Handwritten note under the photo (same as 178C114.187), ""At Lyons, Cote d'Or, France, 1879. Note height of tent; quarter poles for side poles, providing more seating. Band Carriage, King's and Queens Tableaux, with the company and family in front, Sandy on top of King's Tableau. A month's business to capacity-two shows daily."" Please note this is possibly the same photo as used in 178C114.182
