The Effect Referral Barriers to Barriers Delay in Perinatal Mortality in Karawang
Perinatal mortality is the biggest contributor to the death of infant mortality. Most of the causes of perinatal mortality can be prevented that the factors of patients, health professionals, referral and availability of health care facilities. Obstacles in the references often found in the delay in recognizing the danger, decision-making by women because it is influenced cultural issues, difficulty gaining access to health services because of problems with the distance. Karawang regency is part of West Java Province perinatal death must be completed. The purpose of this study is the referral process constraints that caused the delay referral perinatal mortality in Karawang. The study design using the sequential explanatory mixed method. Quantitative data were taken through Perinatal Maternal Audit document was tested with Fisher Exact, whereas qualitative research conducted by Focus Group Discussion and interview. The Opportunity Implementation HIV Prevention Infection Program from Mother to Child in Bali
Women infected with HIV can transmit HIV from mother to child during pregnancy, childbirth and lactation. Implementation of programs to prevent HIV transmission from mother to child (PPIA) in Bangli not been implemented optimally. The study was conducted to determine the chances of program implementation PPIA, faced viewed from the perspective of users and service providers. The study is a qualitative case study approach. Collecting data with in-depth interviews using interview guide to users and service providers. Informants were selected purposively as many as 18 people of 10 pregnant women, two counselors, two laboratory workers, 2 heads of health centers, 1 holder of program P2, and 1 Sekretais KPA Bangli regency. Data collection was conducted April-May 2016 in Puskesmas Losses Tembuku I and II health center in Bangli regency. Analysis of data using thematic analysis. Opportunities from service users say that husbands and health professionals strongly support pregnant women to take the test. Factors Related To The Occurrence Of Diarrhea In Children In River Village Lala Work Area Health Lala River District Indragiri Hulu
Diarrheal disease is a leading cause of death in children under five,There are several factors that cause diarrhea one's behavior. Based on data from 18 health centers in Indragiri Hulu in 2016, one of the health centers with the highest incidence of diarrhea was obtained 110 health centers Lala River toddler has diarrhea of ​​a total of 419 infants with the highest cases in Sungai Lala there were 36 cases. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the incidence of diarrhea in infants in Sungai Lala Lala River Region Public Health Center Indragiri Hulu. This type of quantitative research with cross sectional approach.The study was conducted in Sungai Lala,Mechanical sampling total sampling,Samples of this study amounted to 57 respondents. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate.The results showed 70.2% children did not experience diarrhea, as many as 80.7% were exclusively breastfed, the majority of the use of a bottle of milk for infants was 66.7%, more mothers who have poor hand washing habits 40.4% and the majority of clean water is contaminated with 68.4% of respondents. The results of chi square test found no relation of exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.068) and using contaminated water (p = 0.481) and the incidence of diarrhea in infants. An association use of the bottle (p = 0.019) and handwashing (p = 0.006) and the incidence of diarrhea in infants. It is expected that the mother to be able to maintain the cleanliness of hands before touching food or before feeding infants and use hygienic milk bottles to prevent diarrhea in infants
The pH and Total Suspended Solid with Poly Alumunium Chloride (PAC) and Alumunium Sulfate in Leachate
Leachate water is a liquid containing waste degradation results from polluters. PAC and Aluminum Sulfate coagulant is a big molecular weight that are able to form larger clumps form flok. The purpose of the study to see the difference a lower pH and TSS using PAC and Aluminum Sulfate in water leachate. This research is a true experiment and method using Random Design complete (RAL) with six repetitions. The sample consists of the control group (C) and treatment group (T1, T2, T3). Coagulation-Flocculation is carried out using a PAC and Aluminum Sulfate with dose 1600 mg/L (T1), 2600 mg/L (T2), and 3600 mg/L (T3) for 76 minutes. Each sample is mixed with leachate is one liter and stirred by jar test with a speed of 400 rpm for one minute (stirring quickly) and 150 rpm for 15 minutes (stirring slowly), then it only 60 minutes. After that, the results were compared with a control group. The data were analyzed using kruskal-wallis test. The results showed that Aluminum Sulfate is more effective than PAC in lowering the pH and TS
Analysis of Medical Record Complete Flexibility to Complete Claims of Health BPJS RS Baptis Kota Batu
The completeness of the inpatient medical record file is one of the requirements of BPJS claims that will affect BPJS claim settlement process. This study aims to determine the relation of the completeness of the medical record file to the settlement of BPJS hospitalization claim at Baptist Hospital Batu City. The research method used the type of Descriptive Analytic and Random Sampling data collection with sampling technique that is Random Sampling and obtained sample of 191 data of Inpatient Patient. By using the Co-efficient Controvency test. The results of the study showed that the level of completeness of the medical records records were 161 (84.3%) and 30 (15.7%) incomplete medical record files, the claimed claims level of 161 (84.3%) and 30 (15,7%) file has pending claims. Based on the result of statistical test of coefficient of contigency there is influence of file beam to settlement of claim = 0,000 <α (0,05)), then reject H0. It is necessary to have the policy of the doctor in charge of each installation, it is necessary to socialize to the doctor of DPJP to better understand the importance of medical record usage and improve the coordination and communication between the nurse and doctor DPJP

