Peran Mediasi Citra Kuliner pada Pengaruh E-WOM terhadap Niat Beli Wisatawan pada Produk Kuliner UMKM di Ubud, Gianyar, Bali
Get PDFPermasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM di Ubud terkait dengan ketergantungan pada E-WOM dalam mempromosikan produk mereka tanpa strategi yang memadai, sehingga penting untuk memahami bagaimana citra kuliner dapat mengoptimalkan potensi pemasaran digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) terhadap niat beli wisatawan pada produk kuliner Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Ubud, Gianyar, Bali, dengan citra kuliner sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 80 wisatawan yang mengunjungi Ubud. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa E-WOM memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap citra kuliner dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.822, t statistik sebesar 18.161, dan p-value sebesar 0.000. Selain itu, E-WOM juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap niat beli wisatawan dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.223, t statistik sebesar 9.776, dan p-value sebesar 0.011. Citra kuliner ditemukan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap niat beli wisatawan dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.725, t statistik sebesar 2.033, dan p-value sebesar 0.000. Citra kuliner berperan sebagai pemediasi parsial dalam hubungan antara E-WOM dan niat beli, dengan nilai VAF sebesar 72,7% dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0.596, t statistik-9.034 dan p value 0.000. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya citra kuliner dalam memediasi pengaruh E-WOM terhadap niat beli wisatawan. Pengelola UMKM di Ubud disarankan untuk lebih fokus membangun citra kuliner serta memanfaatkan platform digital secara optimal. Implikasi praktis dari hasil penelitian ini adalah perlunya strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif, serta kolaborasi dengan stakeholders kuliner untuk membangun citra positif produk kuliner lokal.

No full textEvaluasi pembelajaran mufradat sangat penting bagi guru karena dapat membantu dalam menilai ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran dan kemampuan berbahasa Arab siswa. Evaluasi ini juga bertujuan untuk mengawasi mutu pendidikan secara nasional sebagai bentuk akuntabilitas penyelenggara pendidikan. Namun demikian, pembelajaran mufradat di sekolah masih menghadapi beberapa kendala, seperti penggunaan pendekatan konvensional yang kurang efektif. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan situasional dianggap sebagai alternatif yang potensial karena dapat memungkinkan siswa memahami dan menggunakan mufradat dalam konteks kehidupan nyata, sehingga meningkatkan keterampilan berbahasa mereka secara alamiah dan kontekstual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pembelajaran mufradat yang menerapkan pendekatan situasional di SDIT Alam Talago. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan situasional efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman, keterampilan komunikasi, dan motivasi siswa dalam belajar bahasa Arab. Dalam merancang situasi pembelajaran yang relevan, guru perlu memiliki kreativitas yang tinggi dan memerlukan waktu tambahan untuk perencanaan dan pengembangan materi. Evaluasi pembelajaran melalui metode tes dan non-tes dapat membantu dalam mengukur kemampuan siswa dalam menerapkan mufradat dalam situasi nyata. Tujuan penelitian adalah Menganalisis peran guru Agama Islam dalam membangun kecerdasan emosional (EQ) pada anak sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini tergolong kedalam penelitian pustaka (library research) yaitu ringkasan yang didapatkan dari suatu sumber bacaan yang berkaitan dengan bahasan penelitian. Dalam hal ini sumber bacaan yang berkaitan dengan upaya guru agama Islam dalam membangun kecerdasan emosional (EQ) pada anak sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran yang bisa digunakan dalam upaya membangun kecerdasan emosional peserta didik terdiri dari metode pokok dan metode pelengkap. Metode pokok adalah bermain karena bermain merupakan bagian kehidupan anak, dimana dengan bermain disadari atau tidak anak mempelajari banyak hal. Implementation of Profit Sharing System for Shrimp Farmers in Improving Welfare (Case Study in Anggana District, Muara Pantuan Village, Genting, Kutai Kartanegara)
Get PDFThe pond management system in Anggana District, Muara Pantuan Village, generally uses a profit-sharing system (mudharabah), where pond workers do not have their own land and work for the pond owner. All management costs are borne by the owner, with a trust-based cooperation without a time limit. This study aims to understand the implementation of the profit-sharing system between workers and pond owners and assess its impact on the welfare of both parties. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The sample consisted of 9 respondents, namely 3 pond owners and 6 pond workers. The results of the study showed that the mudharabah system was implemented verbally, where pond owners handed over their ponds to workers to manage, while all costs remained the responsibility of the owner. This system is in accordance with the principles of muamalah in Islam and has been proven to provide significant benefits, including improving the welfare of workers and pond owners in meeting their living needs, education, and housing
Small Group Discussion Method in Forming Students' Collaboration and Creativity Competencies
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the implementation of Small Group Discussion in developing students' collaboration and creativity competencies, as well as to identify obstacles and effective strategies that can support the success of this method. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with field research methods. This approach was chosen to deeply understand the implementation of Small Group Discussion in developing students' collaboration and creativity competencies. The results of this study indicate that the Small Group Discussion Method at SMPN 1 VII Koto Sungai Sariak has great potential in developing students' Collaboration and Creativity competencies, although it still faces challenges such as the dominance of certain students, lack of self-confidence, and limited time and resources. More specific and structured planning is needed to maximize student engagement, while implementation shows increased collaboration in sharing tasks and providing feedback, although contributions within the group are still uneven. Students' creativity begins to develop through original ideas, but the elaboration of ideas requires technical support such as brainstorming and technology. Evaluation with assessment rubrics and joint reflection helps identify students' strengths and weaknesses. With intensive guidance, fair task-sharing strategies, and technology integration, this method can be optimized to create more collaborative and creative learning
The Effectiveness of Semiotic Innovation on Learning the Al-Gharibah Verse in Increasing Understanding of Tahsin in Koto Kampar Hulu District
Get PDFThis study aims to explore the implementation and impact of innovative semiotic strategies in learning Al-Gharibah verses in tahsin in Koto Kampar Hulu District. Al-Gharibah verses, which are linguistically complex and rich in symbolic meaning, demand a more in-depth and innovative approach to improve students' understanding of the Qur'anic text. Koto Kampar Hulu District was chosen as the research location because it has a strong community background in Islamic values and religious education as an integral part of everyday life. This study uses a qualitative approach with a focus on case studies. Data collection methods include participant observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis related to the curriculum and teaching materials. The results showed that the implementation of innovative semiotic strategies significantly improved teachers' understanding of Al-Gharibah verses. Teachers became more able to associate signs with the meanings they represent and interpret the symbolic context of the verses more deeply. In addition, this approach also increased students' motivation and interest in learning the Qur'anic text, making learning more relevant and interesting for them. This study highlights the importance of integrating educational technology, such as the Tahsin Mubarismani application, as a supporting tool in facilitating the learning of the Al-Gharibah verse. The implications of this study include recommendations for the development of a more in-depth curriculum in incorporating a semiotic approach, ongoing training for teachers, and strengthening collaboration between schools, communities, and related parties to support the sustainability of the implementation of this strategy in religious education

