No full textThis thesis departs from the Diplomatic Crisis between Saudi Arabia and Qatar in 2017. In relation to the diplomatic crisis, it was explained that Qatar issued a Policy in the Diplomatic Crisis, and refused to fulfill the 13 demands given by Saudi Arabia and its allies. However, the policy issued by Qatar is inseparable from the encouraging factors. For this reason, this Thesis Writing aims to find out the Factors that encourage Qatar's Policy in the Diplomatic Crisis in 2017. The collected data is then analyzed and grouped based on existing research problems. No full textThis thesis aims to analyze Indonesia's foreign policy in the era of President Jokowi in resolving the humanitarian crisis in the Rohingya from 2014 to 2019. This research is based on the ethnic conflict that occurred in Myanmar, namely between the Rohingya ethnicity who is predominantly Muslim and the Rakhine ethnic Buddhist. does not recognize the population of the Rohingya minority living in Rakhine as citizens of Myanmar because they do not have a clear identity and are considered refugees. This problem has been going on for years because the problem is very complex. This research was written using qualitative descriptive writing techniques, and the data obtained were not directly from the object of the field research. Researchers get data from existing literature such as books, journals, articles, news. By using the perspective of Kegley and Wittkopf that in making foreign policy using the rational choice model, there are four steps that must be followed by policy makers, namely Problem Recognition and Definition, Goal Selection, Identification of Alternatives, and Choice. The result of this research is that the Government of Indonesia takes a decision which considers the costs and benefits of the national interest. No full textThis article presents the international cooperation between Regional Police of West Kalimantan and Polis Diraja Malaysia Kontinjen Sarawak (PDRM) in eradicating transnational crime in the border region. The purpose of this research is to know the reason or the driving factor of Regional Police of West Kalimantan estabilished close cooperation on cross-border crime eradication (transnational crime). Researcher found that cooperation for the eradication of transnational crime effected by increasing cross-border crime in the region of West Kalimantan had threatened the safety and order of society. Descriptive-qualitative research methods are used through library research and interviews (indepth interview). From the results of the analysis using the theory of international cooperation K.J. Holsti there are internal factors and ekternal are (1) to enhance the capacity of law enforcement agencies, (2) avoiding the transfer of the burden and responsibility, (3) meet the needs of the exchange of information and handling in konprehensif, (4) Recognizing that transnational crime is a form of shared security threats, (5) the issue of transnational crime has already threatened the safety and order of society, stability and security of the State, (6) combat entry of transnational crime by road area of the border. Through this partnership, Regional Police of West Kalimantan continue to increase prevention efforts and commitment to the eradication of transnational crime in the region of his authority

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi kepuasan kerja karyawan toko bangunan dengan perangkat lunak fuzzy logic metode Sugeno. Penelitian ini mempergunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang akan memaparkan prediksi kepuasan karyawan menggunakan fuzzy logic metode Sugeno. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Analisis data fuzzy logic metode Sugeno menggunakan tools matlab. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa melalui fuzzy logic metode Sugeno dengan menggunakan matlab dapat diprediksi kepuasan karyawan dengan menggunakan kriteria gaji, kenyamanan, dan waktu istirahat. Â Â Penggunaan perangkat lunak ini dapat dijadikan sebagai prediksi apakah karyawan yang bekerja di toko bangunan senang atau tidak senang dengan pekerjaannya.Â

