Moving on from that, thewriter tries to make a payment transaction application programs that areexpected to simplify and accelerate the total processing of payment transactionsand enables the user application programs to provide information on the resultsof payment transactions to his superiors. Data penelitian merupakan data primer, dengankuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Kuesioner disebarkan ke konsumen toko ritelmodern di Jabodetabek. Hipotesis yang diuji adalah persepsi akan toko ritel modernmemengaruhi pengalaman berbelanja dalam toko ritel yang sama. Hipotesis diujimenggunakan model persamaan struktural. Perangkat lunak Lisrel digunakan sebagaialat analisis data.
