a entender de que forma é que as organizações saem beneficiadas ao terem nos seus quadros colaboradores felizes, motivados e engaged.
Em relação aos resultados obtidos, concluiu-se que existem relações significativas entre as três variáveis abordadas no presente estudo. A primeira relação estudada que confronta a Motivação e a Felicidade na Função demonstra que a Motivação está positiva e significativamente relacionada com a Felicidade na Função. Já a segunda analisa a relação entre o Engagement e a Felicidade na Função, e conclui-se que o Engagement se encontra positiva e significativamente relacionado com a Felicidade na Função.
Assim, é notório no presente estudo que colaboradores com altos níveis de Motivação e de Engagement atingem maiores níveis de Felicidade na Função e com isto apresentam melhorias ao nível do desempenho, permitindo às organizações atingir estados de felicidade organizacional e com isso melhorar todo os resultados organizacionais.

For this reason, happiness in the role performed by each employee became a key factor so that work began to be seen as a source of happiness and not just as a source of income, making it essential to make employees feel comfortable. perform well in the performance of their functions in the organization in which they work, and it is therefore essential that they feel valued, recognized, motivated, engaged with others and also rewarded for their dedication and daily efforts.
Throughout this work, the intended objective is to understand and analyze the relationships between Happiness in Function (FF), Motivation (M) and Engagement (E), in order to understand how organizations benefit by having happy, motivated and engaged employees on their staff.
In relation to the results obtained, it was concluded that there are significant relationships between the three variables addressed in the present study. The first relationship studied that compares Motivation and Happiness in the Job demonstrates that Motivation is positively and significantly related to Happiness in the Job. The second analyzes the relationship between Engagement and Happiness in Role, and it is concluded that Engagement is positively and significantly related to Happiness in Role.
Therefore, it is clear in the present study that employees with high levels of motivation and Engagement achieve higher levels of happiness in their role and thus present improvements in terms of performance, allowing organizations to achieve states of organizational happiness and consequently improve all organizational results.

