Penerapan Metode Dbscan untuk Identifikasi Kluster Gempa Bumi di Daerah Yogyakarta
Earthquakes are one of the natural disasters that frequently occur in Indonesia, including the Yogyakarta region. A profound understanding of earthquake patterns and characteristics in this area is crucial for risk mitigation efforts and disaster preparedness. Clustering methods, such as Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise (DBSCAN), can provide an effective approach to identifying earthquake clusters with high density in the Yogyakarta region. This research used the DBSCAN method to identify earthquake clusters with specific magnitude strengths in the Yogyakarta region. Earthquake distribution data from 2017 to 2022 was used as the research sample. The clustering process considered the epsilon parameter and the minimum number of samples within a cluster. The analysis results revealed the existence of earthquake clusters with high density concentrated in specific locations in the Yogyakarta region. These clusters reflect clear spatial patterns and indicate significant seismic activity in the area. The conclusion of this study confirms the presence of earthquake patterns and clusters that can be identified using the DBSCAN method. These clusters provide further insight into the distribution of earthquakes in the Yogyakarta region and can serve as a reference for earthquake risk mitigation in the future. The findings of this research offer valuable insights for stakeholders in decision-making and planning responsive actions to earthquakes in the Yogyakarta region
Penerapan Metode Hybrid Multi Criteria untuk Penilaian Mahasiswa Berprestasi
Higher education is an educational institution that educates students as objects of education to be prepared for the world of work by being equipped with theoretical and practical skills. With increasingly tough demands and intense competition in finding work, it is necessary to assess students regarding the academic and non-academic activities they participated in and pursued while still in college. With the rapid movement of information technology, an assessment of student achievement can be implemented using an information technology system using the Decision Support System concept with multi-criteria techniques. The Decision Support System has a basic function to simplify and assist leaders or managers in making decisions. The decision in this research topic is outstanding students. The research uses the Hybrid Multi Criteria method. Hybrid is a combination of 2 methods in the system but runs according to their respective functions. The 2 multi-criteria hybrid methods applied include Simple Additive Weighting and Weighted Sum Model. The data used is 22 students from UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. The results of the two methods are almost the same, namely MHS8 and MHS10 are in the first and second positions respectively, then for the third position and so on there are differences between the two Hybrid methods. Based on the output results from the Hybrid Multi Criteria method, it can be concluded that the Simple Additive Weighting and Weighted Sum Model methods are ideal for helping provide decisions to leaders in a university to decide which students fall into the achievement category
Development of Android Media in Learning Islamic Religious Education and Character by Believing in Allah's Books for Class VIII Students
A communication tool and source of information in learning, one of which is the use of Learning Media. This requires careful teacher position in selecting the use of media in the educational process to be able to increase student motivation in learning with the benefits of learning, namely: 1) the educational process becomes more interesting, 2) the learning process becomes more efficient and effective, 3) saves energy and time . In reality, in Islamic Religion and Character lessons with the material of Believing in Allah's Books, students often experience difficulties in learning this knowledge. Difficulties faced by students in studying Islamic Religion and Character lessons with the material of Believing in Allah's Books. Based on the results of surveys and observations at SMPN 2 Dempet Demak, it was revealed that the main challenges faced by students regarding understanding the material "Understanding the Books of Allah" at school were due to several factors. One of them is the difficulty in capturing the essence of the material presented in books and presentation slides. The traditional teaching approach by teachers is also a major factor in reducing students' enthusiasm and motivation for learning. The increasingly varied use of media is a challenge for teachers in carrying out their duties as teachers in schools in order to achieve learning goals. The use of smartphones which are easy to carry, easy to access and affordable as a medium for learning will have a big impact on students. Klasifikasi Tumor Otak menggunakan Convolutional Neural Network dan Transfer Learning
Brain tumor is an uncontrolled growth of cells in the form of a mass or tissue within the brain, capable of producing both cancerous and non-cancerous symptoms. Brain tumors are part of a group of tumors involving the nervous system, including tumors in the spinal cord and peripheral nerves. It is not a common disease, and prompt intervention is necessary to receive timely medical treatment or appropriate therapy. This research aims to apply Deep Learning techniques in the automatic classification of brain tumors. In this study, a dataset of brain MRI images covering various types of brain tumors was used. The dataset consisted of 3264 MRI images with four classes: glioma, meningioma, pituitary, and no tumor, obtained from Kaggle.com. The system utilized a pre-trained CNN architecture, EfficientNet-B0, trained on the ImageNet dataset. In the Transfer Learning phase, fine-tuning was performed on the last layers of the CNN to adapt it to the brain tumor image dataset. The Convolutional Neural Network model was trained using MRI images to identify important features related to brain tumors. Subsequently, with Transfer Learning, the knowledge acquired by the pre-existing model was adopted and applied to a new dataset to enhance model performance. The application of Deep Learning techniques in the automatic classification of brain tumors provides significant benefits in medical practice. With this system, doctors and radiologists can obtain more effective assistance in diagnosis and treatment planning. The ability to automatically recognize brain tumors with high accuracy also enables the adoption of this technology in various medical facilities, thereby improving the accessibility of testing and treatment needed by patients. The results of this research demonstrate that the CNN and TL methods successfully achieved high performance, including an epoch accuracy of 0.9981 or 99%, a loss of 0.0061, and an evaluation with values generated by the confusion matrix showing high precision of 0.98 or 98%, recall of 0.98 or 98%, and an F1-score of 0.98 or 98%. This study illustrates the significant potential of implementing Deep Learning techniques, particularly CNN and TL, in the automatic classification of brain tumors. Advances in this field can contribute significantly to improving the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of brain tumor patients, accelerating efforts to address this complex disease
