Penulismembantu membangun jaringan intranet pada Mandala travel mengunakanwindows 2000 server dan web server apache. Pada saat ini mandala travel dalammelakukan pelayanan penjualan tiket pesawat masih menggunakan carakonvensional, seperti melalui telepon. Sehingga laporan penjualan masihdisampaikan berdasarkan laporan oleh masing-masing petugas. Dalammenyelesaikan penulisan ini, Penulis membantu membangun jaringan LAN danmerealisasikan jaringan intranet pada Mandala travel, untuk membantu petugasdalam melayani penjualan tiket pesawat. Dalam penulisan ini, penulismengkoneksikan IP local dengan IP Publik 118.137.53.79 yang di perolehsetelah mendaftar dan berlangganan dengan Internet Service Provider (ISP)Fastnet dengan menggunakan Windows 2000 Server. Kebutuhan akan informasimerupakan hal yang sangat penting, terutama dalam dunia bisnis seperti agenpenjualan tiket pesawat.
