No full textPada penulisan yang saya buat dengan judul Perancangan Alat Pengukur SuhuRuangan Dengan Sensor Suhu LM35 Menggunakan Mikrokontroller AT89S51membahas perancangan sistem akuisisi data suhu yang menggunakankomponenkomponen dasar berupa sebuah sensor suhu ADC, MikrokontrolerAT89S51 dan Seven Segment sebagai fasilitas penampil. Sistem akuisisi datasuhu menjadi satu hal yang sangat penting dalam kegiatan perindustrian, karenamerupakan sebagian kecil dari sebuah proses kontrol. Berkenaan denganpentingnya sistem, maka dilakukan perancangan sistem akusisi data suhu yangmampu melakukan kegiatan monitoring suhu suatu plant. Data yang akan diukurmerupakan sebuah besaran fisis temperature sehingga untuk dapat diolah danditampilkan dalam bentuk sistem elektris digunakan sensor suhu LM35 yangmampu mengkonversi besaran tersebut dengan kenaikan 1 0mV/ºC. Untuk dapatmerancang sistem maka pertama kali dilakukan proses mengubah suhu menjaditegangan analog menggunakan sensor suhu LM35. Setelah melalui prosespengkondisian sinyal dengan cara dikuatkan, tegangan analog diubah menjadidata digital menggunakan ADC 0804. Data digital yang diperoleh kemudiandiolah oleh Mikrokontroler AT89S5 1 dan ditampilkan, sehingga didapatkansuatu informasi mengenai suhu plant dengan satuan ºC pada sebuah SevenSegment Dari perancangan sistem akuisisi data suhu didapatkan hasil bahwasistem ini memiliki kemampuan untuk mengukur suhu dari 25ºC sampai 100ºCdengan error rata-rata penunjukan suhu sebesar 0,266°C.
