No full textPříspěvek se zabývá problematikou tvorby objízdných tras uzavírek pozemních komunikací ve městech. Při výběru objízdných tras uzavírek je třeba zachovat co nejvyšší možnou kvalitu dopravní obslužnosti daného území. S ohledem na specifika území je možné volit trasy různé trasy. Je nutné vzít v úvahu různá omezení na silniční síti, jako např. mosty, křižovatky, celkovou hmotnost vozidla, průjezdný profil. Při řešení objízdných tras uzavírek je možné použít metody operačního výzkumu. Jedním z důležitých kritérií výběru vhodné objízdné trasy uzavírky je kapacita vybrané objízdné trasy.The paper deals with problems of alternate roads creation in the cities. It is necessary to save for the highest quality of transport services. It is possible to choose different alternate roads with respect to urban area specificity. It is necessary to consider capacity reductions – for example bridges, street crossings. It is possible to use methods of operation research at alternate roads creation. No full textThe submitted contribution deals with education of the Czech minority in Romania. The article monitors the period when the first Czech colonists came to Romanian Banat concentrating on their struggle for enlightment and improving the school system up to the establishment of first Czech schools. It aims to show the legal background of Czech school system in Romania. The contribution also deals with the problems that the author processed for the collection of papers about the role of Czech schools abroad (with regard to the former Eastern block).The submitted contribution deals with education of the Czech minority in Romania. No full textPříspěvek se zabývá problematikou dopravních sítí v železniční a silniční dopravě.Přibližuje zásadu EU z hlediska zpoplatňování uživatelů infrastruktury, která musí zahrnovat nejen infrastrukturální náklady, ale postupem času i náklady externí. Seznamuje s daněmi a poplatky specifickými pro dopravu v EU a v ČR, které zahrnují daň z vozidel, daň z minerálních olejů, uživatelské poplatky včetně mýtného.Dále přibližuje výkonové zpoplatňování železniční dopravní infrastruktury v ČR. Výše zpoplatnění dopravní infrastruktury, silniční daně a jejich slevy stejně tak jako daně z minerálních olejů ovlivní nejenom silniční dopravu, železniční dopravu, ale rovněž i rozvoj kombinované dopravy.The paper analysis the interaction the transport infrastructure toll and the pickaback transport expansion.