All of these complaints is an indication that the pregnant women are suffering from anemia during pregnancy. A state of the decreasing levels of hemoglobin, hematocrit, and erythrocyte below normal value. The purpose of this study is the knowledge level of anemia in pregnant women PHC Mrican Kediri. The design / design of this study is a qualitative descriptive study conducted on May 9-14, 2014. The study population of pregnant women at health centers 81 Mrican Kediri. This study using purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 55 respondents pregnant women. Retrieving data using questionnaires. Data processing includes editing, coding, scoring, tabulating and analyzed. The study, of 55 respondents about their level of knowledge about anemia of pregnant women in the realm know (C1) mostly quite as many as 31 respondents (56.4%) and understanding (C2) quite as many as 31 respondents (56.4%), as well as applied (C3) are largely quite as many as 32 respondents (58.2%). Based on the results of this study concluded that the level of knowledge of pregnant women about the anemia is enough. Health Education terhadap Kemampuan Ibu Melakukan Toilet Training pada Anak Toddler di Posyandu Kemuning Desa Karangsono Kecamatan Loceret Kabupaten Nganjuk
The mother's ability to perform toilet training on toddlers is greatly influenced by her knowledge about toilet training. Improving the mother's knowledge about toilet training can be done through health education activities. The purpose of this study was to influence analysis health education on the ability of mothers to carry out toilet training on toddlers at the Kemuning Integrated Health Post, Karangsono Village, Loceret District, Nganjuk Regency. The design of this research is analytical observational with one group pre-post test approach. The population of this study was all mothers of toddlers at the Kemuning Integrated Health Post, Karangsono Village, Loceret District, Nganjuk Regency, totaling 40 mothers. The sample size obtained was 35 respondents. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique.Data analysis using Wilcoxon test calculations at the α = 0.05 level. The results of the study showed that Most of the respondents at Posyandu Kemuning had the ability to do toilet training before health education at a low level, namely 25 mothers (71.4%). Most of the respondents at Posyandu Kemuning had the ability to do toilet training after health education at a moderate level, namely 23 mothers (65.7%). There is influence health education on the ability of mothers to toilet train toddlers at Posyandu Kemuning. This is proven by the p-value = 0.000 < α (0.05) so that the research hypothesis is accepted
The Difference Of The Results Of Tests To Diagnose VCT Counselor ln The Examination Of HIV In Public Health Office Turen
A person's HIV-positive status can only be proven by a voluntary blood test conducted by VCT (Voluntary Counseling and Testing). Communities can only know if PLWHA discloses HIV positive status to counselor with confidentiality. VCT is a major component in HIV / AIDS prevention programs, will now VCT has not been a great strategy in developing countries including Indonesia in particular. Voluntary enthusiasm factors have been the determinants of the current low VCT visits, and the diversity of results to diagnose HIV-infected HIV-AIDS is still “tabu†and disgrace of condemnation by society is also one of the supporting factors. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in the conformity of the results of the examination of counselors in VCT examination to diagnose HIV. The research design uses categorical comparative analysis with sampling technique using purposive sampling. The number of research subjects consisted of 4 counselors who were in Puskesmas Turen. The results of the study by comparing the results of interviews and observations between VCT counselors. Based on the test results with Kappa test, the value of Kappa coefficient = 0.39 means that the agreement observed by the counselor between 39% between the perfect agreement. The conclusion in this research is the suitability of kappa test result among VCT counselor examination. The nursing implication in this research is that counselors are expected to verify data verification and validation of other counselor checkers to ensure a predetermined HIV diagnosis
The Relationship Service Quality To The Satisfaction Of Mandiri In health Health Insurance Users Visited To Kediri Service Office
Service quality can mean a simple way to achieve desired goals in the most efficient and effective way, with an emphasis on satisfying the consumer. By knowing the level of customer satisfaction, health insurance can improve service quality. This study aims to determine the relationship of service quality to the satisfaction of health insurance users of Inhealth Mandiri who visited the Kediri Service Office. The method of this research is analytic correlation with cross sectional model. The population used by all Mandiri Inhealth health insurance users visited Kediri Kediri Service Office on average in May, June, July 2017. The sampling technique used simple random sampling of 68 respondents. The independent variable of service quality and dependent variable is the satisfaction of health insurance user of Mandiri Inhealth who visited Kediri Service Office. Technique of collecting data using questioner then in test with rank spearman with significant level 5%. The results showed that most respondents (60%) said the quality of good service as many as 41 people and got the majority of respondents (56%) satisfaction level is very satisfied sebnyak 38 people. Based on spearman rank test, the value of r (0,000) <α (0,05) hence Ho's denotes that there is relation to the satisfaction of health insurance user of Mandiri Inhealth who visited Kediri Service Office. Better to maintain and improve the quality of service so that the health insurance user is very satisfied with the quality of service that has been provided by regularly evaluating the quality of service and the returning customer will be given a checklist of the services provided
The Influence Of Service Quality Perseption Toward Inpatient Satisfaction At Mayjen H.A Thalib Hospital Kerinci 2016
In the global era, that becomes indicators of succcess of health service is a inpatient satisfaction. Patient will fell satisfied if they gain the health service more than their hope. There are five indicators of inpatient satisfaction are reliability, tangibles, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty. This research was the quantitative reserch with design cross sectional that has towards to know the influence of service quality perseption with inpatient satisfaction at Mayjen H.A Thalib Hospital Kerinci. Sample technique was propotional sampling, the samples were 95 respondens. Data were tested by chi-square test.The result was the patient felt satisfied with the servis health that given from Mayjen H.A Thalib Hospital Kerinci, and there were influence between perseption of service quality dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance andemphaty toward inpatient satisfaction with the p-value 0.000, in addition there was no influence between perseption of service quality dimension of tangible with the p-value 0.647. Researcher hope that the hospital can set the schedule to medicinal treatment, with the result that the patient will not wait too long