The challenge of digital transformation is the hope of print media to be able to maintain revenue amidst the decline in newspaper print circulation. Kontan as one of the print media in Indonesia is also not immune from digital transformation and media convergence by launching the Kontan Application as a super app for Kontan news. The presence of the Kontan Application is expected to increase the number of readers and revenue of Kontan in the long term. This study aims to prove and analyze the influenceApplication Quality, Promotion and Brand awareness towards the decision to download the Kontan application either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research with primary data sources through questionnaires as the data collection method.The population in this study was 979 Kontan application customers who had subscribed for at least 1 month.Sampling using probability sampling technique with the following types:simple random sampling,The research sample was taken as many as 100 customers. The questionnaire in this study used a 5-point Likert scale, was created using surveymonkey.com, and distributed online via email blast. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing used the t-test and F-test. The conclusion that can be drawn in this study is thatApplication quality has a positive and significant effect on the decision to download. Islamic Educational Values in the Mambubur Asura Tradition in Landasan Ulin Tengah Sub-District, RT 01, Banjarbaru City
Get PDFIndonesia has a diverse cultural wealth, including Islamic traditions that are acculturated with local wisdom. This study examines the values of Islamic education in the mambubur asura tradition in Landasan Ulin Tengah Village, RT 01, Banjarbaru City, which is held every 10 Muharram. Qualitative research methods with a field approach were used to understand the meaning behind this tradition. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that this tradition contains educational values of faith, sharia, and morals, such as strengthening faith, praying together, mutual cooperation, and giving alms. Implementation factors include the purpose of commemorating 10 Muharram, the motivation of the Muslim community, and the existence of supporting facilities. This tradition also serves as a medium for learning Islamic values and strengthening community ties. Although the pandemic had stopped this tradition in 2021, it was implemented again in 2022 with the spirit of maintaining local Islamic culture

Get PDFThe repression of female sexuality by the patriarchal system hinders women in recognising and expressing their sexuality fully. In response to this, Luce Irigaray emphasises the importance of creating a ‘female language’ that originates from the experiences of women's bodies and sexuality. This study analyses the construction of sexuality and female language in two novels, namely Larung by Ayu Utami (Indonesia) and Banat Al-Riyadh by Rajaa Alsanea (Saudi Arabia), which critically break the taboo of sexuality through the representation of female protagonists from different backgrounds. The research methods used were descriptive qualitative and comparative American approaches. The results show that Larung depicts sexuality as an autonomous right of women to enjoy and explore their sexuality freely and independently of patriarchal norms. The language of women in this novel uses metaphors that affirm women's subjectivity in sexual relationships. Meanwhile, sexuality in Banat Al-Riyadh is reduced to a mere form of service in marriage, and the language used by women displays subtle resistance and awareness stemming from wounds and trauma as victims in sexual relationships
The Application Of Outdoor Learning Method To Improve Nineth Grade Students' Arabic Speech Skills At Ponpes Darul Ulum Indragiri
No full textThis study investigates the effectiveness of the outdoor learning method in enhancing Arabic speaking skills among 11th-grade students at Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Indragiri. Employing a one-group pretest-posttest experimental design, 12 students were assessed using structured tests before and after receiving treatment through four sessions of outdoor learning activities. Data were analyzed quantitatively using SPSS 27.0. Results show a significant improvement in students' speaking skills, with average scores rising from 62.77 (pre-test) to 93.33 (post-test). The paired sample t-test yielded a significance value of 0.000, confirming that the method effectively improves speaking performance. The outdoor setting increased student engagement and provided a contextual environment conducive to practicing Arabic in real-life scenarios. This method not only improved vocabulary recall but also boosted student confidence and participation. Findings support the integration of outdoor learning into Arabic language instruction, particularly in environments that demand higher student interaction. Future research should involve a larger population and longer duration to validate the long-term impact of this method