Analisis Pola Pembelian Makanan dan Minuman di Kedai Distrik Menggunakan Algoritma Fp-Growth
District Kedai is one of the many shops in Cirebon district, located on Jl. Raya Kalikoa, District. Kedawung, Cirebon Regency, West Java which operates in the food and beverage sector. Every day, sales transactions occur at the District Store. Sometimes consumers don't just buy one food or drink, but two or more foods or drinks in one transaction. Transaction recording is still limited to archives and has not been utilized, only left to accumulate by the District Store so that it does not provide information for the Store. Transaction data is also related to shopping patterns which can be used to determine the results of sales of goods in order to maximize sales to meet buyers' needs, therefore it is very important to know the purchasing patterns frequently made by Kedai District customers in order to develop strategies and increase sales. The aim of this research is to find out what the support and confidence values are to get an association to occur using the Association Rules method and the FP-Growth Algorithm. To find out consumer shopping patterns and find out how often item combinations appear in the sales data, the FP-Growth algorithm is an alternative algorithm that can be used to determine the data set that appears most often (frequent item set) in a data set. Therefore, this research will involve the process of collecting and processing data on food and drink purchase transactions that occurred at Kedai District during the period 1-31 October totaling 2,360 transactions. Next, the FP-Growth algorithm is used to identify purchasing patterns that have significant value and tend to repeat themselves. By conducting frequent itemsets using association rule techniques, and determining the support value and confident value to find out how often relationships appear between itemsets. Therefore, based on the final results obtained from this research, the relationship pattern generated from District Store transaction data with a minimum (support 0.7825) and (confidence 0.8) produces 1 rule. If a customer buys Grilled Sausage, they will buy Sate Suki with a support value of 0.161% and a confidence of 0.806%
Peran Aktif Akademik dalam Upaya Penanggulangan dan Pencegahan Stunting, Membangun Generasi Emas 2045 di Kelurahan Ngadirgo, Kec. Mijen Kota Semarang
Pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan salah satu bentuk kontribusi mahasiswa dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang ada di masyarakat salah satunya yaitu masalah terkait stunting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi angka kasus stunting di Kelurahan Ngadirgo, Kecamatan Mijen, Kota Semarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan studi lapangan. Program kerja yang dimiliki oleh tim KKN yaitu sosialisasi pencegahan stunting, Pembagian Makanan Tambahan (PMT) kepada anak yang terindikasi stunting, bimbingan belajar, jalan sehat dan urban farming. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui KKN kita dapat berkontribusi dalam upaya penurunan angka stunting serta mampu ikut serta dalam meningkatkan wawasan dari masyarakat setempat dalam mencegah stunting

research objectives of this study are, to analyze the influence of company size on auditor switching in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies in 2017-2021. Data analysis method using analysis statictics descriptive and analysis regression logistics. This research using 110 samples data company. results following, Company size has no effect on auditor switching food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies. Financial distress positive and significant effect on auditors switching in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies. THE ROLE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR BASED ON SPIRITUAL QUOTIENT AND SELF EFFICACY ON THE PERFORMANCE OF CV ALIANSYAH PATI EMPLOYEES
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of spiritual quotient and self-efficacy on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable. The population in this study were all CV employees. Aliansyah Pati was 105. Based on the results of distributing questionnaires to all employees, a sample size of 98 people was obtained. The analysis tool used is Partial Least Square.The research results show that the spiritual quotient and self-efficacy are able to bring about better changes in improving employee behavior to be willing to work extra towards their work. Spiritual quotient, self-efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior are also able to provide better changes in improving employee performance. Organizational citizenship behavior has been proven to be an intervening variable between spiritual quotient and employee performance. ANALISIS PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Bagi Sebagian besar karyawan tujuan akhir dari bekerja adalah kompensasi. Untuk itu kompensasi menjadi variable yang sangat kuat untuk mempengaruhi kinerjanya. Begitu pula dengan disiplin kerja yang dimana apabila seorang karyawan memiliki kedisiplinan yang baik maka tentunya ia akan mengikuti peraturan dengan baik pula dan berimbas pada kinerja karyawam tersebut. Analisis ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan rujukan bagi penelitian lanjutan pada masing-masing objek yang mungkin diteliti.

Analisis Penetapan Tarif Akomodasi Kamar Rawat Inap Dengan Menggunakan Activity Based Costing System Pada Badan Pelayanan Jasa Kesehatan
Abstrak
Activity Based Costing System (ABCS) merupakan suatu sistem kalkulasi biaya berdasarkan aktivitas dan produk yang diniai dapat mengukur secara cermat biaya-biaya yang keluar dari setiap aktivitas tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penilitian deskriptif yang dilakukan di Badan Pelayanan Jasa Kesehatan. Data yang digunakan meliputi jenis biaya, laporan besarnya tariff konsumsi makanan, laporan jumlah pasien, laporan lama pasien dan besarnya tenaga listrik (EPS), dan data pendukung lain seperti data luas masing tipe kamar, nama tipe kamar, fasilitas pelayanan dan penunjang layangan di Badan Pelayanan Jasa Kesehatan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan penentuan tarif jasa rawat inap per tipe kamar menggunakan metode Activity Based Costing System (ABCS) memberikan hasil yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan penentuan tarif yang dilakukan oleh Badan Pelayanan Jasa Kesehatan. Hal ini disebabkan adanya pembebanan biaya overhead pada masing- masing pproduk lebih rinci dengan menggunakan driver. Badan Pelayanan Jasa Kesehatan diharapkan mengganti sistem penentuan tarif tradisional dengan sistem Activity Based Costing System (ABCS) dalam menentukan tarif rawat inap karena informasi pada sistem ini lebih akurat untuk membantu manajemen dalam proses pengambilan keputusan tarif rawat inap.