No full textTeknik penyambungan ini merupakan salah satu teknik penambalan terhadap benda kerja khususnya material berbahan komposit. Pada penelitian ini material yang digunakan ialah bumper mobil dan spakbor sepeda motor dengan bahan dasar dari fiberglass dan plastik. Fiberglass yang digunakan yaitu type E-Glass, C-Glass, S-Glass. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Balai Latihan Kerja Surabaya yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara penyambungan dan kekuatan sambungan bumper mobil dan spakbor sepeda motor yang sudah patah/rusak dengan menggunakan metode penambalan (Patching) pada bahan atau material komposit bermatrik polimer / Polymer Matrix Composite dan menganalisa hasil uji bending pada material komposit bermatriks polimer serta mengetahui komposisi teroptimum antara matrik dan penguatnya untuk dapat disambung secara Patching pada bahan atau material komposit bermatrik polimer / Polymer Matrix Composite dan material mana yang memiliki hasil uji bending tertinggi. Berdasarkan uji bending yang dilakukan, menunjukkan hasil kekuatan tertinggi didapatkan dari bahan spakbor sepeda motor yang berbahan fiberglass dengan penambal fiberglass dan resin polyester
Rancang Bangun Internet of Things (IoT) Monitoring Aquascape Berbasis Android
No full textAquascape merupakan seni dalam mengatur tanaman air, batu, dan kayu didalam aquarium sehingga memberikan efek seperti kebun dibawah air. Tanaman aquascape membutuhkan pupuk, cahaya, dan suhu yang cukup untuk kelangsungan hidup dari tanaman. Dalam hal tersebut perlu ada pengawasan agar tanaman dapat tumbuh sempurna dan tidak terjadi masalah. Berdasarkan hal ini menjadi pertimbangan untuk mengembangkan perangkat IoT berbasis aplikasi Android guna untuk memonitor dan mengkontrol cahaya, suhu, dan pemberian pupuk cair kedalam aquascape. Dalam pengembangan digunakan metode Research & Development yaitu metode untuk membuat suatu produk atau mengembangkan produk yang sudah jadi dan menguji keefektifannya. Alat yang digunakan yaitu NodeMcu ESP8266 sebagai mikrokontroler, sensor DS18B20 untuk mengukur suhu yang ada didalam aquascape, sensor TDS Meter untuk mengukur kadar TDS pada aquarium, serta digunakan Firebase Realtime Database untuk menyimpan dan penghubung data antara alat dan aplikasi android yang dikembangkan. Pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox dengan melakukan perbandingan dengan alat yang umum digunakan. Get PDFAbstrakPembelajaran pada saat ini menemui banyak tantangan baru, dimana proses belajar mengajar tidak lagi hanya berbasis pada satu sisi, tetapi dibutuhkan beberapa cara untuk dapat memenuhi capaian pembelajaran yang telah ditetapkan sesuai dengan standar universitas, dan lebih penting lagi adalah harus dapat memenuhi standard internasional agar dapat bersaing secara global. Pada penelitian ini, fokus kami adalah bagaimana menerapakan board game pada proses belajar dan tentunya hal ini sudah pernah dilakukan simulasi untuk dapat mengetahui apakah proses ini dapat berhasil atau tidak. Lebih jauh lagi, penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan dari penelitian sebelumnya yang berjudul Activity Design Using Innovation Profiling in Appreciative Learning Serious Game of Indonesian Pronunciation, yang telah dipublikasikan di IEEE international conference. Pada penelitian ini, kami akan berfokus pada bagaimana board game merupakan salah satu solusi untuk dapat meningkatkan kreativitas, analisis dan kemampuan komunikasi yang lebih efektif. Hal ini terjadi karena pada proses belajar mengajar masih ditemui kendala seperti belum tercapaian sasaran yang seharusnya dan masih belum meningkatkan kemampuan analisis sepenuhnya, serta minat atau motivasi yang masih belum dapat dibangkitkan sepenuhnya. Metode yang kami gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah innovation profiling yang terdiri dari empat kategori dan tujuh profil penting yang dapat menghasilkan sebuah framework board game profiling untuk proses belajar mengajar.Â

In this study discusses the concept provisions for billing fees for murabahah financing contracts in the compilation of sharia economic law and what are the rules for billing fees for murabahah financing contracts according to the maqashid sharia perspective. The method used in researching this issue is a type of library research. In this study, it is necessary for the authors to focus on the application of the compilation of Islamic economic law related to billing costs in murabaha contracts. From the results of the author's research on the provisions in Article 28 Paragraph (1) of the compilation of sharia economic law which reads that a valid contract is a contract that fulfills the pillars and conditions and if the obligation to pay the billing fee itself is not regulated, therefore, it may appear in later the billing fee with larger numbers, if this level of need is not met it will threaten human safety, so that the billing fee is not calculated clearly and is even greater than the profit margin of the contract, so the billing fee is not valid. PENGARUH PEMBERIAN DOSIS PUPUK ORGANIK PADAT TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASILTANAMAN SAWI (Brassica juncea L.)
Get PDFPenelitan dilaksanakan untuk mendapatkan pengaruh pemberian berbagai dosis pupuk organik terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman sawi (Brassica juncea L.) . Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Kalangkangan Kecamatan Galang Kabupaten Tolitoli Propinsi Sulawesi Tengah, di mulai dari Bulan Agustus sampai dengan November 2019 dengan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok ( RAK ) dengan 6 perlakuan yang terdiri atas P0 (kontrol), P1 (5 ton/ha), P2 (7,5 ton/ha), P3 (10 ton/ha), P4 (12,5 ton/ha), P5 (15 ton/ha). Masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak tiga kali sehingga terdapat 15 petak penelitian. apabila hasil sidik ragam menunjukkan adanya pengaruh perlakuan nyata maka dilakukan uji lanjut dengan menggunakan uji beda nyata jujur ( BNJ ) taraf 5%. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pupuk organik 15 ton/ha memberikan pengaruh yang baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi baik pada pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman 2,19 cm, jumlah daun 6,63 heli dan berat berangkasan tanaman 7,73kg.Kata kunci : Tanaman Sawi (Brassica juncea L.), Pupuk Organi