O assédio sexual na relação laboral comum e desportiva

Estes dois fenómenos cruzam-se quando o praticante desportivo é vítima de assédio sexual no contexto do exercício da sua profissão.
Entendemos que, o assédio sexual nas relações de trabalho jurídico-desportivas apresenta contornos próprios devido às especificidades da atividade em relação ao assédio sexual sofrido no âmbito laboral comum e, por conseguinte, requer uma análise diferenciada e uma legislação específica. Assim, iremos explorar o conceito jurídico de assédio nos seus termos gerais, os elementos que o integram e as várias designações do fenómeno para sermos capazes de as distinguir e, consequentemente, os direitos que lesam. De seguida, entramos no mundo do desporto, juntamente, com o laboral, de modo a analisarmos as especificidades da relação laboral desportiva e entendermos o porquê de ser merecedora de uma tutela especial. Por fim, conciliamos os capítulos anteriores, com propostas de medidas de prevenção e legislativas na figura do Regime Jurídico do Contrato de Trabalho Desportivo e do Código Penal Português, fazendo alusão ao preceito normativo que o Código do Trabalho Português apresenta.This dissertation will approach two themes that are already well known and very present in contemporary society: sexual harassment and sport. These two phenomena intersect when sports practitioners are victims of sexual harassment in the context of carrying out their profession.
We understand that sexual harassment in legal-sports labor relationships presents its own contours due to the specificities of the activity in relation to sexual harassment suffered in the common work environment and therefore requires a differentiated analysis and specific legislation. Thus, we will explore the legal concept of harassment in its general terms, the elements that integrate it and the various designations of the phenomenon to be able to distinguish them and consequently the rights they harm. Next, we enter the world of sport together with labor to analyze the specificities of the sport labor relationship and understand why it deserves special protection. Finally, we reconcile the previous chapters with proposals for preventive and legislative measures in the figure of the Legal Regime of the Sports Labor Contract and the Portuguese Penal Code, alluding to the normative precept that the Portuguese Labor Code presents
Os sons e a mente : musicoterapia na pedopsiquiatria
Get PDFDissertação de mestrado em Musicoterapia, Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa, 2023.Exame público realizado em 1 de Fevereiro de 2024.O presente trabalho tem o objetivo de descrever e analisar a intervenção musicoterapêutica realizada no âmbito do estágio curricular do curso de mestrado em musicoterapia, da Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa. O estágio em questão, decorreu no hospital de dia do serviço de pedopsiquiatria do Centro Hospitalar Barreiro Montijo (CHBM), nas instalações do Hospital do Montijo entre outubro de 2021 e maio de 2022. A seleção dos utentes baseou-se na sua disponibilidade horária, na sua patologia psiquiátrica e na sua idade. Desta forma, doze utentes foram selecionados para frequentarem sessões de grupo e três para sessões individuais. A idade dos participantes estava compreendida entre os seis e os dezoito anos. Neste relatório, será feita uma descrição de todas as intervenções realizadas, com particular destaque para dois estudos de caso. Partindo do perfil dos participantes e das propostas teóricas e metodológicas patentes na literatura consultada, as sessões de musicoterapia foram planeadas com o intuito de criar um espaço contentor que estimulasse a mentalização, a expressão, a transformação e o sentimento de pertença, onde o principal objetivo seria o de desbloquear novos canais de comunicação possibilitando assim a estes utentes, novas perspetivas sobre si próprios.
Após uma atenta verificação e análise dos dados provenientes da observação clínica, e cruzando esta com a literatura existente, verificou-se que a participação destas crianças e adolescentes, nas sessões de musicoterapia, foi significativa porque se observaram melhorias nas suas condições de autorregulação e de autoestima. Pode concluir-se que a intervenção musicoterapêutica associada a um plano terapêutico multidisciplinar é benéfica para as crianças e jovens com psicopatologia.The present work aims to describe and analyze the music therapy intervention carried out within the scope of the curricular internship of the master's course in music therapy, at Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa. The internship in question took place at the day hospital of the child psychiatry service of Centro Hospitalar Barreiro Montijo (CHBM), on the premises of Hospital do Montijo premises between october 2021 and may 2022. The selection of users was based on their time availability, their psychiatric pathology and their age. Thus, twelve users were selected to attend group sessions and three for individual sessions. The age of the participants was between six and eighteen years old. In this report, a description will be made of all interventions carried out, with particular emphasis on two case studies. Based on the profile of the participants and the theoretical and methodological proposals found in the consulted literature, the music therapy sessions were planned with the aim of creating a container space that would stimulate mentalisation, expression, transformation and a sense of belonging, where the main objective would be to unlock new channels of communication thus enabling new perspectives on themselves to these users.
After careful verification and analysis of data from clinical observation, and crossing this with the existing literature, it was found that the participation of these children and adolescents in music therapy sessions was significant because improvements were observed in their conditions of self-regulation and self-esteem. It can be concluded that music therapy intervention associated with a multidisciplinary therapeutic plan is beneficial for children and young people with psychopathology
Musicoterapia em Geriatria com idosos institucionalizados
No full textRelatório de estágio em Musicoterapia, Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa, 2023Exame público realizado em 03 de maio de 2024O presente trabalho tem como objetivo descrever o estágio curricular do curso de mestrado em Musicoterapia da Universidade Lusíada, cuja intervenção incidiu sobre os idosos institucionalizados da "Residência Nossa Senhora da Paz" do Centro Social Paroquial Nossa Senhora da Penha de França (CSPNSPF), uma Estrutura Residencial Para Idosos (ERPI) em Lisboa, Portugal. Neste programa de intervenção em Musicoterapia foi aplicada a versão portuguesa da Escala de Avaliação de Música na Demência (MiDAS-PT), a versão portuguesa do Inventário de Ansiedade Geriátrica (GAl), e a versão portuguesa da Escala de Depressão Geriátrica (GDS 15). Os resultados obtidos nesta intervenção demonstram que a musicoterapia em geriatria pode melhorar o bem-estar e estado de humor e diminuir os níveis de ansiedade e depressão nos idosos intervencionados. Por fim, pretende-se que este trabalho possa contribuir para uma reflexão da importância e os beneficies da Musicoterapia numa intervenção com idosos institucionalizados.The present work aims to describe the curricular internship of the master's program in Music Therapy from Universidade Lusíada, whose intervention focused on the institutionalized elderly people at the "Residência Nossa Senhora da Paz" of the Centro Social Paroquial Nossa Senhora da Penha de França (CSPNSPF), a residential structure for the elderly (ERPI) in Lisbon, Portugal. ln this music therapy intervention program, the Portuguese version of the Music Assessment Scale for Dementia (MiDAS-PT), the Portuguese version of the Geriatric Anxiety Inventory (GAl), and the Portuguese version of the Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS 15) were applied. The results obtained in this intervention demonstrate that music therapy in geriatrics can improve well-being and mood and decrease levels of anxiety and depression in the elderly undergoing intervention. Finally, it is intended that this work can contribute to a reflection on the importance and benefits of music therapy in an intervention with institutionalized elderly
Energy management in industry : multi-criteria decision-making applications

EM has become essential in the current global political-economic context. Commitment to social aspects, goals to reduce pollutant emissions, and policies for responsible use of natural resources also favoured the search for new methods and tools such as the Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM). MCDM is a flexible approach and has the potential to harmoniously cooperate with other tools that have been applied in the most diverse areas, such as energy efficiency and management, plant selection, project evaluation, equipment evaluation and selection, and construction of indicators, among others. The growing number of works relating EM to MCDM is evidence of the increased use of these tools to support organizations in problems related to the themes, especially in complex scenarios, where several qualitative and quantitative variables are considered in a broad context organizational. To expand this frontier of knowledge, we must first understand where the current frontier is. This view can be obtained with one literature review. In this context, this work aims to present a literature review on MCDM application by EM in the industry. Specific objectives include the analysis of which MCDM methods have been applied, which areas of the industry, and which are the main barriers, challenges, and future trends
