TRUTHSCAN-A COMPUTERIZED INSTRUMENT FOR CREDIBILITY ASSESSMENT: Initial Field Testing Data For New Exculpatory Verification of Veracity Technology
In Tansey,1 the results of an initial field study as to the efficacy ofTruthScan, a fully automated computerized instrument for credibility assessment, implemented on a NeXT computer running under Unix, were published. TruthScan's code has been rewritten and expanded under MSDOS enabling it to run on a portable computer. In this, it again utilizes standardized, computer delivered auditory stimuli, and the identical computer-scoring algorithm for picking "truth" as found in TruthScan's initial field-testing running under Unix. In the current MSDOS implementation, T ruthScan then computed four separate numeric verification indexes in the same manner as T ansey.l Two numeric verification indexes were computed for males. A numeric verification index was computed based on a commonly held "truthful" brainwave signature as well as a numeric verification index based on a commonly held "falsehood" brainwave signature (n ::: 10). Two numeric verification indexes were computed for females. A numeric verification index was computed based on a commonly held "truthful" brainwave signature as well as a numenc verification index based on a commonly held "falsehood" brainwave signature (n 10)
THOUGHT AND MIND AS THE PROJECTION OF MENTAHOLOMORPHIC FIELDS BY THE BRAIN: A PROPOSED MECHANISM
This paper proposes a new understanding of the relationship between brain, mind and other biofields based on the emergent properties of the brain's parallel structure, which create a brain "laser." Several thalamocortical rhythms, including a 40 cycle per second oscillation associated with event scanning and a faster EEG rhythm found in healers and others. are hypothesized to give rise to coherent electromagnetic radiation, as well as multifaceted coherent radiation in the additional dimensions posited by string theory. These rhythms cause repetitive excitation of the sugar/protein coatings of the parallel axons of the thalamocortical columns. The synchronous excitation of these glycocalyxes of the parallel columns will cause similar chemical bonds to resonate and entrain one another, giving rise to coherent radiation. This electromagnetic/multifaceted radiation forms highly complex interference patterns (termed "mentaholomorphic fields~) when they interact with each other and the elecuomagnetic/multifaceted activity in the cortical layers. The resulting mentaholomorphic fields may be related to thought, mind and particular states of consciousness
REDUCTION OF FREE RADICALS FOR HEALTH ENHANCEMENT
Daily intake of fruits and vegetables by Americans is lower than recommended for optimal health. To date, fruit and vegetable intake has been the only dietary method for reducing free radicals. Free radical reduction is a key to improvement in health and longevity. In an Institutional Review Board (IRB) approved study, free radical production was decreased in 80% of 36 test subjects who ingested 2 oz daily of fruit concentrate, Mistica®
INVESTIGATING THE IMPACT OF INTEGRATED AWARENESS® WITH BREAST CANCER PARTICIPANTS
Because hreast cancer is a leading cause of death, it has received increased attention by researchers during the past two decades. More recent work has focused on quality-of-life questions as well as complimentary approaches to working with patients. One such approach, Integrated Awareness®, was investigated with a small group of randomly assigned hreast cancer patients who also continued their regular medical treatment. Using several self-report instruments and an energy field instrument, differences were found between the treatment and control groups. Support was found from both the self-report instruments and the energy field assessment for the hypotheses and provides some evidence for further investigations hoth of this approach and related issues with hreast cancer
